What are the list of jobs that will forever survives?

Even it doesn't have to be a job, just something that is a fuel of money, something that will never die and if ones skill is based around it such space will never die.

The only one I can come up with is stock market, the end of stock market means the end of the world, maybe if a might omnipotent nuke get released into the world.

Healthcare professionals job like doctors, nurses, physical therapist, and surgeons will never fade away, they occupy a very unique position in the global workforce that ensure that their roles will never go away. Because these healthcare professionals relies heavily on irreplaceable human elements that technology like Ai, and automation cannot replace them. Although Ai and advanced robotics continue to reshape various industrial sectors, the core of medicine remains deeply rooted in qualities unique to human beings. The specialized nature of patients will always require human judgement, empathy, and physical care, these clinical roles will remain vital pillars of society indefinitely. That is the reason why healthcare professionals job is so essential to the society at large and it is highly recommend and needed for the survival of patients which i see it as a professional job that will never fade or go away despite the enhancement of technology.

Trading stocks isnt safe.  the market doesnt die, but bad traders go broke every single day.

Since we are embracing new technology from time to time, I think jobs like cybersecurity experts and software and AI developers will gain long term or let's say will be forever in demand, as well as healthcare professionals and those who's jobs focus on finances and business managers as planning and budgeting money will always be a good skill in the long run.

However, if you want non-stop fuel of your money, don't just focus on doing your job but do side hustles as well that will bring additional income for you. And most importantly, go for digital investments like bitcoin as you don't just invest for today or tomorrow, but you are investing for a good retirement in the future.

If you are employed, you will stand the risk of losing your job one day because anything can happen and there is no job stability guaranteed, many we go for cryptocurrency because the understand that this does not still deny them access to doing other things despite in it and still commit themselves to other important engagement that are also beneficial, there is nothing like being self-employed than when you are dependent of other people that employed you.

Hmm, I never thought about what the world would be like if the stock market stopped globally, although they have stopped in many countries before, like Russia, Argentina, etc. I don't really know how it will be globally, and I don't want to know.

You can be a farmer haha, or a construction/maintenance person. You can go into medicine if you like. I have thought of a course for me if AI took my job, that is HVAC. Is there anyone here an HVAC technician?

As a CS major student bro, I will say only one thing, you never stop. If someone replaces you, or you lose your job anyway, you don't get to regret, feel remorseful, or sit idle doing nothing. You don't have to worry about anything. Wake up, go outside, see what people are still doing and what you can do. Learn that, and start making money. Implementation is important, then just ideas.

There will always be jobs or skills, or investments that will definitely go a long way. But if you are not that knowledgeable or skillful on your job, or not capable and patient enough to endure those financial setbacks, then you will always lose the job, business or investment no matter how profitable it is.

As much as you want to secure a lifetime job, you should also go for non-stop personal growth and development so that you can gain assurance that you will never lose the kind of job you are aiming for, or the kind of business or investment that you want to manage until you reach your retirement age.

I think one major skill that won't fade away is healthcare workers and caregiver, people will definitely fall sick and need medical care ,that is why majority are going into ,in terms of drugs too there are  profit in it and people need medication to survive.

Another skill mechanic and electricians , definitely our cars need services ,our houses need electrical appliances that should be fixed ,and I believe those profession won't fade away easily, and those skills are self employment, which you won't be sack without notice ,all you need is a good contracts that can pave ways for you , lastly is coding , cybersecurity, and trading but it involves risk anyways, but above all Bitcoin investment is important and can't fade away.

There are plenty of practical hands on jobs which are hard to see dying away

Building tradesmen and women such as block laying, plastering, plumbing and electrical.
Every job site is different with different challenges, trades people have to be able to adapt
to discrepancies made by previous trades in the building chain.

One very assured skill that can 100 percent keep you fed for life is knowing how to fix cars and trucks.It doesn't matter how advanced things get, at the end of the day, car engines, brakes and even the almighty electric vehicles are definitely going to experience some breakdown or even get involved in accidents and when such situations arise, a computer screen can not in any way provide a physical solution to that. Having the technical know how of heavy machinery repairs with two hands is the perfect way to make sure the robot doesn't steal your livelihood.

