Kings.game are keeping my money

I found out about kings.game here on June. Deposited twice and played at most 20 bets. My balance stands just 97 usdt. I wanted to withdraw the money and they requested to complete the KYC which I did successfully. But now, for 3 days they have blocked my withdrawals. They told me they investigating my account. I played mostly live bets which in some cases cashed out winning and losing. I have risked my money here but they do not care at all. They can check my 20 bets in minutes if they want to but I'm sure they just want to keep my money. This is just to inform people about my case and not to have my experience. I made a trustpilot review and they tried to flagg it but trustpilot refused their case. So they are aware of me battling for my money but do not care at all paying.

I suggest giving it a few more days, though it is not certain they will be done after a few more days. They mentioned that they are investigating your account. From what I've seen here on the scam accusation board, when a casino says this, their investigation could last several days, a week or longer.

You said you mostly placed bets on "live bets", I'm assuming that's sports betting, and I'm guessing they might be investigating you for value betting or arbitrage, but it could be something else too.

The image you shared looks to be of messages you sent just before making this post. Can you share the conversation when you first had the issue?

Give them around a week while still checking up on support regularly. It must be frustrating if you did not do anything wrong and youd bets are not complicated enough to warrant such a delay, but it could just be the team being sloppy, not malicious.

Jesus, they activated KYC for a measly 97 USD? Imho, not worth giving your documents for such amount.

I mean, I know that $97 is not negligible amount for some people, but if you were willing to go through KYC anyway, why not play at some of the more reputable casinos where chances of you getting screwed over are low (assuming that you didn't do anything wrong in this case).

did you take any bonus or a promo from them?
what kind of sports bets did you make? can you share a screenshots of the bets if you are not locked out of your account?

this might just be another case of betby fucking players over bets they don't like.

but tbh, asking KYC and holding a $97 withdraw hostage is pathetic (unless there is more to the story).

I am curious to know how much OP had deposited in the casino and sportsbook. I am certain that after 30 bets, he might even be in loss. Maybe the come up with another reason like multiple account abuse

Didn't they reply on that chat of yours OP after the screenshot? they've got a campaign here before and their account was active 2 weeks ago which means that they're looking at their thread whenever they can. They won't disclose the issue but that seems to be an odd way of asking users for that amount to get into kyc. Well, I think that there's some trigger into and pushed them to do that investigation and it's also what I think of as acroman said about potential arbitrage. If you can post updates here, please do.

It sounds ridiculous because it's only $97, but sadly, casinos couldn't care less how much the money is, if they think, or their provider says, someone who gambles in their casino/sportsbook broke the terms, they'll most likely do exactly what they are doing to the OP.

Its interesting though that so far I bet on xyz of no mandatory KYC websites advertised here, none of them so far asked for KYC.

So yeah, unless you do some dodgy shit, the chances of having issues aren't too big, as long as you stick to reputable names, of course, and don't get greedy by going for big welcome bonuses or whatever tactics dodgy casinos use to lure you in.

Your situation is probably similar to this guy's: you deposited a small amount, won far more than that, and they got annoyed by it. It’s typical behavior for scam casinos they only pay out people who deposit and lose large sums; when those players finally win a small amount something insignificant compared to their losses the casino processes the withdrawal quickly. You would have been more careful with this casino if you’d had time to research it. I hope you follow @holydarkness's advice; right now, that’s your best option.

It’s hard to believe a gambling platform scam for such small amounts. Are you sure you haven’t abused the system? Also, it would be helpful to post how much total has been deposited and how much you have withdrawn from that platform. They shouldn’t flag an account without reason for such an amount.

However, follow what holydarkness wants and share more details with him. So he would try to short the issues. Keep patience and try to reach them through mail as well. Seems their support system is pretty slow; likely you may wait to get a response to what they want to tell you.

There are some sets of restrictions In gambling site and when broken they found it very hard and difficult to readjust it so that it would favor the house edge. When you want to withdraw and they didn't ask questions about kyc then you should be extremely careful and cautious while gambling because most site do end up adjusting their terms to suit them. Sometimes the issue could from the gambling site as you didn't read throughout before proceeding with the site. New gambling site could be that difficulty to know and study them one would never know what is in their thoughts.

The problem is not only just blocking the account but also not telling OP why the account was blocked after completeting KYC verification. If I were in his shoes, I would also be so mad about it. The casino in this case has failed when it comes to communication. What is the person on the other side supposed to do then?

This is what most of them does, when they come to raise a concerned on the forum maybe they got to know there ways here either through search engine. Of course for any casino issues and when you talks about accusations the forum is the first thing to open on search and it would automatically redirected you to the scam accusations section. Maybe, he got emotionally affected where he wouldn't have to keep following up every single thing that is happen.
