Seems like getting lucky is against the TOS these days. Looking at the numbers, it makes no sense to even call this a flag.

Ah and by the way, them advertising several originals games as 100% RTP is also kind of a scam because it is NOT 100%, just by the numbers. Posted about this this here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5596519.msg67253295#msg67253295

If they don't reply and clear this up I think some action should be done.

It's a shame they're refusing to do the right thing. Instead of advising them properly, their agent has chosen to defend what is clearly a scam for a few bucks.

I mean I understand they are checking things because this is not just about "a few bucks". We are talking 6.75 BTC here, not mbtc or something. But no matter the amount there should be some form of communication, in here as well as on casinoguru. Neither is happening which is obviously not a good sign, and their first reply in this thread was AI generated which first is ridiculous and second is against forum rules as well.
Royse is a solid campaign manager and hopefully he will look more deep into this. The numbers they provide make no sense and are in no way worth a flag. The guy played for big money, spent big money, and got lucky. What's the problem with that? If they think ANY foul play is happening then they should contact the game provider so they check it. Just bringing up numbers of what he played and how he made his bets is not enough reason to withhold winnings like that.

There are so many casino scams these days, and it seems Biggerz Casino is having payout issues too. I’ve seen several threads accusing them of being a scam. 6.75 BTC is an absolutely massive amount.

Yet, the campaign manager chose to ignore all the scam accusations against them, but instead chose to focus on the op's betting patterns. The bias is palpable.

You guys should get your facts straight. You both are talking about scam accusationS, that's plural. Show me one more thread in this section about this site. Please!
On this last 15 pages in this section here, dating back as long as to March of this year, there is not 1 single other thread about this site. So what are you talking about??
Not taking any site or whatever since we have to see more evidence (which I stated before so it's obvious I am not defending them), but what you 2 people post here is straight up fud.

for example at Casino Guru site, you can see already two Unresolved complaints. But seems you want to make impression that this site do not have scam practice with gamblers who play here.

In result casino representee do not said, what term is which rule was violated.

Everything the casino provided here consists merely of some figures and statistics regarding my bets. That’s correct—I played the *All Lucky Clovers 100* slot by BGaming, and I won. Furthermore, I had even greater luck while playing the *Gift Rush* slot. Why didn't they choose to publish that as well? The slot’s stated RTP is 97%. It’s not entirely clear, but it seems the casino representative was implying that I somehow influenced the slot’s mechanics, causing the RTP to increase.

Casino representative, please post the statistics for *Gift Rush* here; I think people would be interested to see how my luck played out there. It would also serve as good promotion for the provider, BGaming, since I believe I hit a significant win.

I appreciate what you're saying, I truly do. But I think you're looking at it differently from how I am. If you take the time to look beyond this forum, you'll find numerous complaints about them, and for a small, relatively unknown casino, that's not a good sign. Just look at their trustpilot page. Their account has also been flagged for fake reviews, with a warning displayed on their profile.

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/biggerz.com

Op I've supported your flag.

Yet when you wrote you have seen several "threads" about them this can only mean in the forum. Unless you have another forum where somebody else than OP posted this makes no sense. Trustpilot is a different story.
Talking about trustpilot, there is even a warning about the casino since there have been a high amount of fake (probably bought) reviews they deleted, which is not a good sign as well.

Dude you need to chill and get your facts straight. I have called out the site several times in this thread alone. Read everything and not only the one single thing that (for no reason) triggers you.  Roll Eyes
You are attacking one of the few users with a decent member level that actually tried to support your claim. But well, guess I won't support the flag then. Good luck finding support with that kind of behavior.

You wanted to join in, but then again, you didn't. If you enjoy empty chatter, then that’s your thing.

I shared information here about the scam at biggerz.com. The reason to join the effort to flag them isn't because I’m using sweet talk, but rather to ensure that the scammers face some form of penalty.

The VIP manager at Biggerz Casino also used sweet talk on me—only to disappear the moment it came time to pay out my winnings.

