Practice makes perfect, you cannot expect to be good at something when you are just getting introduced to it. This applies to the forum as well, you learn gradually by reading and also asking questions. The reason why a lot of beginners break the forum rules a lot of times is because they sign up and then they start thinking of how to grow their account immediately instead of thinking about how they can grow their account.
Rules aren’t what you get to practice if you aren’t a legal practitioner and in their case, it is law. Rules are just meant to be followed, to serve as guidelines on how you operate, more like moderating your behavior in the forum.
Most beginners break the forum rules because they are ignorant to them, just don’t get to notice the sticky thread or find them to be of much importance and many are just inclined to writing more than reading. Once the reply box is available to them, they always feel the best thing to narrow things down to a quick start in the forum would be to just ask and get answer.
