First thing that catches my eye my attention is the game provider that I only saw on Stake platform since they usually have games exclusive for Stake like Massive studio, twist, titan, paper clip and many more although I’m not sure about new casino these days if they offer this provider.

I notice on your ToS that you might require KYC for AML policy but I don’t see your casino license to operate.

Game providers: to clarify, confirmed lineup is Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, and other providers, over 1000 games available right now. We don't hold direct licenses from these studios ourselves; access comes through a licensed aggregator/platform provider, which is the standard route most operators use to integrate these providers rather than licensing directly. More providers planned as we grow.

Something worth flagging upfront. On your website there's a FAQ that says "Mace has distributed millions in bonuses to our VIP members, with amounts increasing as you climb the VIP tiers." But according to this thread the platform just went live. How has a brand-new casino distributed "millions in bonuses" to anyone?

That kind of claim on a day-one site doesn't exactly build the trust you say you're trying to earn here. Is this copy pulled from a template, or is mace.bet a rebrand of something that existed before under a different name? Either way it deserves an explanation.

Based on their ToS last update, The website is running since April but when I check on who.is they register their domain last August 23 which is just 3 days ago.

I’m not sure their FAQs is just a copy error since casino normally use a template with their casino details.

But what intrigued me is the domain registration and the ToS update.

The "millions in bonuses distributed" line on the FAQ is a template leftover from our site build — it doesn't reflect actual numbers for a platform this new, and it shouldn't be there. That's on us, and it'll be corrected shortly. Appreciate you calling it out plainly instead of assuming the worst.

On the ToS date: same root cause. The "running since April" line is also inaccurate template copy, not a real operating history — mace.bet is a genuinely new platform, matching what the domain registration shows. We should have caught this before launch and didn't. Fixing both of these now rather than leaving inconsistent claims live.

Appreciate the scrutiny, honestly — this is exactly the kind of thing that should get caught early rather than months from now. Will follow up once the copy is corrected.

I quickly check the footer to see if the casino has gotten license to operate but I couldn't get it even the ToS is not physically seeing but under about us drop down menu. I searched for it foe sometimes before saw it. Op if you will need KYC in AML, then you must've registered your company with government agency and there must be a registration number and license number. Where are they? KYC isn't required for the vast majority of users — it's not a blanket policy tied to registration or a license. We only request it in specific, limited cases: if we suspect a user may be underage, or if our wallet/transaction monitoring flags funds as suspicious (e.g. sanctioned addresses, known illicit sources). That's closer to basic AML hygiene at the wallet level than a formal KYC-gated casino model — most users will never be asked for ID.

To reconnect this to the earlier question in the thread: we're not licensed (Curacao, MGA, or otherwise), and we don't have a company registration/license number to post, because we don't operate under one. We're crypto-only and operate on a legal opinion specific to that structure, which I've already been upfront about above. The occasional KYC check isn't evidence of a license we don't have — it's just basic fraud/underage prevention that doesn't require one.

Appreciate you pushing for a straight answer rather than assuming either way.

Good thing you didn't start the ANN representation with emphasis on No KYC, the majority of casinos all pull the same stunt, nothing different than requesting KYC at points where they feel it's needed, whereas the casino isn't entirely no KYC.

I'm assuming that your casino has someone who understands the law, or that you've hired someone who understands the law, and that's why you've decided you don't need a license because you only accept cryptocurrencies. But if you do have someone who understands the law, I wonder who the lawyer or legal advisor was. I'm not a lawyer, but even someone like me is tired of hearing that everyone who operates casinos needs a license. This license isn't because of fiat or cryptocurrencies, but because the casino has games of chance. So when you think that just because it accepts cryptocurrencies and not fiat it doesn't need a license, then I'm shocked by that argument. Bad ANN presentation and the site design is decent though it seems half baked thanks to some stuff not loading properly at all. Biggest red flag here is zero licensing and the excuse about being crypto only is laughable when that makes no sense logically.

I do not understand with this statement that your casino just by accepting crypto only with no license it is enough? Well then your casino is the same as decentralized but what we see is that your casino is centralized moreover there are AML policies so what we think is that licensing is important - then how do you enforce KYC is there an official authority that supports this?

Checked it today as well and got the same error. It's probably still under development, or they're currently working on it.
I've tried some of their games, original games like Dice, Mines, and Keno, and those things seem to work.
