We are developing Swapoon as a private cryptocurrency exchange where the main focus is the swap itself. No registration, no mandatory KYC, and no unnecessary data collection.

The service is built around a Monero-first approach. We place a strong emphasis on privacy and support XMR, along with other popular assets and networks.

Order terms can be verified independently

When an order is created, Swapoon signs its terms using Ed25519. The deposit address, receiving address, and exact amount are included in the signature, so these details cannot be changed unnoticed after the order is created.

1. The signature is created before any funds are sent;

2. It can be verified offline using a small Python script;

3. The recorded order terms are cryptographically verified.

Screenshots can be faked. Signatures cannot.

Why Swapoon?

Swapoon is built around privacy and simple swaps without unnecessary steps.

1. No account and no KYC. No registration, email, or password required;
2. Monero-first. XMR is one of the core assets supported by the service;
3. No stored balances. No user wallets are created or required to be connected;
4. 0.5% fee. Already included in the displayed rate;
5. Tor-friendly. A native .onion version is available, and the interface works without JavaScript;
6. Multi-chain. Supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, Litecoin, Solana, and other assets.

Where Swapoon is listed

You can also find information about Swapoon on specialized cryptocurrency platforms and directories:

1. Monerica;
2. SwapRaven;
3. XMRHub;
4. Cryptwerk;
5. NULL_ROUTE.

Swapoon Affiliate Program

Monetize your traffic and earn 0.5% from every completed swap on Swapoon.

No KYC, account, or separate affiliate dashboard is required to participate. You can use a regular referral link or connect through an API integration.

Rewards are paid in Monero (XMR) on your terms.

Refer users, earn a percentage from completed swaps, and turn Monero traffic into additional revenue.

Contact Swapoon

> exchange uses third party liquidity providers.
> third party liquidity providers can ask for KYC/AML.
> exchange "no KYC" marketing is misleading bullshit.

3. Non-custodial. No user wallets are created or required to be connected;
> exchange claims "non-custodial".
> exchange uses third party liquidity providers.
> users send coins to third party liquidity providers address.
> third party liquidity providers are custodial.
> exchange "non-custodial" marketing is misleading bullshit.

I read your privacy page -----> https://swapoon.io/privacy, and frankly, there isn't a single piece of useful information there.
You could improve your service by disclosing the third parties involved, or at least by giving users the option to choose between them.

who are your liquidity providers?
why the misleading marketing?
Their definition of "non-custodial[1]" is amusing; they claim the transaction is sent to an unnamed third party, meaning that if a problem arises, it would be difficult to even identify who processed the transaction.

Is Swapoon custodial?
No. We never hold your funds. Your deposit is routed through our liquidity providers and swapped coins are sent directly to the address you control. No logs of your swap activity are stored for standard swaps.

The remind my of ghostswap who made every claim about no KYC and being noncustodial until a client's funds ended by getting frozen by the third party and needed KYC verification putting their reputation down the drain

I really wonder why they have to make a false claims instead of just being honest. In the long run honesty beats it all.

The minimums for coins like BTC, LTC should be lowered to at most $50

On "no KYC"

You're right that this needs precision. Swapoon itself requires no registration, email, or identity that part stands. But swaps are routed through third-party liquidity providers, and those providers can, in rare cases, flag a transaction under their own AML policies. That's a reality for any aggregator, and it should be stated plainly instead of buried. We'll update the FAQ and privacy page to say exactly that.

On "non-custodial"

Also fair. Strictly speaking, funds pass through a provider's address during the swap, so "non-custodial" in the DEX sense is not accurate. The correct claim is: no accounts, no stored balances, no funds held by Swapoon before or after the swap. We'll replace the wording.

On providers

Our current liquidity providers are: Wagyu and ETZ (for LTC pair) . We'll add this list to the site.

All three changes ship this week.

According to what I read, wagyu is a No-KYC instant swap service that relies on a liquidity provider, Hyperliquid, which is supposedly decentralized.

So User deposit ----> Swapoon  -----> wagyu ------>  Hyperliquid -----> DEX  ------> Withdrawal address

Honestly, this adds more layers, so it's better to rely directly on Hyperliquid, where wagyu can request KYC.

Fair point, but Hyperliquid can't be used directly by our target users: it requires an EVM wallet, gas, and bridged USDC and it has no native XMR deposits. Someone holding Monero simply cannot "go direct." That's the layer we (and upstream providers) exist for: native on-chain deposit in, native coin out, no account, no wallet, Tor-friendly.

On the KYC risk upstream that's true of any instant-swap route, which is why we now display the executing provider on each order's status page. Users see exactly who holds funds mid-swap and can decide accordingly. We also route across multiple providers for rate and uptime, so a single provider going down (or hostile) doesn't take the service with it.

This doesn’t make any sense. Wagyu’s instant swap service lets you send native Monero and receive another coin in exchange without ever needing to setup a Hyperliquid account. Gas and an EVM wallet aren’t necessary because they act as a middleman. Having another middleman in Swapoon is kind of redundant. Although to be fair, many instant swap sites out there are doing basically the same thing and using DEXs like Thorchain, Chainflip, and NEAR Intents to fulfill orders and just charging a fee on top.

You're right going direct to Wagyu is a valid option, and I won't pretend otherwise. What we add is aggregation rather than just another hop: swaps are routed to whichever of our providers offers the best rate for that pair, with automatic failover if one is unavailable. On top of that: one Tor-friendly interface covering all pairs, no account, and the executing provider shown on each order's status page so users know exactly who holds funds mid-swap and can go direct next time if they prefer.

And agreed on your last point nearly every instant swap is a layer over some liquidity source, including the providers themselves. The only honest question is what each layer charges vs. what it adds. That's ours.
