What are the list of jobs that will forever survives?

Even it doesn't have to be a job, just something that is a fuel of money, something that will never die and if ones skill is based around it such space will never die.

The only one I can come up with is stock market, the end of stock market means the end of the world, maybe if a might omnipotent nuke get released into the world.

I think that a person's first skill is the most effective for making money, so if you are skilled in a specific subject, it is reasonable to start working on that subject, and if you are not skilled in a specific subject, it is better to acquire skills with patience. If you do not acquire skills and just chase after money, you will never reach a specific goal.

If you want to succeed in life, don't listen to what others say, move forward with a specific plan according to your own skills, and don't consider any task small, be careful and respectful of your work. As a result, you will gradually reach your goals, which will help you sustain yourself for a long time.

The important thing is that people have a bad habit of quickly getting frustrated and giving up on any task, which prevents people from reaching specific goals, so it is very important to move forward with the right plan and stick to it until the end.

Yes there are many jobs that can never die, same as in my opinion there is one skills that can ever useful. That is skill of "marketing", it can be used in every field. A person who is efficient in explaining the product details, catch the customer, attracts more audience, and work in favour of the company. It will always be in the demands of the business, any development or the invention of any technology, that person never face state of unemployment.

Infact this skills not only used in promotion of the product but that person can start his own business easily. Marketing helps to understand the customer choices, or it can predict future markets demands. However, It is a reality that people ignored to learn this skills. They usually spend lot of money on acquiring the degrees or other professionals or non professional courses but there are few who come to learn this skill. While it has its own worth, that remains in demand always.

Oh well, that's a nice one. Marketing is definitely not something that can be easily replaceable.
These AI agents are not that capable to advertise a product end to end so that the users can buy it instantly.
But yeah, there are AI agents which will help a marketing person to achieve his goal very quickly.
All we need is relevant data to target the audience and AI agents can help us get that quickly.

Learn how to buy and sell because that is a skill that will live through the ages and will never die until the end of the world. If am not wrong, it's the most oldest profession or craft in today's world, so if you can master how to buy and sell, the sky is the beginning point of your limit.

You can't just tell someone to learn how to buy and sell without suggesting the kind of business that the person can venture into and will be profitable in the long term and not go out of demand. When you are talking about buying and selling, it's a business you're referring to, and as we know, it's not every business that can survive for a very long time. You can be successful in that business but as time goes on it may start experiencing decline in patronage or people might not be needing that business anymore. If you’re talking about skills that will never fade away then you have to consider being a problem solver. Life is full of challenges, everyday people face different challenges, there’s never a day that will pass without challenges and people looks out for those who can solve problems either through their technical skills, ability to think clearly and detect where the problem is coming from and be able to fix it. There’s nothing more durable like having this skills, no job can be guaranteed because something can happen in the future, you cannot always be working on a particular job for your lifetime because a time will come when you’ll get retired from active services but your technical skills can keep you going till death.

There are skills that will not be relevant in the future because they will be handled by robots or ai, that is the main reason op wants to know the jobs or skills that will never fade away for him or maybe his children to learn, but as you did not mention the skills that will never fade away with passage of time it will be difficult for op to know the skill that will help him be a problem solver without the problems he is solving being solved by robots or ai in the future.

There are alot of essential Jobs in the market, even during covid these jobs were still operational like the healthcare profession, I don't that job will ever die off as long as there is someone sick, someone would always be in existence to nurse them back to health. There are some cooperate jobs as well, like the ones that have to deal with natural resources. The people who mine natural resources to create raw materials, well, yes the natural resources are limited but tr concept of mining natural resources for raw materials will always exist, so I don't see that job going anywhere anytime soon.

Yes, the healthcare professionals seem to be not going to be away. Even with modern technology on that industry, the professionals are still needed for them to use those machines with new technology.

Since I was a kid, I've been hearing about the nurses and they're always in demand. And I think they're both pandemic and ai proof.

While for the miners, I think that's something that I haven't heard that it can be replaced or will not go away.

With the EV industry getting bigger, there's more needed for them to dig more minerals and I guess they're also in demand now.

This is one thing most people have failed to understand, they do not know that even though AI is not available in our today's world, your will not be able to meet up if you are not evolving in what ever you are doing. If as a teacher or a business person, you fail to learn, evolve and move on with time, you will lose bigger clients or even everything to those that learn and evolve in what you all are into, so their is no two ways about it.

 Having a skill or and idea is one thing, but being one of the best in what you are into is another thing that will never let you go out of fashion in years to come, if you keep on evolving.

