I agree with your opinion. Trading is not only complex but also consumes a great deal of time, and energy. This stands in stark contrast to investing in Bitcoin, which requires only one thing: patience. Furthermore, trading offers no guarantee of significant profit, and can even lead to total loss; making it arguably little more than a different form of gambling. Therefore, carefully weigh your options before taking risky steps, or consider investing in Bitcoin, which is far less complicated.

Trading is time consuming but there are many traders that value trading because they don't have other things doing. You can be an investor and still be a trader, but if you don't have the time to be a trader you can be an investor that buy and hold until there is need to sell. However, this does not make trading not good, I think people just have their reasons to why they trade and some choose to invest.

Even bitcoin investment don't guarantee you profit in the long term but based on bitcoin past history that the price increases overtime and creat a new ATH, that has given us the confidence to invest in bitcoin for long term hoping to be profitable because bitcoin is an asset that's still growing.

Trading is highly risky due to the volatile nature of the market but when you invest in long term, it reduces the risk attached to bitcoin volatility. I don't know if traders don't understand this or they're just impatient with the market.
Confidence and potential of bitcoin is always key for having good profit even things are always never been easily predictable but peoples are increasing those are feeling its going to be have good future and price is also going to be touch new ATH in near future whales are having their own mindset and also changing their tactics but they are also looking for profit its going to be filled only when price will be have good increase.
Bitcoin trading is always interesting because peoples always feel good about its instead of feeling pressure about volatility which is nature of bitcoin investors always understand consequences because they are having here just for profit so they always keep eye on movement and actions around bitcoin is having great success just because of this now it is having enough space.

I’m going to try to write this without crossing the line into insults, although frankly, that is becoming increasingly difficult.

And this message is especially directed at the whales who may be reading this forum.

Bitcoin and the crypto market are manipulated. Period.

I do not believe that a market where a relatively small number of players control absurd amounts of capital can constantly be presented as a free, clean market driven simply by supply and demand.

Whales can trigger brutal moves, create panic, fuel euphoria, wipe out leveraged positions, buy when small investors capitulate, and sell when enthusiasm comes back.

Then we repeat the cycle.

Again and again.

Meanwhile, the small investor is the one paying for the party.

What is truly unbelievable is that some of you seem to think this can continue forever.

Maybe you are making absolute fortunes.

Congratulations.

But while you squeeze every rally, every crash, every liquidation and every moment of fear out of this market, you are also achieving something else: **you are destroying trust in Bitcoin.**

And that should concern you.

Because you do not need to be an expert to understand that an asset needs new buyers.

It needs people who trust it.

It needs adoption.

It needs people willing to put their savings into it because they believe they are participating in something with a future, not entering a casino where four giants can move the table whenever it suits them.

Every time you squeeze the market too hard, every time you crush the small investor, every time someone enters Bitcoin thinking of it as a long-term investment and leaves convinced that they were taking part in a rigged game, you lose another potential Bitcoin user.

And that strikes me as incredibly stupid.

If I were a whale and had hundreds of millions or billions tied directly or indirectly to crypto, my priority would be to get Bitcoin into the hands of hundreds of millions of people.

I would want mass adoption.

I would want people to trust Bitcoin.

I would want companies, investors and ordinary people around the world to want to own it.

I would want a vastly larger market.

Because in the long run, that would make me far richer.

But apparently, some people would rather extract every last dollar they can from smaller investors today, even if doing so damages the very market they expect to keep profiting from tomorrow.

It is short-term greed at the expense of long-term value.

You can keep manipulating the price.

You can keep triggering liquidations.

You can keep using your capital to extract money from participants who are vastly smaller than you.

You can keep celebrating every time you manage to buy lower what a frightened investor has just sold.

But do not confuse making money with doing something intelligent for Bitcoin’s future.

Because you can make a fortune while, at the same time, destroying your own market.

And one day you may realize that you have driven so many people away that the only ones left buying and selling are the same whales trading among themselves.

Now that would be a great victory.

Managing to completely control the market after making sure almost nobody else wants to participate in it.

If any major holder reading this forum thinks I am wrong, fine.

I would genuinely like to hear the argument.

