I cannot say what happens to others, but in my case, if I win a bet, a kind of intense interest arises in my mind and I continue my betting with interest. But in such a position, I have noticed that when I win a lot in the initial phase, every time I continue betting, I lose the same amount and finally, when I calculate the win-loss ratio, it is seen that my loss ratio is the highest. At the end of the day, I have to return home with a loss. This is actually my mental problem because I make my mind so happy after winning in the initial phase, later I cannot get myself out of gambling and I have to end the day with a loss.

When one begins to cultivate the idea that, they are so skilled in gambling which accounts for the reason why they win more often than losses, one would feel in total control of the odds and can push gamblers to taking more risk. If a person has a “weak mind”, an excessive amount of wins can be just as harmful as several consecutive losses... someone who wins many times repeatedly can develop a feeling of overconfidence and start to believing that the luck they are having is actually a "skill" that they have acquired, and then it is inevitable that they will increase the amount of their bets more and more until this "skill" runs out and the frustration of losing comes to the surface, and they abandon the strategy they never actually had and start making even more impulsive decisions in an attempt to recover what they had before.
