I don't understand the statement also and I'm thinking of their terms is becoming too strict for people that will be using the casino for gambling. Sending fund from a Centralized Exchange can be seen as a third party deposit and I don't know if that kind of deposit will contradict the casino term making them not to deposit the sent money.  Also may  be tracking a deposit from an exchange may be easy for this casino to guess with their software.

I am also surprised that Vietnam is the only region that is restricted for gamblers that are playing games on the Spin.io. I'm considering the ANN thread creation time as coincidence only. The license operator and registration numbers are different for both of them. Sharing a couple of screenshots and saying random stuff regarding them based on your own assumptions doesn't sound convincing at all. New crypto gambling sites deserve a fair shot when there aren't any red flags and this site is one of them.

Yeah it was also the same thing I thought when I saw the casino but however we have seen a lot of casino like that even with the ones that has similar user interface. Meanwhile one thing I also find very interesting in Spin is there organizing nature because when you visit the casino you will definitely have the feeling to bet. However I noticed that they have bonus for users after registration but you wouldn't use it immediately if you have not made a deposit, they should endeavor to update their minimum deposit amount so that people wouldn't make mistake by depositing lower amount.

Quick version of what happened:
- Deposited $710 USDT, no bonuses
- Made only 6 tennis bets (5 ITF + 1 French Open Qual)
- Won about $181
- Passed KYC without any issues
- After that they confiscated the whole balance (deposit + winnings) saying “advantage play”

Their sportsbook provider accepted and settled everything normally. Still took the money.

Also their ads say “No KYC” and “Fast Withdrawals”, but in reality they asked for KYC on the first withdrawal and froze the funds.

I am seeing complaints here and I have checked from page one to this current page but not seen the spin.io representative writing about the confusion people are having about their website or come to address the matter on ground.

- rxdtrip, in your specific case we did ask our sportsbook provider about your bets and without going into too much details the decision was made that you broke the T&C. We are not looking to scam people, but we also have zero tolerance for fraud since we need to protect ourselves too.

- Withdraws are usually instant, if there is a big win on a smaller gameprovider or something that might look strange then it might take an hour or two since we will do the gamechecks but in general we do withdraws as fast as possible.