Explain to me how repeatedly crushing small investors, destroying confidence, and turning Bitcoin into a market that looks manipulated by an extremely powerful minority is supposed to help long-term mass adoption.

Because I do not see it.

What I see is short-term greed putting a far bigger long-term opportunity at risk.

And frankly, I think it is disgraceful.

I get the concern, but I think blaming every big move on whales is a bit too simple. Whales can definitely move the market, but leverage, liquidity and market sentiment also play a big role.

If someone gets liquidated because they took too much leverage, that's not necessarily the whale destroying Bitcoin. It's just how a highly leveraged market works.

Bitcoin has survived plenty of these cycles already. The long-term adoption story is much bigger than whatever a few whales do with the price today.

All of the whales and traders that are messing around with Bitcoin are on X though. Maybe you could post this over there to get their attention. Here you just have OGs who chat on the Wall Observer thread and sig campaign hunters.

But frankly, I don't see how they would care.

Manipulation exists in the market and we clearly see how the market move in different direction, mostly not our pattern or strategy that should be blamed. The goal was never to become a whale in the market but to totally understand how the market moves, knowing the fundamental and technical analysis in the market and becoming more independent in the market only if you want to go far. And most importantly, making trades following our strategies and not having emotions simply because we do not want to lose.

Whales in the market do affects the market, alot of noise and retracement is been made following the order of whales, but most of them don't have clue about the bull or bear season, they just dim into the market with the goal of earning hugh. Managing our risks should be consider important, we know our clue in the market with the uprising informations.
Manipulation is also part of market activity but for having understanding and keeping things on balance is always having enough knowledge important because without having anything you will never know how to handle or compete with this movement will work either way its never been controlled. Whales are have their own way of play and control the market because they are having enough sources and influence but if someone want to avoid this its better always keep your eyes on market volatility because this helps and also give chance of having good share with your available sources.Never do anything blindly because it never works. Always play wisely because it's all part of this play where you have a chance of ending up good.

Unless the people that want to trade already have expeimce or are ready to learn then it is better to just buy Bitcoin and hold because that is going to give you profits.

And I wonder why traders or whales who are messing around or are at least trying to mess around with Bitcoin's price for their own benefits would care about it either? They obviously already know that if they successfully manipulate the price, they are going to get those benefits from those who aren't patient enough and can easily be convinced through fear to sell their assets to the whales or buy from them through greed, and if people know how they can pull such things off, they wouldn't care about what others think what they are doing, and they wouldn't care about such discussions or questions because they are probably busy doing their thing.

Besides, I don't think that Bitcoin gets destroyed with this, because it doesn't make any sense. Manipulations can exist in any financial market, and they basically just take what they can from the week hands, and that's totally the fault of those who are allowing them to become successful. But anyway, as I was saying, this doesn't affect the market itself, and it obviously doesn't destroy the asset that is being used for the manipulations. It simply means more trading, and more trading means more volume, which is basically a positive thing for any asset.

I would've disagree that whether you understand trading or not, it's similar with gambling but i think you're right because if people understand what they're doing in trading they'll know how to manage risk and avoid too much lose. Lose is inevitable but can be managed and that's where good traders outsmarts the ones you're just doing it to try their luck like gambling.

Trading is very risky but still profitable although not for everyone cause i don't think about 80% of traders can boldly claim that they've made a huge amount of money through trading Bitcoin compared to those who buy and hold it for long-term investment purpose.

I get your point clearly. And it frustrating to experience this in Bitcoin trading. Imagine where liquidity is thin when compared to traditional markets, and still big players can just move prices, hunt liquidation, and they profit from panic and this affects small investors more.

I'd say despite Whales move, bitcoin has survived over the years. cause the core value of bitcoin do not depend entirely on the Whales. Bitcoin depends on decentralized network, fixed supply and growing adoption. Short twrm prices cam be manipulated while long term trend is been driven by more people, companies and countries who choose to hold it. Just know Whales can shake prices, but they can't stop the network or the millions of cap holding it.

