Betting history can reveal more than you think, your betting history does not only reveal how much you win or lose. Your betting history also reveals how often you bet, how quickly do you place a bet after losing or winning, if you are chasing your losses or not and how much you have spent in gambling.
I will love everyone to take a 10 minute test to go through there betting history, this 10 minute test review of your bet history may reveal habits you might not notice while gambling.
After going through it I will like you to answer this question, Do you actually control your bets, or does your betting history tell a different story?
Honestly, this question is pretty simple for me to answer, because I usually try as much as possible to gamble responsibly without getting caught up in the game. So I don't need to bother myself too much for any reason, because I always win bets almost every weekend. Without being told we're meant to understand that gambling involves more losses than wins, so gamblers have to fully control themselves in gambling, because it will definitely not be nice if you allow gambling to control you.

Even if we don’t want to see it, sometimes we have to face these things. There have even been people who write about this topic but don’t want to see it. Sometimes, when a person knowingly does something they shouldn’t, they can feel immense regret afterward. But I think the real solution here is to face it head-on. The further you push your mistakes away, the more they’ll come back to haunt you down the road. What matters is correcting them.
As for me, I can say I haven’t been betting for quite a while. I remember losing quite a bit of money on a weekly basis, but right now I’ve taken a break and I don’t feel bad about it. Still, sometimes I go back just for fun.

Going through your betting history might be helpful to only a few gamblers and they’re the ones that gamble responsibly. To those that gamble irresponsibly it would make them feel broken and they might adjust their gambling habit,I think that would make them approach their gambling desires in a responsible manner.Always check your betting history because when you’re not aware of certain important things you might just remain lost,I think I’m writing in proverb. What I meant is always try to check your betting history so that if there’s a need to adjust you’ll do so and if you’re not gambling irresponsibly you’ll have to stay on the track.I do check my betting history and I control my bet by not exceeding my bankroll.

My gambling history hasn’t weighed in on my conscience any badly and it’s even one better lately because, I’m always sure to gamble well around accepted limits defined by myself. My win to loss ratio though isn’t that distanced, I do t consider myself to be in profit when matched together. That doesn’t make me very bad at betting though, it’s always being just a game, a pay for entertainment and if I win, good and if I don’t, I’m still chill about it all.

I’ve always believed that there’s no need to look back at my betting history, even though there have been moments when i’ve thought about just checking how much money i’ve lost but that wouldn’t do any good, because any losses i’ve already incurred can’t be recovered. Instead of gaining motivation or insight, it would only lead to immense regret, especially since ever since i started gambling, i’ve often gambled aggressively, not only using money beyond my gambling budget but even selling my belongings and borrowing money from friends and family just to keep gambling. One very important thing. Right now, i’m trying to always be disciplined, especially regarding the budget i set aside for gambling, because quitting gambling is impossible for me at this point. So the only thing i can do is minimize the risk by setting a strict budget.

I think checking your betting history is very necessary, it actually shows how regular, and often you place your bet, and to gamblers, checking your bet history can equally make you become very cautious about your gambling lifestyle more especially when when you are not making much wins. I do check my betting history, and it really helps me so much in controlling the way I gamble, it makes me not to gamble regularly especially when am not recording wins. Betting history can also be a verve to some gamblers who make wins regularly because each time you look at it you will motivated to gamble more thinking your wins Will continue.

I haven't really sat down to go through my bet history and the reason for that is because I don't really see any need in doing so..I don't see myself as some that has been gambling irresponsibly. I always stake an amount of money that I can afford to lose on each every bet that I place. But I'm not undermining the fact that this is an important thing to always make sure you practice as a bettor, the results shows if you gamble with your emotions or with logic.
From looking at the results that is displayed on your history this can actually make you know your next move if you are going to continue or reduce your stakes.

A lot of information about yourself can be found from your gambling history. How reckless and uncontrolled I am in gambling can certainly be estimated from my past gambling history and how often I have gambled. An uncontrolled gambler may gamble more than once after winning, and may gamble more than once after losing to recover previous losses. Whether a gambler has followed a budget can be determined from the ratio of how many times he has gambled weekly or monthly and how much he has lost and gained. And this certainly provides information about how much he has been able to control himself in gambling.

I do control my bets and one thing that tells me about my betting history is that I've mostly lost my bets. And even with that, it is okay because I am not chasing my losses and whatever the result is, I am accepting it and just fine. Not that much story per se for all of it but, also tells me that I am able to overcome those uncontrolled bets for which I should always do it. I guess that's the story about my betting history, not big bets, mostly losses yet I am just doing fine IMO.

Hmm, if you judge your gambling behavior solely based on your memory then you'll miss out lot. Simply looking at your betting history to count how many time you have placed bet or how quickly you bet again after your loss, will not really be of much use. However, if you analyze your history to see whether you increase your stake after your loss or exceed your pre set bankroll limit then that will certainly be beneficial for you. Another thing I wanna say it is not just about chasing loss. Even our behavior can change after our big win too. Any big win might boost someone's confidence & leading them to increase their stake. And that also would show up in his betting history page. Anyway, yes, I also review my own betting history from time to time to check if I am straying from my strategy or not.

