On their terms and conditions, do not use VPN to bypass banned locations. If you are gambling from country that is not in their banned lists on their terms and conditions, you can use VPN is all I think now.

I think it's clear that some casinos T&C don't prohibit the use of VPN, if you're in a country that isn't on the list of banned but using a VPN I think that wouldn't apply on you unless they really state it on their T&C in the first place. I think Bitz got a good initiative on doing it and kudos to them for that.

You will see it in the terms of some casinos that you str not allowed to play if gambling is banned in your country. Those that can still allow you play will inform users that they are VPN friendly. It is not confusing at all. People should just make sure that they are gambling from the countries that are not restricted on Bitz terms of service where you can see the countries. If you are not gambling from restricted countries, you can use the VPN. There are some gambling sites that do not outrightly ban VPN, but have the same rules as Bitz.

I find this quite unsettling in my mind for a legal casino platform to allow VPN from clickable and downloadable links, because in reality it may be against their TOS for players to use VPN.

Maybe they are in on the extra money they would get when hasty players clicks or download the VPN and that's why they are allowing such, and they also would make some more money when players who didn't read their TOS against using VPN, actually use their VPN to fund their wallet and gamble and after winning the funds gets frozen because it is against their TOS policies.
Which ever way, I think the casino platform wins and it is the players who don't confirm to their TOS that bears the loss in the end.

That changes if there are users who are from a country that has a regulatory problem accessing international casinos due to the competition that they have locally. And that is applicable in my country because there have been a lot of international casinos that they have banned and restricted through ISP ban but in paper, they're not ban if we access them in some ways. But we still have ways of accessing it not only through a vpn for some other ways. So even if it's only mostly about profit margin, etc and I've also seen some casinos that did that even if they have an idea of the IP where the user is from and it's part of their restricted country, they still allowed to deposit and only have to stop them during the withdrawals which I also think is unfair.

This is also true. If Bitz is the owner of the VPN, that means Blitz will know the internet service provider's IP addresses of their users connecting to their VPN. So their will be no issue because they are able to trace their users IP addresses. Unlike other VPN that Bitz will not know the IP addresses of the users that are accessing their site.

The reality is that using of VPN to privacy never was the real problem of some casinos to block VPN usage.
The problem is when people use VPNs to commit irregularities, not only to play from banned countries but also to hide multi accounts, for example. So, since the casino has no way of knowing why you are using the VPN, they simply block its use to any purpose.

It is good to see Bitz taking this initiative and I hope to more casinos allow its use and that users do not abuse this trust for illegal things.
About hide your origin country... I think this is a very fragile lie, because a KYC verification that requires official documents can already make the liar’s life difficult.

I really appreciate when casinos are upfront about what they're ok with and in my opinion Bitz is doing a very good job offering a VPN to their users because this way nobody has to worry about signing up and providing data to third party servixez just to access a website.

Users of a certain website can utilise such service to access it without having to worry about government censorship. I also like that they're offering a free VPN service through an open source client. More casinos should do that to offer their players some protection from government censorship.

It is not confusing at all. People should just make sure that they are gambling from the countries that are not restricted on Bitz terms of service where you can see the countries. If you are not gambling from restricted countries, you can use the VPN. There are some gambling sites that do not outrightly ban VPN, but have the same rules as Bitz.

I think bet365 also has the same policy, but the casino is not popular around here. But asking for level 2 KYC verification before you can gain full access to the casino doesn't mean they can't impose level 3 and 4 when they demand it necessary. Stake is a reputable casino and I haven't had any issue with them. I'm just stating the facts concerning the KYC verification and how they can ask for different level if they really want to use it as an excuse.
