Bad news from two old casinos on the forum

Did Bitsler say why they closed their doors? I recall them advertising on the forum long ago and haven’t heard much about them in recent years. Did their business decline to point it was no longer profitable or did something happen behind the scenes to cause this closure?

Despite being an old casino, Bitsler has not been able to move forward much, but other new and later casinos that have emerged are basically very profitable, but despite being a long-standing platform, they are in losses. Moreover, due to the recent accidents, they have been forced to think about shutdown. And they have announced that they will most likely stop all activities from tomorrow.

But today it’s clear that the market and its environment have changed (AI, security risks etc. ) in such a way that we’re no longer attractive enough. So there is no need to speculate on the reason while they've packed up and left the industry: they just haven't been making as much money as they used to. There is a lot of competition in the gambling industry, just like with exchanges too, and that's why of late we have had a couple of platforms shut down and leave the market.

This is pretty hard to believe, if they aren't making money there are too many solutions to that, give gamblers something attractive and they will be back, but I don't want to jump into conclusion and I also don't want you to.

They might have another reason why they decided to quit, for a casino that's been around for many years already, they are already fully baked compared to a casino that's just coming into this space.

A familiar online casino is better than something completely knew, I believe that most gamblers will go for old casinos because they can be trusted than the new ones.

I believe that many platforms that shut down may show losses, yet given a deep understanding of the business's intricacies the people behind them might still attempt to launch a new venture. I think new casinos were often opened simply to launch aggressive marketing campaigns and capture the attention of players worldwide or in specific target markets. That is just my speculation a shutdown doesn't mean the team will give up. After years of profitability, even a minor net loss upon closing doesn't really matter much when you look at the bigger picture.
