At the same time, I understand where your skepticism comes from if your experience is mainly with the newer crypto-casino world.

The skepticism comes from two things
- you purposely ignore some questions and you launch into a wall of text, beating around the bush response
- you try to weasel your way out of others with simple half-truths

Wayback archive is broken, your casino is magically not caring about indexers, your social media target is not that target, your customers are different because < insert middle east reference> 100 times in each response, and so on and on and on

Now, simple question: are you here to promote your casino and actually listen to the community or we're just dealing with chatbot responses?

so:
Quote
Embark on unforgettable journeys with our exclusive travel packages, ranging from $5,000 to $1 million per trip. Our most popular option is the weekend getaway package, priced between $10,000 and $25,000.
~
Quote
Unmatched Betting Limits: We offer the industry’s highest betting limits, up to $5,000,000 on sports bets, catering to the most discerning high rollers.

Another genuine question
Why the hell does a casino that offers 1 million trips to its VIPs and has high rollers in the millions need any kind of extra promotion?  Roll Eyes
You would be all over Instagram and TikTok with these already!

First, we did answer several of the questions you claim we ignored. Some of those replies were deleted by the moderators. There isn't much we can do about that.

Now let me ask you a few simple questions.

If a business already has high value clients, does that mean it should stop looking for new ones?

If a casino has been profitable through a relatively small number of high value players, why exactly would that prevent it from wanting to expand and build a larger base of average daily players?
Do you understand the volatility of running a business heavily dependent on whales? One player can completely change a month, quarter or even a year. Why would any serious operator not want to diversify that revenue and build a broader, more consistent player base?

And do you genuinely believe private high rollers, whether from Asia, the Middle East or elsewhere, necessarily want social media hype around where they gamble?

Do you think a 40 or 50 year old player an owner of construction company introduced through a junket personal relationship cares whether his casino is trending on TikTok?

Are you aware that there are still traditional land based players, including high value ones, who have barely interacted with online gambling at all?

Have you actually had much exposure to the traditional high roller and junket world? Because you're judging our history almost entirely through the footprint you would expect from a modern mass market crypto casino.

If our purpose here were simply promotion, why would we openly discuss our failed advertising attempts, weak digital presence and things we got wrong? That's a strange promotional strategy.

We came here because digital acquisition is an area where we clearly have room to improve. Any real business should want to understand new channels and expand.

You're completely entitled to be skeptical. But repeatedly measuring a private, relationship driven high roller business by TikTok followers, SEO tools and social media hype doesn't prove what you seem to think it proves.

Now let me ask you a few simple questions.

And here comes the deflection!
Forgetting everything, ignoring everything and coming out with fantasy scenarios that would magically fit in your business!

For god sake, you claim to have high rollers, extra VIP assistance, organize tours in 10 capitals across the world, take 5 million bets and .... you're on a free forum asking for advice when you would normally have at least 25-50 dedicated employees for this crap you're trying to have us swallow you run, and you would already have all the feedback needed already?

Hello guys, we're running a hundred million successful businesses here. Can you tell us how we would attract customers that bet $5-$10 a day?

If .....?
If .....?
Do you .....?
And do you ....?
Do you ....?
Are you ....?
Have you .....?

Denied!
I'm not promoting anything here, and I don't care about answering any of your questions. You're the one who needs us, not the other way around!
Weird that you don't know this already from your 4 years of VIP business experience...

LOL
I think you need a reality check on what we actually said versus the business you have invented for us in your head.

We never claimed to be a hundred million dollar company. We never claimed to have 50 employees, thousands of daily players or some giant marketing department. Quite the opposite. I openly told you that our player base has historically been small, revenue has been heavily concentrated among a few high value clients, and our broader digital acquisition has been weak.

A casino can accept a $5 million maximum bet without receiving $5 million bets every Tuesday.

A casino can arrange an expensive trip for a valuable client without having 50 employees.

