Honestly, I don't know much about these leagues, but I think I have bet on Norway and Sweden. But I haven't watched any of the games because they are not always interesting to watch. However, I only bet on them whenever they include them in the pool fixture, because that's exactly where I normally do my forecast every week. Apart from that, I don't usually have interest to following any leagues that I'm not familiar with, because you must research and analyze before hoping for luck to win.

Most football fans follow the top European leagues. But Northern European football championships are also interesting in their own way. Among them, the following stand out:

Sweden: Allsvenskan
Norway: Eliteserien
Denmark: Superligaen
Finland: Veikkausliiga
Island: Besta deild karla
Faroe Islands: Meistaradeildin

These leagues aren't very popular but I used to bet on a few clubs but not in all these league that you mentioned because I am not familiar with all of them. The ones that I'm not familiar with is Faroe island and the island,I don't think that I have bet on any team from those leagues. But the rest of the leagues are familiar to me especially Allsvenskan and Veikkausliiga,there games are interesting to watch so I go there regularly to pick interesting matches to bet on.

Looking at the posts in here,it seems a lot people aren't familiar with those leagues but they are cool if you understand their pattern of play, you will know how to predict their matches.

These are  less popular leagues, and  because of its lack of popularity, they don't get the much needed attention but I can tell you for free that Real football gamblers knows these leagues and the teams in it. Sometimes I think this is where they much talked about match fixing happens because much attention isn't paid to it. There's one peculiar thing about the teams from these leagues, they scored lots of goals, the teams here don't have lots of options like we do see in the premier league, La Liga or the top leagues in Europe, just few options, so you can't dig in to select the kind of options in these top leagues so goal options is always the safest to pick from when dealing with them. Mere looking at the league table you will notice how they score lots of goals, if teams from these leagues makes it to the champions league, even if they are playing against top teams in Europe, most of the time they will always find a way to score at least a goal.

I don't watch small leagues but big leagues because I don't have the time. I'm cool with the big five leagues because I don't have even watch all the matches. I don't offen watch Ligue 1 and Bundesliga. I focus more on EPL, Laliga and Seria A. We all have our area of interest in football. I can only watch these teams if they make it to the Champions League group stage.

Actually people does not like to watch a small league...but i want you know that in betting..sometimes big leagues doesn't luckily give gamblers opportunity to win, why in smaller leagues, they're a lot of opportunities that make you to win...because most of the leagues there doesn't use a competent players, so their's every chances of winning there if you make a research and study their performance...that will give you the edge to predict most of them accurately....Most of the small leagues tournament, people dont know them that much, and that should be a reason some people do not like gamble with them sometimes.

I have some favorite teams in the Nordic leagues, and I enjoy betting on them—teams like Viking, Bodø/Glimt, Nordsjælland, Häcken, and so on. I tend to bet on these leagues more frequently, especially during the summer months when other leagues are on break.

But odds for over goal bets usually not good. So should be carefull , might find yourself while waiting 4 5 goals for only 1.70 odds.  ,

Every player has their favourite games and teams when it comes to sports betting. Most of the time, I bet on popular leagues also, but these days it looks like they are not as favourable as they were before, because any big team can lose to a smaller team when you least expect it. I don't really know much about these small leagues because they are not my favourite, but most of the time I still bet on a few of them.

You have valid reason especially on the aspect of competition not being too fierce in most of those small leagues but the big leagues where there is competition can also have their advantages. Take for instance, in the English Premier League this season, even though the big teams are winning,  the smaller teams are also scoring and betting both team score is a good option and comes with big odd. Betting both team score in some of those small leagues is dangerous because the game can end without the smaller team not scoring.

You prefer these low and less popular leagues to the popular ones? I've never thought that anyone could find low leagues interesting because those leagues are not talked about that much, so I rarely see fans give matches there the same energy they give to the popular ones.

Again, I have read countless times here in this forum how the issue of match-fixing is very common in the lower leagues. I believe that could be part of the reason those leagues seem to have lost their credibility in the eyes of many.

I am not quite familiar with the teams in the lower leagues, but I am guessing that betting on them should be more unpredictable and uninteresting compared to the very popular leagues everyone is used to.

For the Swedish league, I used to bet on Malmö, but since last season, they have not been in good form. I usually bet on them to win or to score 2+ goals. Since I started following football and always betting on it, they have been the most successful team in the Swedish league.

Bodo/Glimt and Molde are teams I occasionally bet on in Norway. Not often, but every now and then I add them to my parley to boost the odds.
For Denmark, it's Midtjylland and Copenhagen. I do pick their games sometimes when the odds are favourable.
I don't think I have ever placed a bet on any team from Faroe Islands, and for Finland, they are known to me as a leage taht scores a lot of goals. I remember about 6-7 years ago, I usually bet on Finland and Estonian league games when I want goals, but I don't have a team in these leagues that I usually pick like the other leagues.

I don't think there have been a time where I have won all games on my betslip especially when I add teams from Denmark. That league is a no go area for me, sometimes i will decide to pick midtylland on my betslip, it's either they draw or lose. Let me not even talk about Copenhagen. Which is why, I only bet on the top 7 leagues. Which are Premier league, La liga, Series A(sometimes, because they play shit at times),Ligue 1, Bundesliga, Portugal Ligue and Turkish league. These are my area of focus, I don't want to go  near those lower league, where their top teams cant win consistently.

You're right  championship is very hard to predict, every team can win , I think the only option that's favorable is over 2.5 and over 1.5, never give any side direct wining,  they will mess up your ticket,  have tried it several times and they messed up big time. It's a very competitive league then the main Premier league,  they play twice a week and they have more games than the premier league,  you don't expect the big team at the top to play with their plbest players in all games,  at times they lack fitness to to play.

In gambling you have to pick from all rhe leagues if you want to be successful or win a bet, championship still have options that's best for gamblers, only pick from the league you trust or you want to bet your money on. Every leagues can give you wining and loses, what matter most is luck.

If truth be told, I don't bet on or watch the northern Europe championships, infact I don't even know if such football tournament exists in the first place, I'm just hearing about it for the first time, because I'm more focused on betting on and watching the popular football competitions.

Now that you have brought it to my attention I will check it out, to see if it is worth watching. Because I'm not familiar with the national teams from those countries.

Yes this is also news to me I had no idea but now I really want to watch it because it seems like it’s definitely interesting and something that would probably be very popular in that region. Is there much coverage/streaming online to view these games? I will be looking into this.

of course, Norwegian teams will have a tough time in the Champions League main tournament and won't be the favorites. but last season Bodo/Glimt weren't the favorites either and that didn't stop them from beating Inter or Atletico Madrid and Manchester City. I think we'll see some surprises from Norwegian teams this season too.

as for the Europa League and Conference League, teams from Northern Europe have a good chance because there are quite a few teams of equal or weaker strength.

Honestly, I hadn't heard of these leagues, I only assumed they existed, lol. It's a very local and niche football, so to speak, which might be of interest primarily to people in Scandinavian countries. They don't have very strong squads, there are very few or practically no stars, and, let's be honest, we associate northern European countries primarily with completely different sports. Primarily winter sports, which involve ice and snow. Perhaps I'm missing something, not knowing about Norwegian or Finnish football, but I don't think it's a big deal, lol.

On and off I’ve been betting on these leagues. Every time a team makes a deep run in European competitions, it brings my attention back to Nordic football, which is the case right now with Bodo/Glimt.
One constant over the years in these leagues is how many matches finish over 2.5 goals. From a betting perspective that trend is a plus when targeting these fixtures.
