How are you able to get access to the file?

Sometimes if a file is encrypted, just know that you will need the password to decrypt it. Maybe other member can let you know more information about the file but I do not see anything related to bitcoin private key there.

From which files?  Where did you find that file?

I am pretty sure this has nothing to do with Bitcoin keys.  Gemini says that this is most likely an export from some CAD/Roofing/Construction software.  Specifically, serialized grid coordinates for spacing elements (like rafter lines).
