First off, do you have any kind of proof to back up your accusation. It could be correspondence you had with BC.Game support or an email you received from them, anything that can act as proof.
That said, BC.Game has come to be known for this, it has been from one scam accusation to another. Their reputation is at an all time low in this forum and to be honest, if your accusation is true, i doubt you'll get the resolution your seek. This is their