You're so right about the end game. "if Whales only extract and destroy trust, they kill their own market" cause bitcoin needs new believers to grow. For instance $5k asset growing into becoming $50k assets make them richer than squeezing leverage. Manipulation makes the bitcoin journey ugly and tiring. But adoption is what makes or keeps bitcoin alive.

Whales do their jobs, scammers do their jobs too but most important, Bitcoin does its own great jobs which are helpful to keep it developing technically, improving in security, and getting better adoption. People with time will naturally realize which cryptocurrency is the best, strongest in security, and greatest in ROI over time, it's Bitcoin.

No single whale in the market, no scammers can destroy Bitcoin.
In this forum, there are VIP members, donator members turned to scammers but they did not destroy or damage Bitcoin.

Because what they did are only short time lasting while Bitcoin is here for very long term existence.

Bitcoin is doing enough for everyone as adoption increases; its features are also increasing, and people are doing as they need. It's always an amazing feeling after joining this and having enough from its use and accumulation; it has good positive things with which nothing is possible to destroy or challenge its supremacy in the long run. Bitcoin brings good financial freedom, while it also has enough potential to give as someone needs it, as mentioned.

Scammers and whales are doing their own jobs because they have nothing else but accumulators, accumulators who are also having their own benefit, and they will keep their own way of doing things without taking any panic or fear because they also feel good doing it; it's changing their lives and bringing good and better ways of spending and living.

I carefully read through what OP says and I found some truth hidden in the Topic, the truth is OP seems hurt probably because they made some wrong decisions, trading on a part is not for everyone.

I can't help but believe that OP made some trading calls that all went south, I believe he is hurt or maybe I am overthinking things? OP if you are reading through replies this is for you.

I have been hurt this way, and instead of looking for something to blame I get up from the slumber and find faults in my decisions and to be honest it was all my fault, I made adjustments and things turned out differently, work on yourself the answer you seek is still there.

Bitcoin will always remain relevant, but we have to understand the strategy to use to be profitable when investing in Bitcoin. This will make it possible for us to get things right rather than only being enthusiastic about investing without following the necessary guidelines. Anything you go through with Bitcoin is a result of either your negligence or the knowledge acquired to serve as protection for you.

There was no time anyone was assured of making enough profit from Bitcoin investment, neither was there any stipulated time or time frame given to assure profitable withdraws from our portfolio and or that Bitcoin will always follow a well known and profound pattern market volatility. Bitcoin is decentralized, thus, one of its major characteristics is to provide us the security and non involvement of third parties as we move our funds to and fro, and this am sure it is doing.

We are truly responsible for wether we gain or loss, because we all know it's highly a volatile assets and is been influenced by Market demand and supply. That's why the advice has always been to buy within your means and avoid pressuybuus so that you don't loose out and begin to blame someone else.

In reality, whale investors can take any legal decision for their profit. It does not mean that they cannot withdraw their profit just because they have become big investors. They can take any decision after doing market research according to their convenience.

I think that it is better for small investors to take risks according to their ability. Instead of understanding what big investors are doing, they should take a logical decision considering their own situation. The Bitcoin market is very volatile, so you should have a good idea of your risk, especially the impact of stop-loss hunting and liquidation. You should place orders in the market according to how much risk you can bear and invest with an idea of how much the price movement can change. Those who try to invest without knowing about price movement will definitely face big losses.

Whether the whales are making profit or they are investing, if I, as a small investor, follow them without understanding my situation, then of course there is a greater chance of loss. However, it is also true that many times the whale investors try to manipulate the market, which is definitely a cause of loss for small investors. Regulators should be aware of this and fulfill their responsibilities.

Investment if is not allowed to withdraw both profit and initial capital will be like a scam investment. If you know that an investment asset, an investment is like that, you must never invest money in that asset and accept that investment offer.

Very fortunately, Bitcoin is not such a scam investment asset, you can buy and sell it anytime. Individual, retail investors or institutional investors, you are free and have all rights to sell your bitcoins.

Whale, institutional investors and individual, retail investors have big difference in investment capital sizes, so they must have different approaches for their entries, accumulation and take profit, withdrawals.

Whale, institutional investors must do that slowly with time while individual, retail investors can do it more quickly and it's their big advantage against whales and institutions.