A casino can have several extremely valuable players and still have a terrible mass acquisition funnel.

And for a matter of fact, during the last 3 to 4 months we actually tried exactly the “professional” route you are talking about. Digital agencies, paid advertising, heavy spending and attempts to build a broader acquisition funnel.

The results were catastrophic.

I already wrote about that openly in this thread. We spent serious money and got almost nothing worth mentioning from it.

So yes, after paying professionals and watching that approach fail, I came to a free forum where people have actually been gambling online, discussing casinos and watching operators come and go for years, and asked them directly how they choose where to play.

Apparently you find that ridiculous. I find spending another pile of money without first understanding the people we're trying to reach much more ridiculous.

Having high rollers does not magically teach us why an anonymous crypto gambler on Bitcointalk chooses Casino A over Casino B. Our existing VIPs can tell us why THEY stay with us. They cannot tell us why someone who has never heard of us would give us a chance.

And the funniest part is that you keep presenting our weaknesses as discoveries you've made when I've openly told you about them myself.

Small player base? Yes.

Weak public online footprint? Yes.

Digital acquisition that hasn't performed? Absolutely.

Revenue historically concentrated among a relatively small number of high value players? Yes.

That's precisely why I'm here asking questions.

You don't have to answer any of them. But the idea that a real business should already know everything about every customer segment and has nothing to learn by speaking directly with customers is simply not how business works.

Someone recommended Bitcointalk as a better place to understand how actual crypto casino players discover and choose casinos, so we thought we’d ask directly.

How do you normally discover a new crypto casino?

What would actually make you try a casino you haven’t played at before instead of staying with the one you already use?
You came at the right place actually when you want to expand your business of casino to more users. New casinos or even older just like yours whose not into forum can be known here.

Honestly majority of users here often try a newly establish casino by making an announcement thread here and do introduction of their casino by means of showcasing their products or even run giveaway or campaigns.

Regarding the last quoted question. Ofcourse that depends on: ( My opinion)

-Transparency of the casino
-Terms and conditions
-Feedback from users either positive or negative
- Credibility and reputation of the team handling the casino
-Technical issues fix like withdrawal or errors

Something like that!

The person directed you well. Though you have not brought the casino to the forum and from my understanding this is an inquiry thread and after now when you have understand the more things, then you will bring the casino foe proper introduction/announcement. And before you go further, you have to read the forum rules. Click the link Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ

How do you normally discover a new crypto casino?
I see this has a rhetorical question because you know it very well that there are different means people discovered new casinos in this digital age. Through ads, TV series or programs, football stadium, and the most popular one now id Bitcointalk here.

What would actually make you try a casino you haven’t played at before instead of staying with the one you already use?
This is the most important aspect of any new casino coming here. You must be active here to reply questions and complains and solve dispute. You must be transparent with you dealing with gamblers in the casino. And we will check out reviews about your casino. You casino registration and license validity is very important.

Spell out your KYC conditions. If you are requesting for KYC, you have to make it clear foe everyone to know and if possible, ask the KYC in the time of registration. And if you are operating under the rule of "No KYC", make it clear that you will not require KYC in any stage of the gamblers withdrawal. And if you want to require KYC in a suspicious time of the account, statement it clear and that means, your casino is not a No KYC casino.

And for people who mainly play at land-based casinos: what would make you choose an online crypto casino for the first time?
What you present to the people shall be vary and let there be news games if possible. Though at this stage everyone has their prefer games to play. As for me I like Space chicken, crash games and football matches.

You are welcome to the forum. For you to do well in the forum as a newbie, read more than posting to understand the forum.

Thanks man!

For some context, we’re a group from the old traditional junket world who moved into online gambling.
That’s why Bitcointalk is genuinely new territory for us.

For an established casino that is new to this community, what would make you personally give it a first try? to build reputation first or work on site itself, or just to lunch a promotion or a giveaway? maybe all 3 together

Thank you, we’re still learning the forum rules as we’ve already had a few comments deleted.