Nothing last forever so I don't think there is a job that will be there forever. There may be but it will be the continuity as technology keeps improving. Fashion job will always be there and so many others that are professional jobs. No professional jobs can be replaced with advanced technology that can take the job through AI.

Stock is not a job but an investment, so you don't have to include it as a job and it's is the same thing to when you use your money to buy crypto and starts holding till when you are ready to take the profit. There are so many jobs that may not fade away but they will be advanced in technology. As the year runs out, more new jobs are coming and the aging ones are being ignored due to employers not needing them again.

There are a lot of jobs and skill that will never fade away, as long as the world still exists. You just mentioned one which is stock market,  but there are still more like doctors, nurses,  teachers bankees etc. These jobs are very important for the survive of a society,  so if you are in these field of job, you should be rest assured that these jobs will be there until the end of time. Sure, you made some valid points. There are many works that can last forever as long as the world exists. For example, Mechanics, Welders, Plumbers, Electricians or even Food business and agriculture this is one of the businesses that will stay for many generations because nobody can survive without food. People like me cannot survive a single day without food.

Moreover, if I should choose, I would prefer skills rather than a job. Jobs don’t last, a job is just a matter of time. You can be in a service job for 30 years, then you will retire from that job. Let’s assume that you had a job for 30 years, and you couldn’t make any savings throughout those years, how would you survive after the retirement? You can get your pension, but skills are things that will stay with you forever.

Actually due to the rapid rise of technology and artificial intelligence, we can see that many professions are at risk but then there are many skills and jobs that will never disappear, such as farming, car repair and electronics work, food business, etc.

It is true that there will be a demand for jobs like agriculture or car repair but I think it is right to say that they will never disappear, because technology can change the nature of work even if it does not completely remove these jobs.  Now  automation and AI are gradually entering agriculture. And car repair can already be done through robots.

so if someone is in this profession, I think he can rest assured that in fact from this type of profession, they will be able to create a source of income and create their own wealth.

Just because a profession survives does not guarantee that the person in that profession will be able to create wealth. I would say it is also important to update skills regularly in the current market, because what AI cannot do today, AI will be able to do tomorrow.

There are plenty of practical hands on jobs which are hard to see dying away

Building tradesmen and women such as block laying, plastering, plumbing and electrical.
Every job site is different with different challenges, trades people have to be able to adapt
to discrepancies made by previous trades in the building chain.

Other manual trades like carpentry, stonemasons and blacksmithing are still required skills,
particularly in bespoke project work.

These are called handworks in my country and I agree most of them may take a long time before they die out. But with the advancement of technology everything is threatened it’s only a matter of time.
There’s already robotics for blacksmithing, and some other aspects of building have been covered by machines but not totally.
The thing is every skilled person should always aim to be the best or atleast try to upgrade their skills from time to time.

If you’re looking for a job or skill that will never fade away then you need to learn a skill or study a course you will practice for the rest of your life.The healthcare sector is a field that would never fade away because people fall ill and definitely they would run to a physician for treatment or checkup.They’re lots of physicians that are too excellent in their profession,even after retirement the hospital wouldn’t let go of them.This topic reminds me of our family doctor when I was still young,the man grew old to a retirement age but the public hospital still retained him so he was retired but he wasn’t tired of practicing he’s field because of the passion he has for the profession.There are lot of profession and skills to elaborate on but I decided to make more emphasis on the medical field since I am a healthcare practitioner.

The best skill is an analytical mind that can solve problems. If you can think in this way, you won't be out of jobs. The truth is, you just can't focus on 1 skill and take it as the holy grail. But, if you can analyze a problem and offer solutions to it, then I feel that's the best path forward. With this, you can identify what skill you need to apply at what time—if you can't do it, you hire or delegate to someone who can.

I like what others have said, like in the health care industry. No AI or bots can replace human who takes care of our senior population. Or every jobs that uses our bear hand to touch. Or something that we need a strong mind. And even if we saw movies on robots becoming cops, I don't think that it will be the future. We still need cops to become human as they can't just solved crimes with robots.

Here we go with the AI take-over again. But, I think advanced humanoids can actually do most of these jobs though. So we can't completely write those jobs off as irreplaceable. And I think when they do, they'll be more precise because they won't be swayed by indecisions, emotions, and mistakes. They'll follow the guidelines and laws around any given field with utmost precision—maybe that might be a bad thing, because most of these fields require emotions and humanity.

