Honestly, I hadn't heard of these leagues, I only assumed they existed, lol. It's a very local and niche football, so to speak, which might be of interest primarily to people in Scandinavian countries. They don't have very strong squads, there are very few or practically no stars, and, let's be honest, we associate northern European countries primarily with completely different sports. Primarily winter sports, which involve ice and snow. Perhaps I'm missing something, not knowing about Norwegian or Finnish football, but I don't think it's a big deal, lol.

yes, many associate Northern European countries more with hockey than football. but look at their representation in European competitions, even the Champions League has two Norwegian clubs which is quite a lot. I think they'll make some sensational results.

Champions League: Bodo/Glimt (Norway) and Viking FK (Norway)
Europa League: Lillestrom (Norway)
Conference League: Mjallby (Sweden), KuPS (Finland), Aarhus (Denmark), FC Copenhagen (Denmark), Midtjylland (Denmark), Nordsjaelland (Denmark), Brann (Norway)

many have already noted that Norwegian teams often play over 2.5/3.5 goals and that's true. you can even take the results of this qualifiers for Bodo/Glimt: matches against Royale Union SG 3-3 and 2-2, and matches against Nijmegen 3-1 and 3-0. so if you bet on sports, maybe this information will help you make the right bet.

On and off I’ve been betting on these leagues. Every time a team makes a deep run in European competitions, it brings my attention back to Nordic football, which is the case right now with Bodo/Glimt.
One constant over the years in these leagues is how many matches finish over 2.5 goals. From a betting perspective that trend is a plus when targeting these fixtures.

I hope Bodo/Glimt will please us with their scoring in the group stage. although perhaps Viking will join in and their matches will also have over 2.5 goals. I checked Bodo/Glimt calendar and there's a high probability we'll see a lot of goals in matches involving this team. they play against Bayern, Borussia Dortmund, Napoli, Lille, LASK, Lens, Atletico Madrid and Club Brugge.

I used to bet on Northern European Champions but most times I bet on my favourite teams in the leagues in Northern European Championships, my predictions used to go side ways because you will see teams in relegation zone winning teams in top three often which make me to ask myself how did the teams in top three manage to accumulate the points that allow them to be in those positions if they can't win small teams, that was the reason I stopped betting on Northern European Championships.

This is not just a problem of one league but the problem of all the leagues in the world including the top European league because it is is how football plays out as anything can happen, any team can win. Also when the rop teams are playing Europe games in other competitions, they give less attention to the league and can use their second best teams to play the leagues while preserving their best players for Champions league or other Europe competition and this can make them lose the games. You have to make sure they do not have other big games ahead before deciding to bet on their games so as to avoid losing money on games the bigger teams do not take seriously or bet against them.

For the qualifying phase maybe this is understandable because in this phase it will still be quite easy (although there are some clubs that will fight hard) but the level is still equal and the situation may be a little different when compared to the league phase although for the Europa League and Conference League the club can still be said to be equal in terms of strength for most clubs but it will be different if we talk about the Champions League.

We take the example of Bodo here, they had a positive result last season but it is undeniable that last season they were also helped a little by the cold weather and travel away from some clubs but now maybe the consideration will be a little different. This season for the league phase Bodo has opponents who are quite troublesome because there are Atletico, Dortmund, Bayern and Napoli who can be a stumbling block for them so even though last season they performed solidly but for opponents in the league phase like this I would not be surprised their steps will be stopped in the league phase.

With winter arriving in the Northern Hemisphere, anyone looking to place bets on these leagues can certainly make the most of this period.

Thanks to Bodø/Glimt, many people have started following the Norwegian league over the past three years.
I haven't really followed the Danish or Swedish leagues; I only kept an eye on them when teams from those countries were competing in European cups, but right now, Norway is the only league I follow.
If Viking and Bodø/Glimt achieve success in the Champions League this year, the Norwegian league will undoubtedly become a league to watch in the coming years.

I don’t know most of this Leagues that you have mentioned, but I’m completely sure that there are people who bet on this Leagues, I’m not familiar with the Leagues, I’m only familiar with the Denmark League, there is a team I used to follow from Denmark and they’ve made appearances in the Champions League and it’s been awhile I saw them in the Champions League, I’m talking about Copenhagen they’re a very popular team in Europe and also in the Danish League, but recently i haven’t seen them in the Champions League, so I don’t really know what is happening with them now, I believe there are teams people can bet on in this League listed.

Right now we have Bodo/Glimt from Norway who are also in the Champions League, and Vikings who are also in the Champions League, all from Norway respectively, so I think the Norwegian League is something I have to follow as well, since they’re in Europe.

According to the OP, I think among those many people that channel all my attention to betting on teams from top European leagues, I find them very easy to under cause watch most of their games and familiar with many teams compared to lesser league, i believe in sticking with what am familiar with to avoid too many loses.
Bodø/Glimt is the only team i can comfortably bet on if am to pick games from leagues in Northern Europe, I don't know whether they're still very strong in their league but I expect that cause they perform fairly good in the Champions League either last season or two seasons ago, pardon me if am wrong about when they tried in the UCL.
