If the casino has more real negative reviews, then it is a red flag for me. You have an option not to claim casino bonuses because sometimes, bonuses are being used for trials or first-timers on casino sites if im not mistaken?  because when I have an offer before, they indicates that bonus only allows to use in first game. I don't avoid bonuses and VIP's but it's not the priority. I like it when a gambling site plays fairly, based on the RTP. It doesn't need to give everything back, but at least have some room to make the gambler come back to play again.

Brand trustworthiness in bitcointalk and game variety goes a long way if the site is coded well and is responsive enough.

If i can spot any lies in ToS or advertising i am staying away. For example, every time i see advertisement of "No kyc" i am staying far away, because that's just misleading at best.

What have hooked me to new casinos have been ability to mine their casino coin by playing. However tokenomics of such coin can be done really badly, or those can be chanced later on, so i don't really put too much value in them these days.

Deposit and withdrawals should ideally be unmemorable. Quick and easy with no issues or need for any extra steps. The payment page should be very modern, I close the tab when it is weird looking or requires to open another tab. It should show minimum deposit in the page and any other useful info. Bonus points if you reflect my deposit as quickly as possible, I do not want to wait for 2 or more confirmations. I've played on some that reflect instantly.

Yes, and that's what matters to me, to be honest, because we can't be in a place where we're constantly losing and when we win we can't withdraw the money or we have to go through a series of tests where things get out of control.

Personally, I find the overall design of the website as compelling because that is the first point of advertisement where the customer interacts with the business. If you have a design that's somehow appealing and inviting, then this will compel your customers to stay.

Another thing, the convenience and simplicity of the design also contributes on why people stay. If you have multiple buttons to click or a relatively-difficult UI that prevents one person from fully exploring the page, then that will play a factor on how people would choose your website over the other.

2. Bonuses: real draw or trap?
Do you chase deposit matches / free spins, or avoid them because of wagering requirements?