There are some skills that if you know, there will be no shortage of work. Big companies now don't ask how many years of experience you have, but rather whether you can solve the problem. Skills are seen everywhere, so if you want, you can become a doctor or a lawyer, you can earn money by serving people for the rest of your life. Or some traditional business that you and your next generation can do.

Well i think physical workers cant be replaced by Ainor any other thing, if eventually ai takes over everything then there will always be someone that controls and coordinates those automated machines so there can be multiple jobs that cant fade, one job in my mind is plumber because they work in such environments that a normal Ai machine can not survive in as thye serve in humid and wet environments. There are many other ones also but i think plumbers are the ones that are going to stick around for a while

In the past people used to try to get more education and degrees because you could get a job based on a degree but now it is completely the opposite. Now jobs and businesses are done based on skills and expertise.If you have less education then it is not a big problem but if you do not have the skills to solve problems then you are useless.You are right.Some business or skill that does not change with the seasons such as marketing mobile repairing medical store etc.There are also many businesses that affect your family members and create convenience for them.And do not make the mistake of learning such skills that are closing down with time or are of no importance.

It is never possible that all types of employment will pay you in the long run. But through some jobs you can earn money in the long run. I think if you can set up a good business, then as long as the business survives, you will continue to benefit from it. There must be skills here. Those who have skills are never unemployed as long as they can use that skill. If you can improve your skills in the stock market, especially in the trading world, then it is profitable for you. But sometimes even big institutions like the stock market can be in bad shape, although it will not be completely destroyed, but it is better to develop skills on some other platform through which there is an opportunity to earn money continuously.

Not me, but those kinds of jobs pay quite well (at least in my country), kind of like plumbing, auto mechanics, and other careers where you're working with your hands--but that whole question of which jobs AI is going to destroy has me scratching my head on this question.  Everything is getting way more tech-oriented than before, so who's to say that HVAC techs are going to be necessary for decades to come? 

That's a question I have no answer to, not even when it comes to medical professions.  I assume there's always going to be a need for the human touch, but things are changing so rapidly that I'm not confident about any of my opinions, much less 100% certain.  There are also bigger questions, e.g., what happens to all the displaced workers when AI has taken their jobs?  How are they going to support themselves?  Stuff like that gives my brain an icky feeling and makes me want to stop pondering it immediately.

Which I will now do.  Good luck to the young folks just entering the workforce (or trying to).  I mean that sincerely, because the job market isn't what it was even 5-10 years ago.

I can understand the job market already, not that young. But HVAC is really interesting and mind-consuming. The job keeps your body active as well. I don't think AI or robotics could replace these people. If I have to install an AC or something, I would call an HVAC technician, not AI or any kind of Elon's robot.

When AI displaces workers, I believe something new will create jobs for them. The internet took many jobs, but it created a new industry. Then smartphones took many jobs but created jobs for developers and many other kinds of jobs. So I believe maybe in the future, people displaced by AI will find something good. They don't have a choice. Life is hard, they have to do something about it. Maybe not in a stable way, but they eventually will find something to do.

AI industry has at least opened jobs for Neurodivergent people because of how they think and approach people. If millions of people are using AI, then they are actually training it, but there will always be jobs for people. A few months ago, I saw an ad by Claude and other AI companies they were hiring developers. DeepSeek is still hiring.

Healthcare professionals job like doctors, nurses, physical therapist, and surgeons will never fade away, they occupy a very unique position in the global workforce that ensure that their roles will never go away. Because these healthcare professionals relies heavily on irreplaceable human elements that technology like Ai, and automation cannot replace them. Although Ai and advanced robotics continue to reshape various industrial sectors, the core of medicine remains deeply rooted in qualities unique to human beings. The specialized nature of patients will always require human judgement, empathy, and physical care, these clinical roles will remain vital pillars of society indefinitely. That is the reason why healthcare professionals job is so essential to the society at large and it is highly recommend and needed for the survival of patients which i see it as a professional job that will never fade or go away despite the enhancement of technology.

Speaking of therapists I don't think that's much of a big deal now because a lot of people see Ai as a tool that can be used to air out their opinions or talk about how they feel, it's crazy that a lot of people see talking to Ai more than anyone else because they feel it's safer but they forget that Ai was programmed and it cannot be compared to someone that's a professional. There are lots of professional Jobs that are always going to be relevant in the future and all what you mentioned are very included. Health care workers are very crucial to the human race but at the same time technology are trying to prove that they are replaceable, robots are being built to carryout medical procedures on patients and also to administer drugs as well. But all these cannot be compared to a human providing care and support towards a patient.