One thing we genuinely didn’t realize was how important a strong online presence and public footprint are to this community.

Regarding KYC, it depends on the region. In most cases we do require it, while in some regions we don’t. But I understand your point about the tricky casinos who do KYC only after the deposit, and no we dont do that.

The fact that we haven't published the company name here doesn't mean the company doesn't exist. Given the markets we've historically operated in and the old-school bookie/junket nature of the business, publicly exposing every operational detail was simply never how we operated.

That said, your point about whether we should now make more of that information public is fair, and it's something we'll discuss internally.

Also, I think there's still a misunderstanding about why we're here. We discovered this forum literally yesterday. We didn't even know casinos were actively promoting themselves and maintaining threads here. We came here to research, ask players questions and understand a part of the gambling market we haven't historically dealt with.

We're not here to turn this into an advertising thread, and this community still isn't our target market. So we're not asking anyone here to deposit based on our word.

Now let me ask you directly: do you consider an offshore licence, including a Curaçao licence, proof that an operator will always honor withdrawals?

Can we agree on one basic reality of offshore gambling? If an operator wants to give a player a hard time over a withdrawal, they can, through reviews, KYC, terms disputes, investigations and so on. And if an operator genuinely wants withdrawals to be smooth and straightforward, they can build their operation around doing exactly that.

I'm not saying licensing has no value. It does. I'm asking whether an offshore licence alone proves how a casino will behave when a player wins $50k, $100k or more and asks to be paid or it will force the operator to payout?

From our perspective, that has always been the real test: what happens when the player wins and wants his money?

And since we're talking about offshore gambling history: were you around during the old Costa Rica/Panama bookie boom? How many of those traditional offshore books actually held what you would consider a proper gambling licence? And weren't there also long running businesses among them that built their reputations precisely by honoring bets and paying their players?

That's much closer to the world our operation came from than the modern crypto casino model you're comparing us with.
So why haven't you posted it in the footer on your website? All I can see in the footer is this text: "Costa Rica Gaming Jurisdiction".
There is no such thing. Costa Rica has no gambling regulatory body, no licensing framework, and no gaming jurisdiction. Operators register there as data processing businesses and nothing more. "Costa Rica Gaming Jurisdiction" is not a legal term, not a regulatory reference, and not something any informed player or regulator would recognise. It is meaningless text in your footer.

You raised the point about whether a Curacao license guarantees withdrawals and you're right that it doesn't, no license does.. But that's not what a license is primarily for.

A license means the operator is running a legal business. It means AML compliance is in place. It means a regulatory body has vetted the operation and can revoke that license if the operator behaves badly. And critically it means the operator has put significant capital on the line to obtain it. Under Curacao's new licensing framework introduced in late 2024, obtaining a CGA license is a serious and costly undertaking. That financial commitment is itself a signal of intent. An operator who has invested that much in legitimacy has a strong incentive to protect it.

None of that guarantees a payout. But it creates a legal framework and financial incentive that simply does not exist without one.
WhoDaresWinz

Your point about the Gaming Curaçao badge was taken the first time. Removing an image from the footer takes seconds; the fact that it hasn't been removed within a few hours of your post doesn't mean we're ignoring it. It will be removed.

And ultimately, you're welcome to criticize the website, our transparency, our structure or anything else you find those are valid subjects and some of your criticism has already been useful to us. But calling us a “new scammy casino” is where I'll push back strongly. We're not new, we're not scammers, and we have always honored legitimate payouts. We have a real business and we take the integrity of that work seriously.

At the same time, I understand where your skepticism comes from if your experience is mainly with the newer crypto-casino world. There have been enough questionable operators in that space to make people suspicious. Just understand that this isn't the world iGambler came from.
You say you have a real business I'm willing to believe that. But across this entire thread you have provided no company name, no registration number, and no legal entity that anyone can independently verify after multiple direct requests.

