Long time lurker, happy to verify with a mod my credentials, just a hello from ChangeNOW. I've seen a few posts in the past about them, but here for questions, integration help etc.

Can you confirm that you're an official representative of ChangeNow and if yes, can you confirm if you are here to settle the pending scam accusations over the last 5 years?
You should also give clarity as to why you switched from your other official account?

Don't waste your time with this account guys, chances are that they are simply trolling. If ChangeNow have any intention of solving all of the many scam accusations against them, they would go ahead and and do it without this charade.

I would also advise that nobody should dm the op just yet, we're not sure if they are using this post to lure people to send them a personal message.

I don't know if you are really a representative of Changenow, but obviously you haven't read enough about this forum (as well as your predecessors).
Things are not solved here through PM, especially not with someone who has a questionable reputation like that of Changenow. Opening new accounts here will not help you much. That is why, for example, solving one of the open cases against you might be a good way to see your sincere will to fix something.

Don't you see how they wrote "understand" 4 times in the post, but that doesn't force them to do anything concrete in terms of solving cases. In the end, their money was not blocked.

Every time company or company representative make this statement, i always ask "security for who?". Unlike using HTTPS, i don't see how AML review actually improve security from customer side.

Could it be that ChangeNOW doesn't actually store client funds, but instead receives them into an account on something like Coinbase or Binance? This would explain both why ChangeNOW positions itself as a non-custodial service and why it takes them an indefinite time to return the received cryptocurrency.
