Well, from my observation active slot and old slots are the same. I agree with you that it seems to be based more on the OP's own experience than on a real, verifiable theory. We could talk about a certain old slot versus a certain new, or active slots, but generalising in such a way that we conclude that the old ones in general give worse results I think does not correspond to reality.

It's not that I care too much either, I'd just play the ones that I find most fun because, in the end, the luck factor plays a fundamental role in the return.

We can all answer either correctly or incorrectly, but the only ones who can provide a definitive answer are the platform or the provider. IMO, the win rate has nothing to do with whether a slot is new or old, it's purely a matter of luck.

I think it’s only your personal experience and assumption towards old and new slot in terms of payout since all of them are just the same RNG based games which means the age of the slot doesn’t matter with the outcome.

For example is Le Bandit, Gates, Fruit and many more old slot games that is still being played most of the time and still giving a huge multiplier on some player.

I believe newer slot output is just easily noticed since it was being played frequently upon release. Personally, I still preferred old slot games like Rotten by Hacksaw over new games.

There is still a connection, because new slots usually offer some promotions either through Prize pools or are deliberately designed to give a satisfactory impression by shedding a high probability of winning for those who play them. I believe that new slots can be more attractive while playing them, and can equally attract more people to play them, and ordinarily when a new version of slot is being released the old ones will begin to attract less attention as gamblers feel the new version is more superior ethe old ones. To be honest, before reading this post, I had a different idea about the differences between old and new slots. 🙋

I thought that old slots allowed players to play longer because they quickly recoup some of their losses. Small wins are quite common.

New slots, as far as I know, are programmed to give players very large wins (but such success is extremely rare). Therefore, I've repeatedly read complaints on our forum and online from old players about how quickly they lose money playing new slots.

Therefore, if your goal is to clear the bonus and withdraw it, then it makes sense to play old slots. If you want to take a big risk and win big, then it makes sense to play new slots. It's hard for me to say anything definitive about "dead old" slots. Perhaps, since almost no one plays them, their RTP is lower than that of new slots. But that's just my guess.

I don't pay attention to old or new usually but reading this topic made me think about the slots I have had max or near max wins on. My 1st max win was on Hot Fiesta by Pragmatic for 12.5k. Chaos Crew by Hacksaw gave me a near max win with a 9000x for $1800. Retro tapes has hit a couple max wins for me, Push Gaming is the provider. Gates of Olympus by Pragmatic hit back to back max wins for me. Outsourced by No Limit has hit a couple max wins for me as well. I also have 2 5 scatter hits on Wanted dead or alive by Hacksaw.

Now, I have soaked a lot of money into these slots so don't go thinking I have good luck. Slots are a shit losing play in the long run, but they are fun to spin now n then. The thing I notice though is all these slots are older slots. Haven't had any max wins on anything relatively new lately.
