I can also do the same by closing my account to avoid future occurrences, but on the other hand, still playing in that casino can be the best thing since you have already encountered the issue, and they have unlocked the account. There is a high chance they won’t lock it again as long as you don’t violate their rules. Since it’s also a local casino, it’s possible they are just implementing an anti-money laundering policy and don’t hold much stuff against the player.
My friend would say that you should stick to casinos that bring luck . Since he is always winning at that casino, closing the account might not be my choice. I would rather exercise caution by withdrawing my wins instead of keeping them in the casino. I also share your thoughts that he might never suffer such issues again since he has been intensively scrutinized by the casino. You have a great point there. It's not easy to win games, and if you win, maybe it brings you luck. Maybe he should try betting with smaller amounts or not keeping his betting amount at a particular regular amount always. This will make them see him as just a normal bettor. On the other hand, I think he is safe now since he has crossed the check and his funds released to him. So there is always a freedom to bet and cash out his winnings. Maybe that betting company brings him luck. He is a lucky guy I must say. I don't think it was greed from the part of the company owners because if it were so, maybe they wouldn't release the funds to him. I wish I would be lucky just like him. Lol

OP the truth is before any gambler should stake using any particular casino he or she should ask his/herself certain key questions especially when the gambler uses high stakes. First ask yourself is the Casino really registered and popular enough in your country because certain complaints will be better launched at their office and not all casinos are really popular in certain countries, secondly is the casino a reputable one that have stood the test of time? and lastly what is the highest payout limit of the casino? It is not advisable to jump from one online casino to another, one must use casino’s that have stood the test of time and that have good rating/reputation from bettors e.g of good casino’s includes; Bitz, Stake etc. If you use some of this random online casino’s without reputation they might just lock your account once you make a large win because they might not have the capacity to pay you.

If the case is exactly how you present it here, then I would say that your colleague does not deserve the block. Of course I used to win 3-4 times in a roll most of the time but I don't face any challenges while making withdraw, though I don't know the betting site that did this. But that site looks like scam to me because I don't see any reason why they will block him for wining multiple times, they are supposed to know that maybe luck is on his side for the main time. If I'm in his shoes I would write to them so as to know what I did wrong that result blocking my account.

They suspected something unusual about his account and that is why his withdrawal was immediately restricted...We are in an age whereby there is available technology which can help folks win repeatedly...And gambling platforms are just like businesses since they are also concerned about making profits and so whenever they notice repeated losses it is normal to want to investigate if those winning where gotten legitimately or illegitimately.. Fyi if folks find it difficult to win from a particular casino, it may not be good for business because it will limit the numbers of customers that the casino receives...Gamblers will always prefer gambling from casinos that winning is attainable...So if there want to carry out their checks and all, I honestly have no problem with that...What will vex me is if I provide all they want me to and still they refuse to release my money...

Casinos want users to lose more every time they put money in, but if you are winning and getting money from the casinos, then it will put you on the casino's radar system, and they will trap you in every possible way. So if they hold your amount after consistently winning, then it's not a new thing, casinos always do this and ask for the KYC. However, I am pleased with his act of deleting the account that is a good thing. Before they trap you, take everything of yours and leave the casino.

Well for me, I wouldn’t just conclude that the restriction is a proof that the casinos enjoys or loves to see players lose all the time. We all know that in gambling, it should be more losses, less wins, due to house edge of course. So when there’s suddenly an unusual or large win, then it’s quite normal for the casino to request or conduct come kind of an emergency AML/KYC check, especially when the account is suddenly handling an amount that’s way more than its usual amount/activities.
But if in a situation that after confirming that the winnings are legitimate, but still decide to keep the money or restrict the player from withdrawing, then that’s typically a red flag and I wouldn’t keep my money there.

