Are you sure about the incognito mode? Incognito mode only make what you do on browser not traceable.
This is wrong! Incognito mode only prevents your browsing history, cache, site data, e.t.c from being saved on your local device when you close the window. Your ISP provider and institution can still see the notwork traffic and the websites you visit.
Exactly this is what I meant but I did not put it very well. What I meant is that incognito only make what you do on browser not traceable on the browser, not online. What you do online can still be traced but what you do on your browser will not be traceable if anyone check the browser.
Both statements are really different, but I get what you both are driving at. Most people think there's any real privacy when using incognito mode, but there isn't. It's just your browser deceiving you that you're accessing the Internet privately. I did this a lot in my younger years using elders phone to watch porn or gamble

I had a quick glance at their terms now, the only place VPN was mentioned was, it's "not too be used to bypass geo-restrictions", they weren't explicit about it's rejection. They didn't state that it's accepted as well, so it's not really clear, but however, their specificity on not using it to bypass restrictions seems to vindicate those using it from allowed locations.
