There is a rather annoying bumping technique that is starting to become common in the service announcements and exchange boards.

They post the same thing over and over again after just changing a couple of lines, and obviously regardless of the posting gaps. I could simply just report the posts, but I am not sure if it's allowed because it's now a common thing; hence, that's why I seek clarification here.

He followed the rule requiring a gap of more than 24 hours between "bump" posts. However, he violated the rules by failing to delete the old bump posts (assuming the updates lacked any clear substance), so you can report those posts.

13. Bumps, "updates" are limited to once per 24 hours per thread. Bumping multiple threads at the same time is allowed if it's not annoying. [2][e]
