I read that he used BitAxe GT801, which uses 80watts and he used liquid cooling for the modding and this delivers 40°C that keeps his Pizza warms.

I think his is brilliant of him, but I have a BUT

Is this healthy? Can you eat Pizza that's warmth by an Asic heat?

In my opinion it's not functional, this is just a desperate attempt to add pizza into the whole idea and yes I think we already know why the creator is so obsessed adding pizza, and if you don't it's because of the 10k Bitcoin for pizza legendary story, it's a good promotional tactics for his business idea but it's actually not functional, no one who is into mining would be so stranded out of option and choose to heat up pizza through that way.

I only wonder about the efficiency of mining Bitcoin with BitAxe GT801 because if it is only a rig that can be portable with pizza, it's not a big one. Hence, I am doubtful about its mining efficiency, is it like a Lottery mining?

But the miner can not make Pizza? Just warming Pizza that has already been made. I do not think it is necessary. I can not try it because I will not consider it safe. The heat from the miners are not for warning food. It is advisable not to try it at all. Warm your pizza with oven, microwave or air fryer.

The truth is although this is a fun kind of nerdy project it's not really very practical in real world applications. Don't get me wrong I totally find the idea pretty intriguing buh.. it would be more sustainable if if fixes a problem that actually exists currently it's just a less convenient replacement instead.

It would have to be probably deionised water because of the way liquid cooling and circulation works buh it's gonna make the build more expensive.

As long as there is no contamination while the Pizza is being stored in that bag, I do not think that it would be unhealthy.

A pizza being warmed by a miner in a bag sounds cool, probably looks cool but I still believe this one is a gimmick to get the attention of viewers.  It is probably a good innovation since the miner looks like built within the bag, but I am interested in the proficiency of the mining since it has to maintain a 40 degree temperature, which can limit the optimum efficiency of the mining machine.

I think it’s practical and Andy Prokopyk took a page from the recyclable or renewable energy playbook. The heat of the ASIC miners that could have gone to waste is being captured and utilised here to keep the pizza warm, I’m guessing this will be able to warm some other fast foods or snacks.

So you see he’s basically solving a problem here too even as he’s trying to link his machine to pizza which has an indelible history with bitcoin.

This is really creative stuff he did here, I’m just marvelling at the engineering he used to get this done.

Hello..... Practical in what essence? It's nothing really more than a fun project based off the concept mainly. If I had to warm my pizza I'd use the microwave... Besides I don't think you have this particular device in your home but I'm pretty sure you do have a microwave. So like a said the idea doesn't fix any problem but it's a fun project regardless..

Lol... The creativity here is from the idea not the engineering..... I don't think there's any major breakthrough here though the process is just basic heat transfer by conduction probably little convection.

I mean the miner hardware produces a lot of heat if you could get used of that heat then it is for sure going to be a good idea, I can see no issue as long as it wasn't on direct contact, and maybe miners could used the heat on other things like cooking or something in the future, not just trying to fight the heat or something maybe we could get used that heat into something that might be useful, so this guy really is doing a good job if it works.

Do you wear a mask when you are around a computer?  Computers also use ventillation.  How dirty does your Hardware get?  Do you use your computer in the sewers?!

Haha, this is a great idea, I have seen people using Miner's heat to keep their houses warm, play video games on their rigs even, and doing stuff no one could think they can do on them and now this guy probably a pizza delivery guy he must be, he can deliver pizza, and keep it warm at the same time and mine Bitcoin. The cycle or bicycle might generate enough electricity for the miner as well.

The health question is fine, as long as the cooling liquid is sealed because that's the only thing that can contaminate the pizza, heat won't do much harm to pizza, it's just heat which is also not too much. It is a creative project.

What is the guarantee that the foods we eat are completely healthy? fact remains that the type of heat used in warming the food does not matter to me but what i should be worried about is the mining itself is he mining something worth it? or just creating and avenue for himself through social media where attention is being converted to currency with the linking of the mining and pizza which has significant relationship in the crypto world.

I'm just curious if this is not one of those stunts that people use on media? anyways its a cool idea and it deserves all the attention it probably getting.

It depends on location, I am for example living in a very dusty area that I need to off my Asic every two days for cleaning, I think this person isn't wrong for saying what he said, there are dusts that the eye can't see until they gathered and settle on your PC or electronics.

Also computers drags air through the front and exhaust through the back, if your food is at that back you will eat dirt and it won't taste like dirt in your mouth though, if you understand what I mean.

Sometimes to even see dusts around you need a touch light in a dark room and facing the light on your face or on the ground for you to see them, just because your house looks very clean doesn't mean there is no dusts around.



But like I've said it depends on areas, Arizona, Texas like places

I am guessing the heat is delivered through the warm like to heat up the compartment where the pizza is place so yes, I think it's safe to eat the pizza. I believe the guy is just doing it for fun or as a hobby very well knowing the huge relationship between Pizza and BTC hisoticially

Well what can i say, this seems like peak bitcoin engineering doings to me, turning waste heat into hot cheese and still solo mining while at it sounds good; Laszlo would be so proud of this and yet maybe a little salty about the price too lol.

It’s obvious that this Andy Prokopyk guy strategically just decided to ride the whole Pizza for Bitcoin lore so hard while still actually building something clever in the process.
IMO that’s fair enough and the heat reuse is apparently clean from what i know, so i don’t think there’s gonna be any worries about health issues stemming from this innovation of his.

He's an engineer and I think on how he's made it from the start and with blue print he's got won't put harm to anyone who eats it. It's an invention of his and it's not a product to be sold. I guess that his creative mind and at the same time passion for bitcoin made him to do such as this. Besides, some miner already create other weird thing, such as using ASIC miner for heating room, despite knowing conventional room heater usually is easier and cheaper.