In depth look at logs of betting transactions gives an unbiased view of the real bankroll management practices. Understanding when to raise bets when one has lost money, can curb predetermined financial risk limits. This is historical data which can be used as an alert to stable rational bankroll allocation. Betting more having obtained a positive result is rather common because of the burst of confidence. Digital records will record perfectly all the variations in the patterns of bankroll placements, and are not influenced by subjective memories. Monitoring the history sheet regularly would make sure that the way in which the game would be played was not altered during the process.

So does losing more money to a betting platforms means that you aren't in control of your gambling lifestyle? Because for me, I thought what should have been the most important thing is that inasmuch as you are gambling with an amount you can comfortably afford to lose, that should be what every gambler should consider as their priority. Because there are some gamblers who can afford to lose $10,000 in a month of gambling and will still not have any problem with that, simply because that what they can afford to risk away, an likewise there are also another category who can afford losing $100 to gambling. Moreover, I just checked my gambling history and it still shows that I'm in control, but despite the fact that I loses more than I win.

Well I do get your point though I'm not saying you are literally an addict but it's still worth checking. By the way some casinos most shows your overall stake summation and it's always far greater than your total or gross deposit over that same period of time especially if you play more of casino games. What I'm most definitely referring to is something like total deposit and now that I come to think of it I've not really tried to pull out that data in the past though.

You are right OP with the way you share and I have been doing it since the last two months, I gamble on the type of online casino (as most people do now) and I can easily see the monthly expenses and income in my account, ohiya I use a separate bank account to make deposit transactions, meaning there are no other transactions in the account other than for gambling, so I can easily check the amount of monthly expenses and income on gambling.
This I also did because I was surprised when I saw that the amount of monthly spending on gambling was very large, so now I am trying to shrink gambling spending by implementing strict limits.

Like many people, I don't like going back and checking my losses or wins. Because I know there were probably losses, and I don't like dwelling on them. When I win, the momentary satisfaction is enough for me. I'm not someone who gambles or chases after winnings. So maybe my losses are minimal, meaning I don't need to constantly look at my losses. I'm not a gambling addict if I were, I would look at my losses and perhaps try to cover them up, which is the worst thing.

Looking at the betting history that may not be enough there is only a section where it is only chasing losses and being too focused on recouping losses and eventually losing everything. In some of the World Cup matches yesterday there were quite optimistic bets that I kept going, winning quite a lot but losing in the end by the mistake of picking a team that didn't make the final.
The history illustrates that on some bets I was confident but then felt that something was wrong and could not be controlled.

No matter how careful you are as a regular gambler, you will still incur losses, except you are a gambler that won just one time and became very inconsistent with gambling. I don't believe that gambling history is enough to show who is a responsible gambler or not; or who has more control than the other. Apart from looking at the gambling history of the gambler, the gambler's physical state, mental state and financial status should also be examined. Despite his transaction history, does the gambler look physically well? Does he seem to you like an addict? Is he spending more than he earns on gambling? Does he owe debts? Is he selling all of his properties? How is his relationship with his family and friends? How about his job? If he has no problems with these questions above, then he is fine. The gambling history may not be doing justice, the house always has an edge.

After going through it I will like you to answer this question, Do you actually control your bets, or does your betting history tell a different story?
Talking about my gambling history, in the beginning of the game I could not maintain self-control over myself, due to which my passion and aggressive attitude led me to financial losses. However, I learned from my mistakes and started gambling again, as a result of which I realized that gambling is not about getting rich quick but discipline is very important in gambling. Gambling with an aggressive attitude leads to nothing but loss, as a result of which the gambler has to face financial and mental disaster, so it is very important to accept the result calmly and not to make quick and quick decisions without emotional thoughts, of course it is better to take time to make the right decision, so that you can maintain self-control over yourself, which can protect yourself from big financial losses as well as from the terrible destruction of gambling. Greed through gambling only leads to the destruction of the gambler, so it is better to control greed and gamble for the purpose of entertainment.

After some people checked their gambling history, and they notice that their loss is kind of high, they not going to agree that they no longer in control of their bet, no matter the amount some people lose, they still going to tell you they know what they doing, and they not addicted to gambling. We should take some time to check our gambling activities, compare the amount which you have lost with the amount which you earn, and see if what you are gambling with is high, or it’s normal. Anyone scared to check their gambling history might likely be addicted to gambling, they don’t want to see the amount which they have lost in gambling, but it’s better to check, so that we will be able to control ourselves, and adjust where necessary.

The only thing I know my bet history keeps revealing to me, is that my losses are much higher than my wins. Apart from that , nothing else. I just started betting again after a while, reason is because the football league has started. I am not addicted to gambling, I only bet only on weekends with just one slip.
If I don't win my slip, then it till the next week before I decide to bet again. If someone wants to chase losses, they will end up In a bad situation. Gambling is dangerous especially when emotions start controlling your decisions., but you only need to minimise how often you interact with it. I have seen men sell of their cars, because they borrowed money to gamble, thinking it will make them rich. Some even borrow more because they think they might luckily hit a jackpot. Self limit, and discipline is what keep someone safe from addiction on gambling.
