There's never a permanent movement, generally, Bitcoin gets bullish at some point and bearish at the other, so it is not about the movement been temporal or permanent, rater i think it is better to think how long will a particular observed movement last, that will give you a better insight as to what to expect. Sometimes how long a particular move will last has got a way of explaining why a particular move is happening at the time its happening. Obviously happenings has got their own effects on Bitcoin and its movement generally, but one thing is always sure, in the long run, the cumulative move of Bitcoin is majorly Bullish and that is why we get to see the price change over the years and the increase in value that gets people holding some really good asset worth in it.

I am still hesitant to call this price uptrend a new bull market, but we cannot deny the fact that Bitcoin recover some of its price value after the ATH is recorded.   In the same way, I also think it is early to say that bulltrend has started since the previous history shows that bullish trend starts a few months before or after the halving event happened.
So I think this is just a price recovery, and Bitcoin market activity will mainly remain sideways, with some high-fluctuation events.

I think history should only be a reference, not some fixed template to predict the future.
Yep, Bitcoin pumping hard in the short term is not enough to say this is uptrend we have been waiting for. But then again, do not rule anything out. The market keep changing. It is not gonna follow some fixed pattern all the time.
Better to be ready for a few different scenario than just guess one and put all your expectations on it. imo.

This could a temporary bullish movement or the beginning but the price action of Bitcoin between now and when it reaches the 97K price range will determine whether it's the beginning of bullish movement. However, there's a good chance that this is only a temporary bullish movement due to the US debt that has skyrocketed and the current oil price, which currently affects the price of BTC and Gold due to how investors are looking for safe-haven investments.

If we zoom out the price records (from the beginning till now), Bitcoin has always been in a bull run with some moments of hiccups and then rallying again.  But zooming in, this recent run seems like the start of a bull run, but then, as we can see, there are still retracements, and yet we cannot deny that there is a significant percentage gain in this quarter.

I had witnessed how the market moves over these years, although I cannot ignore the fact that market movement may be different this time, I am still hesitant to say the Bitcoin had already started its bull run may be we need to see more macro uptrend and lessser resistance to consider that Bitcoin market is in a bull run.

I think it's a bull trap and that Bitcoin will crash soon along the year of 2027. Many investors are faithful that now is the right time to buy, but I think it looks too fishy the way Bitcoin has pumped from 64,000$ to 78,000$ in a timeframe of 3 days. It's too artificial, and even though the price is still being kept high, everything can go downhill in few days, in the same proportion it rised so fast.

I only believe in a bull run for real once we reach close to the halving event. By there I judge it to be market manipulation.

I think this is mixed. It is mixed because Bitcoin's cycle/tradition is real, and will not stop all of a sudden. I expect it to start the main bullish phase in at least a year. Fine this could linger and will surely help the situation, yet I expect a stuck soon which could resume Bitcoin into a somewhat ranging mode.

If we traced back the history of bitcoin, bitcoin is more bullish at the final quarter of the year. We are now close to October (Uptober) so maybe this could be a good sign that bitcoin is back slowly to its past all time high price. If bitcoin will show another significant price increase in the next days or weeks, then this might be no longer temporary especially if there is series of price increase happening in the market that could also create positive effect on the price of quality altcoins.

Looks bullish but I'm not so sure about long term, fed is targeting 4.1% interest rate by the end of the year, long term outlook it isn't looking good, but if Bitcoin could somehow ignore bond yield that is ever increasing and FED inflation control, then it can be bullish.

Well we are still pretty far from the next halving. If I remember right, there's still more than 500 days to go. I don't think it's wrong to say we haven't really entered a bull run yet.

Do not be deceived because we are not experiencing a market bull run season for bitcoin anytime soon, before you can be talking about something related to this, then consider the next halving first, this will give you the direction the market is expected to perform and the timing for it season, we are only having a market pump which may also dump at any time due to the current bearish season we still maintain to this time until we are completely out of there market bear for the bull season.

I identify this current Bitcoin price increase as temporary, because it has not been seen in the past. Starting from August, the entire month of September has seen signs of Bitcoin's rise, which is very different from other years. Currently, due to the high Bitcoin buying pressure in the market, the Bitcoin price has improved further and other positive aspects have helped the Bitcoin price improve. In this case, the Bitcoin price is likely to correct again, but we should not take the benefit of this upward trend in the Bitcoin price, but rather buy more Bitcoin and add it to our original holdings.
