That first fight was really crazy. Wardley knocked Dubois down in first and third round, so start was in his favor. But then Dubois handled those pressure and completely turned momentum of fight around. And took the WBO title with stoppage in 11th round.

Now in rematch, I'm waiting to see what adjustment Wardley bring this time. This time just giving Dubois an explosive start like before will not be enough to damage Dubois early again. Because in first fight, Dubois showed that he can recover from knockdown and use his power and pressure in long fight. Other hand, Wardley will also have to think about pace and energy management before taking heavy punishment like in that first fight.

Their first fight seem to have set a ridiculously high bar so i’m betting it’s gonna be a good fight to watch.

Overall I think Dubois is gonna win the rematch again.
I don’t know how he’s gonna do it, but he has to find a way again, probably later than earlier.

I’m looking forward to seeing whether the O2 crowd and the rematch atmosphere is gonna change the dynamic of the fight at all.
