Fees should not be the only thing you consider in your interest to get an exchange, You should put other things in consideration because if you only consider fees you may find yourself using an exchange that offers low fees but is unknown with no reputation, risking whatever cryptocurrency that you put there. No exchange is safe, but choosing to use an exchange that is not known because they offer the lowest fees of all the exchanges is a risk. It is like choosing to eat a spoilt food because it is cheaper than the good one.

I'd be careful with that platform. It's only been made a week ago and I don't think that you should entirely trust it quickly.

Otherwise, you know this platform for real because you're likely the owner and you want to make discussion out of it and that's why you've asked.

You should conduct further research on each of their recommendations.
The site doesn't seem to be updated very often; I checked for a €500 Bitcoin purchase for a Japan-based resident, and it still recommended BitMart as the 2nd option. Why are you looking for lowest fees? Even if you found any exchange that has lowest fees, do you think that exchange support your country?

Overall, MEXC is what I know that offers lowest from trading fees to withdrawal fees, but I don't use them. I am more comfortable with big exchanges like Binance and OKX because I heard how MEXC freezes some accounts. I just want to avoid them.

Another option is OKX; they offer fewer fees compared to Binance. I have a bad experience of depositing with OKX before that; I accidentally deposited less than the minimum, but they solved my problem and deposited the amount that accidentally sent to them and changed everything, including the withdrawal fees, so if you are looking for a better exchange that we can trust, I think better choose OKX than MEXC.

I tried looking at the same page, it feels weird that some of them are in France while the rest are in English though. Not to mention the listing feels a bit odd if I'm understanding it correctly. I can't verify if Binance is really serving North Korean, for example. Most news are about how they help other governments blocks accounts that was suspected being owned by NK hackers. CMIIW.

Yeah this is provably the main purpose on why this thread created, but OP must know that doing such recommendation post will not going to work here.

People are cautious with the link provided and will not use immediately those site provided by unknown people.

So if they are really pretty confident that their site is so useful. Much better if they create a thread, because this is the most proper way to introduce their site here. Its free and for sure they won't get any issue, if they are legitimate then don't have plans to scam or do shady things.

maybe ask for some feedback or suggestions, that would have been 10 times a better way to introduce your website than what you did here.

Cheapest option is P2P e.g. Bisq I think. You can set the markup around 0% and all you need is wait patiently for your offer being accepted.
