First off, do you have any kind of proof to back up your accusation. It could be correspondence you had with BC.Game support or an email you received from them, anything that can act as proof.

That said, BC.Game has come to be known for this, it has been from one scam accusation to another. Their reputation is at an all time low in this forum and to be honest, if your accusation is true, i doubt you'll get the resolution your seek. This is their representative on the forum, you can send them a PM with a link to this thread, though i would not hold my breath for anything positive.

I think OP is at right position what could be the reason that BC.Game has suspended the account of OP? I think if they really have a genuine representative then they should solve OP's issue. I've seen many people reporting BC.Game for such stuff, and OP seems to be among those victims. Let's wait to hear what BC.Game's representative will say after reading this thread and OP's issue.

Since the case has been resolved, there is no need to contact anyone again but let the op makes his decision either to continue gambling or stop gambling and if I were him, I would stopped gambling because the attitude and the behavior of BC.Game has been changed and op is aware of it. You have given him a good solution his participation in the casino. Now that he has luck, he should withdraw whatever he can and leave the casino foe good and not for bad.
