Dump can come not just during crises, so many things can cause the market dip. Can you consider when a crisis will come? If you can't consider that, then you won't understand what a crisis is. A crisis is a bad state of the economy. When we have a bad state of the economy and we don't have any money, but we say we are in a lot of crisis, that's exactly what I think a crisis is. If you want to buy Bitcoin for your investment and hold that investment for a long time, then you can buy Bitcoin. Are you this wicked to make money at the expense of others suffering? This is not nice and a thing to wish for economy. The war that is going on in the middle east, kids and old people are dying, some sick people are there without medical attention, some people are trying to look for ways to get shelter and food, some people are homeless and no roof to put their heads, some countries are battling with high inflation, these instability is causing big hardship to many people.

If you are holding crypto, I will say it makes sense that when economy is down you can use that as means to make money. If the economy is down, the cash is going to be useless, you will not be able to use it to do anything because there I going to be high or hyperinflation, your cash will not be able to buy anything.
