Just curious, what internet provider are you using? I'm using Globe fibr and I can access the website, it looks like there are still some internet providers in the country that are not blocking unregulated websites.
It’s also block to me when I’m using converge ISP.
I was eager to check the website since the casino seems offer a good feature but here comes the ISP ban again.
I wonder if Philippines is also listed on this casino ToS? It’s scary to access casino that has warning message from PAGCOR.
It seems the government is so strict towards online gambling in your country.
But if you look at their TOS.
Players from the following countries and their territories ("Restricted Countries") are not allowed to deposit and play real money games: Afghanistan, the Canadian Province of New Brunswick, China, Cuba, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Yemen and Venezuela. The Company cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds if the player breaches this Restricted Countries policy.
Philippines is not listed, maybe that blocking is automatically set up by your ISP and government request that. So no people can access those illegal gambling sites in their jurisdiction.

I have seen that issue about gambling site blocking and maybe Philippines will be added on crypto casinos block list in future.