I think my first pick would also be healthcare professionals, but not just any professional or any doctor, I'd say it is doctors that have unique skills and capabilities, such as neurosurgeons, cardiologists, and other surgeons who handle areas which require extreme care and expertise, and those who acquire those skills and expertise will probably never lose their jobs because I can't think of a time near or far in the future when humans will start trusting robots and AI to perform such complex treatments and surgeries, because you can trust a human more than a robot, obviously.

Other than that, I believe some engineers, such as mechanical engineers, will also go a long way, because we recently saw when Ford fired a lot of their engineers to replace them with Artificial Intelligence, but they soon realized that they have made a huge mistake because AI couldn't handle things as they did, and the quality of their products wasn't good enough, so they were compelled to rehire all the engineers that they had fired earlier.

If we narrow the discussion to basic necessities then we should be talking about things like farming, water, electricity, even as funny as a waste disposal may sound it's still one of the most important things that will always have relevance in a society. Disposing waste will become a really huge issue in the future due to plastic and products like polypropylene, though they can be recycled but for the ones that are meant to be disposed it will cause a huge concern in the future.
With the rise of GMO food real natural meals would be a problem and would be really expensive however the only to secure yourself and probably your family is by have a farm. Though even with GMOs people would still be available to work as farming.

Job / profession as seller will not go extinct because as long as humans have needs and desires, buying and selling activities will remain exist. The reality, human needs always developed, nowdays human buy something not to be survive but for comfort, status and hobies. Especially for high value goods, usually direct interaction needed, even there are AI threat but trust needed. On the other hand, based on demand there RnD team always create new product which need sales / marketer to reach its targeted new market.

Because market is dynamic and change fast, the way sales work must keep changing, Sales professionals must not only possess sales and communication skills but also master product knowledge.

If yes then I must say that it is something you should learn that would never fade or make you to regret over the time, most people through trading has become something else to their life's because they remain committed to what they are doing that is why you many people talking about trading. Although, I know that isn't an easy way to start making money from trading at least you have to start from somewhere for you to make money, and you must not fully put money first but you must learn to understand things about the trading that you are to venture into. Again, other ways is by learning personal skills such programming, painting and designing, crafting work also pays for long term providers that you are putting what people loves.

Social care. If you’re someone who’s empathetic, caring, and want to make a difference then you should definitely get into social care. There is job safety in this sector because people are always going to need social care workers.

Being a therapist is another job I believe will never go obsolete especially with the increasingly high rate of broken homes, and social media addiction. This generation is going to need a lot of support to manage their mental health.

Jobs involving leadership roles and positions will forever survive to me, and like I said previously in another topic similar to this on the forum, I don't ever see a time where humans will completely yield leadership positions or job roles to artificial intelligence to handle, so these job roles or skills are something that will not be threatened.

I know many people may argue that leadership positions or job rules are not skills that someone can develop themselves, but the truth is that there are schools that teach leadership skills, and the ability to master the concept of leadership makes you a good leader in any place you are.

Such leadership skill training helps individuals become more suited for leadership positions by, like, maybe improving their decision-making ability and also their ability to stay cool and calculated under pressure.

If you want to figure out skills or jobs that will not fade away do not follow trend, check for jobs that has survived more than centuries ago, you'd find professions like Story telling, Medicine, Military, Politics, Music, Art, etc. There're multiple number of them that has stayed with humanity for hundreds of years, they'll not fade away now.

In stock market, it's all about the risk involved and what the market is telling us. If AI can have that kind of program like a bot that can see where the market is going, then most likely there will be no stock brokers as robots can completely takes it over.

I like what others have said, like in the health care industry. No AI or bots can replace human who takes care of our senior population. Or every jobs that uses our bear hand to touch. Or something that we need a strong mind. And even if we saw movies on robots becoming cops, I don't think that it will be the future. We still need cops to become human as they can't just solved crimes with robots.

Digital-related jobs are vulnerable to being replaced.
Setting AI aside for a moment, I am convinced there are many jobs that currently cannot be performed digitally or by repetitive automated systems. AI won't reach those sectors, except perhaps to offer suggestions. Besides, AI infrastructure is prohibitively expensive to implement for small businesses and non-tech professions.

farmers (agricultural sector) doctors, barbers, and many others can be included in the list, from top to bottom categories, those I mentioned will die when humans are no longer around, by the way, stock trading you said is too confident, one mistake can make you bankrupt no matter how smart you are, sometimes the market is not moved organically but rather manipulated