Dude you need to chill and get your facts straight. I have called out the site several times in this thread alone. Read everything and not only the one single thing that (for no reason) triggers you.  Roll Eyes

What I don't understand is why a service would refuse to clarify or clear their name on what happened in a dispute that was created on casino.guru about three months ago - BiggerZ Casino - Player’s withdrawal has been delayed.

This has led to biggerz being awarded black points, thereby making their safety index very bad. Nobody is going to look at such a safety index on casinoguru and then go ahead and sign up. Right now I also see an inactive trust flag which is going to get active in just a matter of time as more people realise that this case is dragging on and there is no clear resolution and will just support it.

If I were part of the bigger team, I would think about the impact of such unresolved accusations.

If I were part of the bigger team, I would think about the impact of such unresolved accusations.

They explained already, "Under clause 6.12 and our internal risk policy, the account has been permanently closed and the balance withheld. We stand by this decision."

So to pay 500000 euro winnings is internal risk, so they need to steal those money. Soryy Smiley))

But if you will check 6.12 from theirs terms, it is "6.12. Automated tools and bots
The use of automated tools or bots to place bets or spin reels is permitted solely for the purpose of standard gameplay. Any use of automated tools that involves attempts to exploit game mechanics, manipulate outcomes, or generate invalid requests is strictly prohibited. The Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently block any account where automated tool usage is deemed to violate these Terms, at its sole discretion. The Casino may also act on notifications received from game providers regarding abnormal request volumes or irregular activity patterns associated with a player's account."

So, this casino scam is absolutely absurd.

These scammers are also very stupid and lazy. They can’t even find 10 minutes to describe their scam in a somewhat coherent way.

I thnk everyone here ultimately wants to see a fair outcome , and I hope we can keep the discussion constructive.  The op is dealing with a very stresful situation, and emotions are understandable when such a significant amount of money is involved. At the same time, support and constructive criticism can go a long way. Hopefully, bigger zed will do the right thing and pay the op his money,

BiggerZ, we’re still waiting for proof that the op cheated. You’ve provided no evidence so far. All your pr representative has presented are the op’s betting patterns, and nothing shown appears irregular.

So I’ll ask again - What specific rule did the op break, and can you demonstrate exactly what exploit they used to gain an unfair advantage?

Also, can you provide evidence that BiggerZ has the liquidity to pay out such large wins? Or does your fine print effectively mean that winners aren’t welcome?

Are we still a community of users here in bitcointalk or we are trying to scam between us? Or for a few bucks we can start to endorse any possible scam?
Would we allow to see promoted 1xbit (that has exactly the same issues) or we can stop to admire blindly some internet scammer?

Pay attention, if you verify the post history  It's evident that this website could bring many issues even to users that are promoting it...
It's a couple of weeks we are reading the bullshit of BiggerZ and Royse777 about this scam... nonsense post with AI, fake traffic, fake reviewa, fake jackpot, fake fournament, it's an honey pot no more nor less.

Dear AB de Royse777, after reading through various topics and posts about BiggerZ in detail, I unfortunately have to say that I need to leave the campaign until things are fully resolved. I respect you as BM and hope we might work together somewhere else in the future. Thanks a lot anyway for the opportunity to work with you. Best Greetz, j.

I am still "surprised" that despite the asthonishing amount of evidence of scam/malpractice/incompetence those users has decide to no step back - they have no idea to make due diligence before.

The list of accusation is impressive, it would be now the last of the task to endorse them and advocating for a casino that has all of these un-addressed issues.

So let's call the things with their name. This is a scam, promoting here "being the campaign manager" would make AB de Royse777 a scam promoter.

There is an high risk to get scammed by this service and this kind of promotions must deserve a red tag IMMEDIATELY before someone reading such "blatant" promotion would decide to lose some money.

This is actually not a good one for the biggerz team. And it has raised so many unpleasant questions that is yet to be answered. However, i will suggest they spring into action at once to clear the air in regard of the current accusation made against them. Perhaps come up with a lasting solution that can further restore back their reputation.

Because reputation in every business is the most fundamental thing and shouldn't be undermine. So i will advice they look in the matter once again to see how they can clear up their name for peace to reign.
