I can say this with my whole heart that I am pretty in charge in my gambling activities . How do I measure or backup this claims is that, I can barely stake with what I can't let go. I don't chase lost, I press the stop button when due. And most importantly before I forget, is that I don't gamble as a source of income because that is the brain behind all manner of negative energy as long as gamble is concern. Furthermore, there is no responsible gambler that was able to stay on track over the years without discipline, meaning discipline is one of the major reason I'm still on my feet till date.

I always do check my betting history sometimes before and seriously, I will not say that I always gamble that much based on the gambling history I always had. Even now that I saw the thread, I still checked it and I m still not gambling that much.but the fact is that I just go through my recent gambling activities.But if I have to go back to those days when I was a serious gambler, I would be seriously sad because I had really wasted a lot of money on gambling before. I think usually, a gambler only looks at it to see the overall result - how much they won or lost. Personally, I try to review myself in what I'm mostly prone to succumbing to. Let's say I'm betting continuously and manage to bet small amounts, but I have lost a lot. This is what that is important. I do not think I have the time to be checking my gambling history. I just visit gambling site to bet and nothing more. But if I check it, I do not think I am really losing at all. Just few dollars that I use to gamble monthly should not make me lose big and there are times that I am in profit instead of loss.

I was addicted to gambling before, I did always check my betting history and also my deposits and withdrawals, but since I have not been addicted to gambling anymore, this changed. I do not check it again unlike when I was addicted.

Mate you’ll only feel bad about having more losses than wins if you’ve failed to understand that that’s actually how it’s meant to be. I’ve made peace with the reality that I can never beat the system, and that in the long term, the casinos are actually gonna be in the winning side, so that doesn’t make me feel awful anymore. Keeping record of your past gambling activity is a nice practices but not an easy one , especially when you are the type your emotions usually get the best of . Things like gambling and trading history can reveal alot about you , for instance if you are the greedy or fearful type . I think 10 minutes is too optimistic a time to do any kind of analysis of my betting over several years. Especially considering that a lot has changed during that time, and, for example, some of the services where I bet have already disappeared or switched to full KYC, which led to my disappearance from them  
I'm pretty sure I've been profitable every year and that I can overcome the addiction if/when it arises - if I spend too much mental energy on betting, I can easily quit and not touch it for several months. A more detailed analysis is hardly possible, since serious bets are one thing and YOLO is another, I have had both.

My casino doesn't reveal more than a year history to show you how much deposits and withdrawals you have done and I don't know if there are couple of other casinos that gives you aggregate deposit and withdrawals. They probably did such because they don't want them to have to know they are losing thay is why they didn't not include it but I can confidently says that I have never run to lend money because of gambling, I'm not even addicted to gambling.

I gamble the days I feel like doing it and the days I'm not free, I don't bother to gamble because I don't see it as way to have quick money. I don't even think that casino has taken much more than I have made from them, that's how proud I'm with them and how much I have made from gambling. Personally maybe I wouldn't care about betting history, how I control betting or how I control gambling, betting history, wins, losses, how often and so on as the OP mentioned, for me it's all pointless.

Controlling betting or the way I control gambling, for me is in ourselves, as long as we are aware of the meaning of gambling and games, can control ourselves in gambling activities, there is a big possibility that I gamble because I am aware of our gambling activities.

I'm a big loses, any time I check my bet history I get angry, in a month I'll deposit $300  and win only $100, I'm not a regular gambler yet I still lose this much, I can only imagine those that bet every day, how they bet history will look like.

If you are scared to check your history then that could definitely be a warning sign for you to review your habits and how much you spend on gambling at intervals. Sometimes the biggest bump we get in total amount spent on bets is usually from trying to revenge bet and it's why I avoid it as much as I can.

Today I played roulette. My strategy was to bet only on red. That was my original plan. Before the game, I promised myself that I wouldn't deviate from my strategy one step. 🙋

Interesting to read what people have to say about themselves with regards to gambling...and honestly not a fan of going through these numbers because firstly this history doesn't reflect a true picture of how much is lost, and secondly not everyone can take losses the same.. so would stay away if you don't have a stomach for it.

Anyway let's play along, after looking at my betting history, I think anybody that would look at betting history should be saying the same thing as me.. and thats calculated risk, or playing to win.. you know when you put money on the line the objective is to win it back, sometimes with profit.