There is this my colleague that doesn't have fear if he loses or wins but what he focus more is how to be winning always and not minding regardless to his high staking power, that he might lose most times too but the last amount he stake with, was $377.28 to win $754.56, and this my colleagues was lucky to have won $754.56 three times in a role using $377.28 as his staking power, do you know what the betting site he was using to place all those betting, they blocked his account and tag him for money laundry and do you guys know the funniest part, upon his winning, that my colleagues has not withdraw any of his winnings from the online betting site and he was able to contact some of his friends and they provided a number for he to call customer service and when he finally called them, they asked him allot of questions that ended of him going to the bank to print out his paying slips and statement of accounting that shown that he is a working class and then upload it in there site and after doing all that, finally his account was late open and he was able to gain access to his winnings.
Because of this incident that happened to my colleagues, he withdraw all the money and close the account, so question is, assuming you are to be the the guy, will you close your account with them? Because their characters mean that the owner of a gambling site do find joy when ever a customer loses.
A gambling platform can take any decision against a customer at any time, but blocking an account after winning $754 three times is really unusual. Maybe the casino platform can find out various personal information of a gambler if a jackpot is won, but it is not right to ask for personal information of a gambler like this for a few dollars and it is also not right to block the account. If I were you, I would not gamble on this casino platform. I would definitely look for the best and most popular casino platforms and gamble there where there is no hassle of blocking the account and there will be no hassle of asking for KYC.

AFAIK, if a casino blocks a user's account they won't disclose the reason for that. And IIRC, I've read a guy from the forum that have been blocked after consistently winning big.
They've made an investigation and found out that the guy won it clear without any proof of cheating. It took time that they have allowed the withdrawal but after the process, they have banned the user.
And what happened to OP's friend I think is a normal kyc procedure that the casino asked for more details to verify his financial status. If I am that guy, won a lot and there's no reason for me to close my accout, why would I?

At least your colleague was able to withdraw the money. But in most cases this does not happen. Due to such problems, you lose money permanently. For this I think if you play a KYC casino, then you should verify your account on that website in advance. So that even if you win big money, you do not have to face any difficulties or problems like blocking such funds. Such an incident happened to me. But not after winning, but after depositing. After depositing they asked me for KYC verification along with my house electricity bill document. After giving that, they approved me to bet with that money. So I want to say is that we should always try to play at a reputable casino on the forum, because if there is a problem, at least posting on the forum can get a solution.
I don't back up claims I know nothing about but you see the outcome, it's rare and I commend the casino for letting him withdraw his money. The complaints I have seen here couple of times is when the person is losing, they wouldn't complain or take any actions about the person even if he wager questionable amount but as soon as the person win half of what he has loss to the casino, they become suspicious. They immediately returned the wager but wouldn't give back all losses made to the casino. Just to avoid stories, use casino that have good customer relations. Not the unreasonable casino thay will send you parking for small mistakes, some casino don't have any regards for their customers when they win money. Casino are meant to be fair, when you win it's your money and when you lose, you lose to them, there is no need to be dramatic over rules they created.

It is a very big red flag for a betting site to treat someone like a criminal just for trying to cash out, all the trust will disappear. Because it would be better for that person to just use another site that actually respects users, it is okay for a site to ask for ID verification when you win huge amount, but going straight to locking that persons account and making serious allegation like money laundering when he has done nothing wrong is totally out of line. The fact that he even had to provide pay slips and bank statements just to show them that he is an average worker is ridiculous because that one alone would make me delete that account. I don’t even want to know they celebrate customers losing, it is their business and definitely customers losses will benefit them. My major problem with them is they should treat winners fairly and allow the person collect his money peacefully.

The story you have narrated is a normal thing in casino business. If you are winning consistently, some casinos will request for KYC to be sure you are a human. Some good casino do add this to their TOS but they phrase the statement in such a way that it does not directly mean asking for KYC due to regular winning. Running away from the casino is not the best decision because they acted within their TOS and even if your friend wants to run, the casino he is running to may require the same thing if wins consistently.
Requesting documents from his bank and work to confirm humanity? Who else could he be? Or do they think he's a djinn or a reptile from another galaxy? 🙋 What was their plan when they asked him for documents? Were they hoping to reveal he was Sauron or Darth Vader? Maybe that's why he wins so often? By some evil magical force? If an online casino's security team suspects that winnings were obtained fraudulently, they have every opportunity to verify it. At online casinos, all player activity is automatically recorded. Everything can be manually verified, every action... No need to contact the accounting department! In this situation, I only see the online casino's reluctance to pay out the winnings. If he had lost a large sum, would they have asked for documents? Or not? Winning three times in a row is entirely possible, according to probability theory. There's nothing surprising or magical about it. And online casino employees know this perfectly well.🧏
