An exposed wallet address can still carry risk, even though funds can't be stolen from only having the wallet address. The real risk here is that you could lose your privacy as transactions on a public blockchain is very open to the general public and anybody who has your wallet address can get to know your balance and entire transaction history details, thereby painting a target behind your back if the wallet address holds a large balance.
What you mentioned are normal in transaction and you can't avoid, you can't stop chain surveillance from looking at the network activities but you should never let a transaction is linked to a kyc platform whether it's an exchange or any platform that has your details. For example, you did everything on chain to make sure you have the best privacy only for you to send your Bitcoin to a centralized exchange, your privacy is as good as dead because there was never privacy since you started. An exposed email adress gives scammers the go ahead to send phishin links to that email, trying to access and obtain personal information of the owner of such an email. If a scammer gets this info, they could be able to link the wallet address of a user and their real world identity, making them a target both physically and online.
An email doesn't reveal your identity but that doesn't mean you should be careless. There billions of data breach on the internet where people but and sell information. If an email is link to you and you have used that email on websites, there is every tendency that the email can be among one of the data breach and if they check and it match your information, you are as exposed as someone without any cloth.

Confidence without established principle is same as nothing, its of know use been Confident in whatever we do when we can not operate with boundaries and principles that helps direct once decision at all time. 80 percent of scammed people today are people that believed and are Confident in their selves that they are very good in it without knowing scammers go extra miles just to convince one to accept there proposal. With how things are now i will say we need to be very careful and never confident enough in handling anything that we come encountering Because confidence is the firstesst killing gaint
Sometimes overconfidence is even deadlier than lack of confidence because it makes people believe that they already know and understand something and so they don’t often see the need to check or reconfirm it again. It’s very possible for a person with several years of experience to fall for a well organized scam if they rely too much on their own judgment and see no need to research or investigate further. So in times when confidence fails, it’s crucial to have a simple rule for verifying information before acting on them. I totally agree with you that overconfidence is more worse than lack of confidence. Most times experience can make someone believe that they know everything, so they don’t even bother to verify anymore. Scam doesn’t respect experience, that’s why I believe that no matter how confident you’re, always confirm information before you act. It’s safer to double check before you will endup regretting later.

The moment someone stops asking questions about necessary things, scammers tend to take advantage of such situations because they tend to believe their experience is enough to protect them. In fact most of the times people who are said to be experienced appears to be more easier targets because they depend too much on their judgement which may actually make them pay less attention to some small but vital details and automatically letting their guard down. It is never a sign of weakness for one to always stay cautious and verifying information, it’s in fact the best way to protect oneself.

The email address is the risk you're exposed to, you can receive personalized phishing links there. Scammers will try to get you to panic and make a mistake that can lead to you sending them actual sensitive personal information.
Your address being exposed doesn't pose a security risk. Many users here are on campaigns with their addresses in a public spreadsheet. A dust attack can be attempted, to try and get an idea of any other wallets you own but that also doesn't expose you to any further risk.
I agree but I would not downplay the danger of having your identity/account tracked by your transactional movements. Although this is not a problem with someone with less than 10K in a wallet but if criminals decided to track the transactions of someone bigger, with millions of dollars worth of coin in his wallet... They might find something out about him just by looking at his transactions.. But in this specific case I would agree that the greatest danger is the exposed E-Mail address, which can be used by attackers to try and get OP to click on a link, download something or simply get tricked into sending money or account/wallet info.

It is true; that one cannot access a wallet simply by knowing the Bitcoin address. However, you should be aware that risks remain, as you could become a target, or have the address linked to your personal data. So, I think it is best not to expose your Bitcoin, or crypto address, especially if you hold a significant amount of value in it, as that is extremely dangerous.
Haven't you seen cases where robberies occurred because thieves targeted victims; whose details had been exposed ? There are many such cases, and that is the risk involved if one fails to take precautions, including because someone does not worry about those risks. Therefore, do not take it lightly.
It's always recommended never expose your important addresses publicly because now things are getting worse, and hackers and scammers are always ready to use their tricks for getting money. While someone is accumulating, he needs to have an address that is never used for other purposes because this will give some protection, but one thing is more important: always try to write your most things online because now it's also risky. Data leaking is doing enough damage just because of this. Now people are using good protections for their own security, which is good, but few are not well aware of things that are helpful they need to have learned and understand because of the need for time and will give them a good way to stay protected.

Anything that is done in excess is bad, that’s what we are made to understand. Gamble too much and it becomes an addiction, drinking too much ends very much the same as well as having so much confidence in anything without a margin for error. Experience can make you believe you are on the right path when you stick to a procedure or pattern, deviating from that to test other waters and counting yourself to be a pro is where the issue usually is. Also, you have to ensure you are well updated on any changes otherwise, you would be cool.

We often make a mistake that we are not willing to accept anything other than our own way and if someone else is willing to learn something from us then we are not willing to accept that way. We should always keep our focus on one side and even if we see any advice from a small person, ignoring it will not be the right decision. We should be ready to learn from every place and we should never think of ourselves as big and ignoring anyone will not be the right decision. I used to walk through a place every day and a friend of mine used to tell me that if we take a different path then we will reach there very soon. I did not listen to my friend and I thought that the path I took was the best and fastest way to go. One day my friend forced me to take that path and my idea was proved wrong. So having too much faith in ourselves will never be the right decision but it is necessary to learn from everywhere or listen to everyone, in a tested way

Ignoring every suggestion from your sub-ordinate simply because you believe you are an expert is the worst mistake any crypto user or investor might do, because no matter how you claim to know all about Bitcoin related scams and the rest of all its other security measures, I'm rest assured that you might not know everything, most especially the new scamming tricks by hackers in the industry. And thats where listening to advise from your sub-ordinate is very good, even if you are not going to implement it immediately. Because knowing an extra scamming pattern will prevent you from future theft.

One may be very good in the crypto business but can never outsmart scammers if he is not willing to listen to the advice of others. As the day is going same also are scammers working on their scamming abilities, therefore one can only escape scammers if he is open towards accepting knowledge from others experiences. I don't believe their is a master of all even in the crypto industry, one maybe very good at what he does but never good enough not to listen to the advice of others because that is the only way one can experience a successful investment actions without been scammed. Although on the process many advice may come but we most be observant enough never to hacking to wrong advice.