What do you mean by newer crypto-casino world? It has excisted for over a decade.. And yes there has been a lot of questionable operators, including iGambler (you).

Also..
I'm not a newcomer to this space.

I have been a casino player for over a decade and been in the crypto space since around 2013 when Localbitcoins was quite popular to buy/sell Bitcoins.

And for the past several years I've worked as an iGaming affiliate running a crypto casino review site GottaGamble which has been nominated for two prestigious categories rising star of the year & crypto affiliate of the year at SBC. Ive also worked with BGaming hosting a Aviamasters challenge on Stake earlier this year back in February. So yeah im at least no newbie to this industry

One thing we genuinely didn’t realize was how important a strong online presence and public footprint are to this community.
Admitting your mistakes and shortcomings of your casino and acknowledging the power of the Bitcointalk community is a good start; you have been addressing concerns and questions by the community, which is good for correcting your casino's mistakes.

I think working alongside a good marketing manager here is a good start for you; he will tell you how and what works here, and you have very minimal online exposure based on my research online.

Take your time exploring the Bitcointalk community every day, and you will learn new things on how to market your casino that badly needs exposure.

It is good to listen to community input because they are the one's using the platform in otherwords, the services is meant for them so whatever the community says is what they have seen which could be a challenge or obstacle to them playing with your platform so it is better you hid to their advice than ignoring them and losing them at the end. If you know the power of community, you would never joke with every input and observations from them.
I will commend OP for being that active here and that is a clear sign that the customer relations of the platform is very much active and easy to access at any point in time as he need arises. But OP, I will advise you quote reply rather than answering one for one when you can put all in one thread and reply at once.

For an established casino that is new to this community, what would make you personally give it a first try? to build reputation first or work on site itself, or just to lunch a promotion or a giveaway? maybe all 3 together

How established is that casino? If the casino has a good reputation in the gambling industry or has been in existence for many years without any serious complaints, then it's much easier to promote it here.

Just follow the right and exact formula that established casinos here have done and continue doing, hire or collaborate with managers, their job will be easier if your casino is already established with no bad reputation

I recommend Hhampuz. Things will become easier if you have the right campaign manager to advise you on how to proceed here, from creating your announcement to communicating with the community.

No worries fam! Wow Id say old and known gambling casino operator can be lot better than newly established but scammy type of operator.

Sincr you said your establish I bet theres a lot of users on your casini physically. Once you want to transition to an online gambling casino then theres a lot of changes and adjustments.

Actually with your questions. Most casino have do it all even slowly. They made an account here which you done, post an announcement thread and make users check it. (Would be nice to buy Copper Membership for integrating images and photos for your post for more visualization)

Promotions and giveaway are one way to attract users. It same way in traditional casino right. But the power of bitcoinralk forum is launching a prominent Signature campaign. Just talk to reputable managers that got services for this.

Thank you, we’re still learning the forum rules as we’ve already had a few comments deleted.

One thing we genuinely didn’t realize was how important a strong online presence and public footprint are to this community.
You have just made the right landing here in the forum as you get a lot of specific gamblers here who uses crypto. And as for the forum rules, please be guided: Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ

Regarding KYC, it depends on the region. In most cases we do require it, while in some regions we don’t. But I understand your point about the tricky casinos who do KYC only after the deposit, and no we dont do that.
I hope that you will stand by that point that you're not like the others. But it's also understandable that some others do that because a user just casually deposits and wants to withdraw the whole thing and uses the casino as part of their launder scheme which is seen as wrong.

How do you normally discover a new crypto casino?

What would actually make you try a casino you haven’t played at before instead of staying with the one you already use?
I only discover new crypto casinos via Bitcointalk and if they have a good announcement thread at Bitcointalk and they're running a signature campaign and have an active representative on the forum then such casinos are safe in my eyes and can be tried by new players without any issues.

