I don't actually know any VIP player that has experienced this casino Junket before (a trip organized and financed by casino) that's why I am asking here and I have more question about this VIP programs in casino that I'd like to get your opinion about.

A casino will them the treatment that they deserve and those organized trips are like an incentive to them. It's nothing compare to what they have lost to the casino.

So to give back and to give the premium feeling of being a VIP, it's part of the business that casino does to the VIPs that they have. I'm not surprised though if this is the kind of treatment given to them together with the incentives and there could be even more.

I don't think I have heard or seen anyone talk about this kind of VIP treatment from a casino before unless it is an offline or land based casino and not an online one.
I just believe it makes a gambler more addicted after receiving the VIP treatment and from a business point, any customer that's recognized and treated as special, often return with either converts or increases their patronage to equal the special treatment.
I also want to add how this is a good marketing strategy by any casino offering such VIP treatment because it would be a news to others that would strive to get same treatment and it would or may cause a competition among other casinos trying to equal or outdo this kind of specific special treatment just to attract the VIP customers.

Realistically, from what I already said above, the special account managers that are being assigned to VIP players could encourage some customers who are so vulnerable to start gambling compulsively, so I am thinking that a way to avoid it is by regulating the process.

I'm not a high roller and haven't seen any. Even without this VIP program, gamblers will still be gambling compulsively for the sole purpose of making profit. Anyone that starts gambling irresponsibly because of this VIP program trip without any guarantee might end up in big disappointment after gambling with so much money and still wasn't picked for the trip. Don't gamble because of any benefits that you expect from the casino but gamble for fun.

You’re very correct, a person isn’t supposed to gamble because of VIP benefits or any special rewards. If you start spending more  money because you are hoping that casino will select you, then you may be disappointed when it didn’t happen. Gambling is supposed to remain entertainment and people are suppose to know their limits rather than chasing after rewards or profit.

I have never been able to wager such a large amount that my rank would reach that of a VIP customer. Maybe the reason is I can't afford the wager amount?
But not everyone is like me, even if 90% of people are common gamblers like me, 10% of people can be high rollers, and in their case, most casinos will want them to gamble on their platform. The reason is clearly to generate more revenue.
After all, all casinos were here for the business and the main goal of business is to increase the amount of revenue. And in this case, I can't really find anything wrong with casinos offering special offers to VIP rank holders to encourage them to gamble on their platform.

And obviously, being a VIP or high roller doesn't mean that one will guarantedly generate profits in gambling.

Regardless, it's not uncommon to try to tempt your big players with extravagant prizes. Usually it's in the form of cash but trips might work as well.

Yeah, I remember a user here who got a Jersey delivered to his home address by sportbet.io, the user completed a betting task that got him win the jersey written by sportbet.io on it, such program is amazing and seems like the VIP trip but somehow at low cost.

The situation where casino company sponsors VIP player with trip will be quite expensive, and such player can already sponsors itself with such trip because casinos cannot give you what you can't give yourself, benefits must be smaller than your weighed stake amount. That's the algorithm that has been integrated into their staking system.

I've had VIP benefits at sportsbooks (not casinos) so everything I say is based on my sports betting experience but I believe the experience will largely be the same.

I'm not a high roller but my Silver/Gold VIP benefits and rewards are actually things I look forward to every week. I believe the programs are ethical. Since we can all agree that losses are inevitable in gambling, then those rewards are absolutely worth it.   There was a time last year that I was going big on my bets and the benefits I was getting at the time including the rewards I got from Bronze to Silver VIP came in very handy for me.

I have played at spots with no VIP and those with VIP. I highly recommend those with VIP or similar program as long as it is fairly designed and the casino/sportsbook is reputable.

I don’t know any vip player,  but I know there are some benefits for being a vip player at a casino.  Also, I never knew vip players receives special treatments to this extent, as in casinos usually assign a special manager to VIP players and even sponsor their trips.  As for the few questions you asked I don’t know what to answer, because I no very little about how vip program works and I never personally experienced the special treatments that comes with being a VIP player.

The casinos know what they are doing. Those VIP benefits come with criteria which they know are not that common to be met by the VIP members. I understand that the target right now are the wealthy gamblers and the casino know what can entice the wealthy gamblers to stick to the casino. Such benefits can never be a loss to the casino.

I am not a VIP member, but of I was, I will not appreciate calls from the casino staff checking on me. Such reminders can make it difficult for the gambler to regulate his gambling activities. Just make the customer service easily accessible, if I have any problems  I will call.

You may be right.
There are definitely certain VIP treatments some gamblers would receive from gambling as rewards to their betting activities or rates which could be so much interesting to the extent that the casino will catch up their emotions and requires them (VIP bettors) to increase their wagering so that they can be able to unlock other benefits of their VIP offers.

Without having to dispute to how tempting such quest could be after considering the benefits if meets the requirements, definitely the bettor would be encouraged to aggressive betting styles and in that process the VIP chaser may befall victim to a height of regrets.

This might only be happening in an offline/physical setting. But we know that in usual setup of online casinos, there are also VIPs that are being treated well.

They're given bonuses and as well as a direct or quick response to the support if ever they need some help.

So, it's both different ways of how they're treating the VIPs.

It is a good marketing and part of the promos so that others who would hear it will also do the same thing.

This advice are for regular gamblers and not professional gambolers that are doing it for the money because it is their job and that is where they make money from. For the professional, having VIP benefits is the goal for them because it gives them more opportunities to earn as they get better offers than the regular gamblers. The viP benefits is not for everybody to have and as the names says. It is meant for Only very important personnel and this should be the big money spenders. I once saw a VIP account reading in millions of dollars in bets that they have played and for this people, you can not advice them not to chase the money because that is all they do when they play.

They have benefitted already and just trying to give back some little percentage from the profits they've made off the VIP gambler as a token of appreciation and to ensure they retain him as their client, it's a good marketing stunt. It is also serves as a motivation to others to continue with the casino having known that they have good programs to recognize high value clients.

As for the assigned account managers, they earned it. In every business organization, high value clients are given special treatment so as not to loose them to competitors. We all know there's a lot of competitors in the casinos business.

The treatment and respect of VIPs is mostly business and not generosity. The casino is working out the benefit of retaining a high volume player and the cost of free travel. Hotels, private events, bonuses and personal hosts can be a fairly minimal cost for the player's wager. But the psychological aspect is likely even more significant. As feeling special will bring a player closer to the casino and make him less inclined to leave. This can make a normal customer feel like they are part of the casino's investment portfolio, which is what the casino would like.
