A new account? That hasn't posted anything? Maybe there's a trace of it to an already banned account in the past through IP. Well, maybe those more knowledgeable on this can write here to explain the situation better.

What was spelt out for your ban reason was "probably due to spam or plagiarism". That points you to what to avoid, among other things. However, I believe there's a policy here for banned accounts not to return unless the ban is lifted.

Not much, stop bad things like plagiarism and scams. But doing all this now will not help anything because you will not be given any more opportunities.

I probably found it.

According to bitlist.co's report, only one new topic was opened and posted from the account named Bahrain_99, and no more posts were made after that. That topic was created about 4-5 days ago. Even the same thread (probably) was created by the same person from his alternate account.Duplicating the same thread is certainly not new, falling into plagiarism.

I have roughly concluded from this report that this could be the reason for his ban. Because I did not find any other post on the Bahrain_99 account that could be the reason for his ban. But a moderator may be able to give a better explanation than this.

No. I have no reason to add a trigger for such a post (unless people really start spamming it).

What Rhow said is probably right. It is a 1:1 copy, so a mod/patroller must have just nuked the account.

Reason is spam or plagiarism but mostly it is because of plagiarism or AI posts. LoyceV shown your post was plagiarized, it's a confirm of your account ban's reason.

I don't think that such  a scenario exists that a new account would be created and global mods would run an ip test in order to reveal if it matches a previously banned account. That would be a lot of work invested in an account you aren't even sure will succeed.

This is a bit off-topic, but I'm curious. What does this sentence mean? Have you never registered, or tried to register, an account somewhere where registration from the same IP address is prohibited? Somewhere where a unique IP address is required? I honestly don't see what's so complicated about that?

Any casino, any online store, and actually, lots of websites have similar systems in place. Anti-fraud systems don't require human intervention (everything is determined automatically, and there’s simply no way to get around it and register a second time); the only thing that can be said, if we're talking about complexity, is that this equipment is probably quite expensive... Well, in places where multiple accounts are prohibited, people are willing to pay to avoid cheaters.

OP the plagiarism post you made was actually the reason why you were banned.
When you open or register an account in this forum, you are expected to go through the forum rules and regulation.
When you don’t do that, and you break any rule you are going to be punished accordingly whether you know about the rule you broke or not because you are expected to know the rules since it’s already written.

I will advise you to go through all the rules of this forum before posting again.

If I understand correctly newer account Figgaer was formerly banned Bahrain_99. This topic doesn't quite look like a ban appeal to me, therefore Figgaer evades his former ban, breaking forum rule #25.
