I am writing this formal topic to publicly expose and file a severe scam accusation against BC.GAME for highly deceptive player management, unfair account closure, and contradictory verification protocols. The casino has trapped my funds and blocked my access even after I successfully fulfilled every single security demand they put forward.

Here is the complete, detailed, step-by-step timeline of the scam they pulled on my account:

1. THE ACCOUNT DETAILS:

* Status: Temporarily Unavailable / Permanently Locked

2. STEP 1 - SUBMITTING ALL BANK AND PAYMENT PROOFS (WHICH THEY VERIFIED AND ACCEPTED):
My account was locked unjustly, and support agents requested historical bank statements, deposit vouchers, and withdrawal proofs. I provided 100% genuine and official records:
- Deposit Proof: 499.69 INR (Credited as 500 INRFIAT in the wallet, UTR: 507867125453) initiated by Rohitash Meena, with official Paytm screenshots and detailed deposit receipts showing receiver name as MAZHARUL ISLAM (Order ID: F-1851415286116574229).
- Withdrawal Proof: 516 INR (TXID: 1827255101008314383) dated March 22, properly highlighted in my official bank statement.

3. STEP 2 - THE CONTRADICTION: THEY APPROVED THE DETAILS AND ADVANCED ME TO KYC:
This is the most important part that proves their fraud. BC.GAME support reviewed all my above bank files, Paytm screenshots, and transaction numbers. If my information was incorrect, they should have rejected me right there. But because the information was 100% correct, they accepted it and officially advanced my case to the next stage by providing a new live KYC verification link through their partner Sumsub.

4. STEP 3 - SUCCESSFUL KYC APPROVAL WITH A GREEN TICK:
Following their exact instructions, I opened the link, uploaded my official national identity documents, and completed the live face verification. The verification was 100% SUCCESSFUL. My profile was officially APPROVED and verified with a GREEN TICK inside the Sumsub portal.

5. STEP 4 - THE UNJUST REJECTION AND WEBSITE ERRORS:
Right after the automated KYC was successfully approved and marked passed, BC.GAME support (Agents Jeffry and Chloe) completely flipped their decision. They rejected my unlock request, vaguely claiming my "submitted information is incorrect" and stating their decision is final.
This is a massive contradiction! How can an account be rejected for "incorrect details" AFTER the system officially reviews the bank files, accepts them, issues a KYC link, and approves the live face ID?
To make matters worse, they told me to use the platform recovery form ("Can't Login" page). When I entered my exact UTR and deposit order details there, their website threw a critical error saying, "We can't take a new request right now. Please try again later." Trustpilot has even put a red warning banner on their company page for buying fake reviews to hide these types of scams!

CONCLUSION:
BC.GAME is running a malicious loop: they collect deposits, force players to pass official live identity verifications, and once everything is successfully verified and approved with a green tick, they permanently seize the accounts claiming "incorrect records" without any transparent reasoning.

Suggestion @OP,  
it would be better to remove all of these personal data (like your email) before some cockroaches would start to use the same and trying to impersonate BC.GAME/ trying to perform a scam.
Generally speaking they can have many ways to decline a withdraw, likewise use of VPN or you come from some "banned nation"... even if you have already being verifed (its not related to them but a common practice).

Maybe they will respond to them as some of their followers might see the problem and then could have second thoughts on playing on their platform. As here in our community, their reputation is damage and I doubt that they will respond to this issue.

You need to tell the story from the beginning; for example, you could explain that on a certain date you deposited a specific amount, then played a particular game and won or lost. After ending up with a certain balance, you tried to withdraw the funds but couldn't; you then contacted support, who told you specific things, and because you were unable to withdraw the money, you are now raising this scam accusation. You should also post evidence, such as a screenshot of your account showing the balance, your game history, the withdrawal attempt, and the conversation with support. However, you posted a story on Trustpilot that was harder to follow than the one you shared here on this forum. fortunately, the casino representative replied and instructed you to take the following steps:

Before creating an account at any casino, take the time to research it. In the case of BC.GAME, there are many accusations of scams against them something you could have easily discovered if you had spent just 10 minutes looking into them. It’s a very sad story, and there have been other sad stories just this month. I’ve counted 10 cases of scam accusations against them this month alone and the month isn't even over yet. Someone else on this forum also ran into problems months ago after depositing in INR, and from what I can see, his case dating back to January 1st doesn't seem to have been resolved. Unfortunately, as most members here have mentioned, BC.GAME has lost its credibility in the forum, as there have been several complaints about accounts being banned after verification. After accepting the documents and successfully completing the verification, it permanently bans the account and confiscates the funds, claiming that there are "incorrect data".

If what you're saying is true that Trustpilot placed a red warning banner on BC.GAME's page for buying fake positive reviews and ratings to cover up their scams then all these complaints will be useless because the casino no longer cares about its reputation.

As long as I will not support any Gambler to be violated and cheated upon by using a casino, it will also be an important decisions for every Gambler to ensure that the understand the reason why they are gambling and must deposit only the amount of money they could afford to lose on this purpose, I will only advise any further user to ensure that they research world and know the current status of a casino before using them to gamble, this is where some online reviews and extra findings and necessary to know those that are reputable for use.
