AVOID KIKABET - Withholding my funds and completely ignoring me

I have had a withdrawal left on 'Pending' since August 17th. I have contacted support multiple times and they have not responded once. I made a post in their dedicated topic on this forum and the Kikabet representative completely ignored it and carried on posting promotions as normal. Do not deposit any money onto that website.

I deposited $4000 in total. First deposit $2500, second deposit $1500.

The August 17th withdrawal attempt is my first and only withdrawal attempt. It is still Pending.

I messaged support on August 15th regarding a deposit issue and they responded instantly and resolved the issue. Then when I tried to message them again on August 18th, after I had won money, to let them know my withdrawal was stuck on pending, they did not respond. I then messaged support multiple times over the next week and they ignored me every time. That's what prompted me to post in their ANN thread which as you know was also ignored.

I only placed sportsbets on Tier 1 League of Legends games. Nothing else.

I have full access to all casino features and am also still able to place bets on League of Legends games.

I have not undergone full KYC verification as there is no option on the site to actually do it. If they were to actually respond to me and ask me to undergo full KYC I would be happy to do so.

The Kikabet representative does not allow messages from Newbies so I am unable to message them privately here.

The last time I played at this casino during the World Cup period when they were running the contest, honestly did not experience any problems because it was a small amount of transactions, I would like to know if the previous withdrawal you made was successful or is this the first time?

Now, since you are posting on this board Scam & Accusations, you must include some additional specific information, such as the amounts you deposited and whether if this is your first time requesting a withdrawal or you have already withdraw successfully before this time. Also whether you still have access to all casino features while your withdrawal status is still pending and whether your account has undergone full KYC verification (important). We also need to know if you have communicated with their official representative via forum PM or other means through channels outside the forum. For the community to engage with your complaint, you must provide all available evidence and not just a screenshot from support chat.

You can check on AB de Royse777 quote for the image. OP made a deposit for a total of around 4,000$ and has not withdrawn a single things is (0$).

[1] Deposit transactions you've made, each deposit, and totals
[2] What betting activity have you done? Casino, Slots, Sportbet?
[3] Collect every piece of information they are ignoring in your message from livechats, to emails.
[4] In case your bet is not Sportbets, I suggest you to created issue on CASINO Guru .

Usually, Casino will somehow process the withdrawal, and the pending withdrawal flags appear when our total withdrawals amount are more than the deposit. Total deposit being made is 4,000$ and OP trying to withdraw 3,000$ usually these still can getting through.

Just my two cents, OP bet history are made on Sportbet?

You can try filing a dispute on this platform too https://contesthunters.com/disputes. It was handled by @holydarkness which a very valuable forum member that handle case like this.

Perhaps, Kikabet didn’t notice your last post made during August since they are just posting updates most of the time but they do reply once they notice a suggestion or issue.

Let’s see once their account becomes active again if they will finally answer your concern. But I highly suggest to file a dispute on the platform that I share.

I participated in the Kikabet signature campaign and I only lasted one week because when I tried the casino, it reminded me way too much of the Lightlord casinos—basically a one-man operation, with maybe someone hired to help out, but essentially everything depending on one person and nothing automated.

I shared that experience in another thread—I think it was on the ANN. Basically, they advertised instant deposits and withdrawals, but I had to contact them for both, because there was nothing “instant” about it. But I did win money and they paid me—they processed my withdrawal—so I can’t accuse them of anything, but it gave me a bad feeling, and that’s why I switched campaigns.

The problem you're having with KIKABET, can't be KYC issues...Assuming it's KYC they would informed you, But i will advice you to complete your KYC so that they will not hold anything against you..

But from the image you posted, what you deposited is $4000 total...So why do you want to withdraw 3k out of 4k you deposited without betting in their platform....

I read the policy of KIKABE, and it stipulated that if a client uses VPN to make withdrawal it will be ban and the account of the user will be blocked...i want to ask you, if theirs any ways you used VPN during your registration in their platform and as well, when you're attempting to make a withdrawal did you use VPN?

I suggest that, this can be one of the factors that might behind the pending transaction of yours....Cross check if you have violent the rules and regulations of the platform

I believe you haven't checked the screenshot properly. OP has already wagered more than $22k on the platform, and he still has $8k in his Kikabet account. It means OP has already made a decent profit with his deposited funds. I think the odds provider has taken the primary decision to hold OP's withdrawal. I could be wrong here, because Kikabet is completely ignoring OP and hasn't said anything to him until now. They aren't acting professionally here.

If you didn't break any rule and are ready to confirm your identity through KYC, I can't find any reason for Kikabet not to proceed with your withdrawal or at least explain the reason for the long delay. My guess is that it is a one-man team who can easily find himself stuck when he has to check on multiple tasks. I am sure someone has contacted the official rep Kikabet account about your issue and that he has already received a mention notification. I find it heavy to ask you to wait a few more days, but this is the best you can do for now.

Lately, it's become a pattern: any player caught abusing the platform accuses us of scamming or cheating instead of accepting the outcome.

For context, we're 4 months into the market. Unlike most competitors, our platform is not a whitelabel  it's built in-house, which means we're also the ones finding and fixing exploits as they appear, some of which have already cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars.
That won't stop us from operating fairly, and it also won't stop us from acting when abuse is identified.

On this specific case: this account was identified running duplicate accounts , placing a bet on one account and the inverse bet on a linked alt account, which is arbitrage gambling, a guaranteed-profit setup regardless of the actual game outcome, and against our T&Cs the same as at any regulated operator.
That alt account is also where the funds were already withdrawn to
so the claim that this is a "first and only withdrawal, still pending" leaves out that the paired account had already cashed out.

This is the same pattern we see every time someone gets caught: "new casino," "scared of bad reviews," "maybe if I threaten them publicly they'll pay to avoid the noise."

You must make this clarification, every time someone says you have stolen their money (even if you know they are lying). It's a claim as long as nothing refutes it, and each time such explanations are needed, part of the transparency the team has to maintain. I know the pressure you are under as a new lunching, but you are well aware of the challenges in this sector.
If a person tells a story, and there is evidence that something is wrong, the community will look for evidence of credibility, not evidence of lying. Thanks for taking the time to explain this, it will no doubt boost the trust on your services.

They did pay me. I don't remember exactly, but it was about $250 or so. I deposited $50, got lucky, withdrew that amount, and left a little bit at the casino to keep betting. I don't know exactly what happened in your case, but they did pay me, and you can see on their ANN that they've paid other people, too. Let's not give the impression that this casino doesn't pay anyone, because that's not the case.