I personally try to join the casinos that are marketed by the manager Icopress and to be honest I haven't never faced any issue by joining and using such casinos.

As far any casinos meets the above requirements I give that casino a try and if it works for me then I keep playing at that casino regularly. Right now I'm okay with the casinos where I play but still if a casinos meets those requirements then training it is fully okay for me.

Fair points.

On Costa Rica, the reality is that it works differently from Curacao. There is no equivalent gambling licence issued by a gaming regulator. The traditional offshore structure has been for a Costa Rican company to operate services for players outside Costa Rica, which is why Costa Rica became home to so many offshore sportsbooks and bookies way before curacao. It’s a corporate/offshore structure, not a Curacao style licensing regime. And until today a lot of those bookies still use Costa Rica.

Regarding the company name, at least for now we prefer not to publish it publicly because of the sensitivity of some of the markets we operate in. That may change if we expand into different markets.

On Curacao, I agree that the new framework is stricter and considerably more expensive than the old one. But I wouldn’t go as far as treating that as proof of legitimacy. Regulation and oversight exist, but shady operators, player disputes and questionable practices don’t magically disappear because a licence was issued.

And the licence certainly doesn’t make an operator legal in every country where it accepts players. Offshore licensing and local legality are still two very different things.

And when I said the “newer crypto casino world,” I meant the model, not its age. Traditional bookies, junkets and older online casinos were far more manual, phone calls, Whatsapp, manual gifts and bonuses, with agents, calls and direct contact with players. Modern crypto casinos are generally much more mass market and automated. That’s the difference I meant. I'm sure none of the crypto casinos do give credit or call leads after sign up..

Also, credit where it’s due, building GottaGamble to the point of receiving SBC nominations is an achievement.

Have you ever worked directly with GCC markets, junkets or the higher end of the player market? If yes, I’d genuinely be interested in comparing experiences.

Take your time exploring the Bitcointalk community every day, and you will learn new things on how to market your casino that badly needs exposure.

Thank you, and I agree. The last few days here have already shown us things we genuinely overlooked.

For now, I think we’ll keep reading, asking questions and understanding the community before thinking about marketing here.

We’ve been operating for around 4 years, although clearly with very little exposure to this community.

Hey there! Thank you for the reply;)

Just to clarify our background a little, we weren’t land based casino operators ourselves. We originally operated as a junket company, mainly serving Middle Eastern and GCC clients with casino trips to Egypt and Eastern Europe. Later we brought that relationship based model online.

And thanks again for the advice. ANN threads, signature campaigns and all of this are pretty new to us. We may actually try a small giveaway or promotion here first, just to interact with the community and understand how things work before doing anything bigger.

Thank you, we’re still learning the forum rules as we’ve already had a few comments deleted.

Thanks for the rules link, definitely useful for us right now.

And yes, I completely agree that there are legitimate situations where additional verification is necessary, especially where there are AML concerns or suspicious account activity.

My point was simply that KYC should never be used as a convenient obstacle when a legitimate player wins and asks to withdraw. That’s something we’ve always been very clear about.

How do you normally discover a new crypto casino?

Interesting, thanks for sharing this.

So basically you’re saying it’s better if we, the casino itself, are directly active here rather than just advertising and disappearing. I’m starting to understand that for some players, the Bitcointalk presence itself is part of the trust process.

When you try a new casino you discover here, do you normally start with a small deposit and build trust over time, or if everything looks legitimate are you comfortable starting with your normal amount?

For me it's almost always starting small first, no matter how legit a site looks on paper. Withdrawal speed and support responsiveness on that first small test tell you a lot more than any license badge or forum thread ever could.

Guys, just a quick note. We did reply to everyone, but unfortunately some of our replies were deleted by the moderators. I think they may have merged some of them into our first reply, not completely sure 😅 Still learning how things work here.
