New rig, worked fine out of the box. Decided to change mulipool address this morning and now the cgminer program won't open. Well, it opens for a split second then vanishes. It is the latest version available I believe - 3.7.2.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Open cmd, cd to the CGminer path, execute cgminer.exe.
Then, copy the error and paste it, otherwise we have no idea.

3.7.2 is over 6 months old. The latest version is 4.2.3, though you may be trying to GPU mine which has long since been deprecated and all support removed from cgminer.
Developer/maintainer for cgminer, ckpool/ckproxy, and the -ck kernel
2% Fee Solo mining at solo.ckpool.org
