LIE BY OMISSION. My account was granted L3 on 28 July WITHOUT any liveness. My 28€ withdrawal was approved 21 Aug WITHOUT any liveness. Liveness only requested AFTER I won $17k.

I can only see that they are complaining that your proof of address cannot be verified. When issues like this happen, it may be because you are unable to clear the KYC level that permits you to make such a huge withdrawal. I advise you to try withdrawing a smaller amount to see if you will be granted access or not.

This is actually so sympathetic with how they happens to accept those details when your balance where low, but as you have doubled your account and make winning it has now became a thing to carefully monitored to know if there is any illegal gambling or not. However, this not something new anymore as I have seen complainant came from gamblers to them in regards to their balance as well while trying to make withdrawal from the gambling site, they would find one problems or the other in order to limit and stop them from having that particular amount got withdrawn from them. I would like to mention Holydarkness over here to look into this case if there would any assistant that could come from him, but note in mind that there is no guaranteed that he may solved it for you but just try your best you could be lucky if he would have their direct contacts.

    21 Aug: 28€ withdrawal APPROVED with SOGEDO bill.
    21 Aug SAME DAY: $17,770 withdrawal BLOCKED claiming same SOGEDO bill "not clear" + suddenly requiring liveness.
    Now: Account restricted/suspended, $17,770 held hostage, cannot play.

Question: If my documents were insufficient, why was L3 confirmed 28 July without liveness? Why 28€ approved 21 Aug same bill? Why suddenly insufficient only for $17,770?

Under LOK, liveness if required must be requested at L3 inception (28 July), not 1 month later only on big win. Approving small and blocking big with same doc = profit-based, not risk-based = Article 35 LOK violation.

Where is liveness mentioned? Where is "1 month after L3 confirmation"? Where is "SOGEDO bill must be ultra clear"? Where is "small withdrawal approved, big withdrawal same doc blocked"?

Nowhere.

• First take a deep breath and remember at this point Shuffle has leverage over you, that L3 proof of address you used to withdraw  your 28€, why don't you give them an updated proof of address and see where this goes..sometimes it's miscommunication that can be holding your money, try play along.
• Secondly,  review your Sumsub records because any document updates will affect the kyc process especially if on record docs are expired or anything in those lines.

According to Shuffle's own official KYC guide dated July 29, 2026:

    "Authenticity check (liveness) [...] are both extremely rare and only requested under exceptional circumstances."

My facts:

    L3 confirmed with documents only on July 28, no liveness
    Aug 21: SOGEDO bill APPROVED for €28 withdrawal
    Aug 21 SAME DAY SAME DOCUMENT: SOGEDO REJECTED for $17,770 withdrawal + liveness requested

So my question is: what "exceptional circumstance" occurred between my €28 withdrawal and my $17,770 withdrawal on the same day, same document, to justify this "extremely rare" check by their own definition?

There is none. The only difference is the amount.

If liveness is "extremely rare", why is it triggered 1 month after L3 confirmation only when I win big, while the same document was approved hours earlier for a small amount?

This is not a miscommunication. This is profit-based discrimination, prohibited by CGA Guidance April 2026 and LOK Art 35 Proportionality.
