To me I think there should be a little adjustment from the title to suit more of what the body is saying because those who loved posting through titles would be entirely out of the context.
My choice of caption was intentional and the reflection of my curiosity, the end part of my little interaction with my friend. Yes, I understand that some people post based on thread topics, but seeing the thread survive in The trading section means it could be more than the topic.
To be honest, anyone must be successful in whatever they are doing must learn also learn do away with sleep because if they so much focused on sleep they could likely missed the whole process that is why some people do not like trading at night because they can’t trade their sleep for anything. It is true that we shouldn’t be that joking with our night rest, but at times we should be more awake at night to learn and study things we don’t know moreover since most people think that profits in trading is more at night trading, but I mean to say that if you know what you are doing you would also make profit from day trading but what I notice is that, at night trading you could focused more because there wouldn’t be any distractions at night while trading but they are likely the same even as many people have believed to say that night trading is more profitable.
There have been many opinions kicking against the effectiveness of night trading compared to day trading. I like day activities and needed a clarification. Trading is like gambling but still some people are almost very good at gambling, some believe it's discovering the sequence and in trading, there would perhaps be some cheats like practices that will set you up for profit which may vary based on your trading period.
Or one can just buy hold and sleep well.
A good sleep tend to help with Brain functions and an healthier lifestyle
I believe even for someone that thinks night is their time
They tend to sleep by the day.
I don't want to offend anyone right now because I don't understand the topic..How will time zones and time differences affect you, OP? Where you think it's night, others may have day. What do you think about traders living in other time zones?🤔
If I'm not mistaken most usually make use of the US time zone in measuring
Owing to the bias towards Wall Street been in the US and a trading zone.
Yes, I prefer buying to hold. Holding through a period of time is less stressful and less risky too because there's high probability of rising back in the future. I have read stories about the risks of trading, it demands proper planning and carefulness.
What? Sacrifice sleep for trading? What are you doing then during the daytime? He may be working during the day and trading at night, that's why he said to sacrifice sleep for trading. If you want to start with him, then you can sleep during the day. However, the most suitable time is to trade during the day, as many traders do, and at night, take a good sleep, which is very necessary for your mental wellness. There are some more risks in trading, such as chasing money, which I think is very dangerous at the beginning. So work on it, mate, rather than on something else.
If you are compromising on your sleep then soon your health will deteriorate and no matter how much money you have in your pocket, if you are not healthy then its useless. There is famous saying about health "You can have 1000 problems in your life until you have a health problem. Then you only have one". Its easier to maintain good health but if you develop some kind of chronic disease then it will be very difficult to undo that damage. If you are a trader then make sure you have at least 7 to 8 hours of night that are reserved for sleep.
I'm aware about the dangers of skipping your sleeping hours which is why I sleep a lot. I act like a lazy dude and can sleep all night without minding What's next in the list. Skipping sleep is not in my agenda, perhaps I would have to wait further to learn from a right source.
If actually he's into night trading because he works in the day, then I still can't learn from him or be like him because I understand that health is wealth. Aside the health conditions that come with skipping your sleeping hours, addictions come with taking pills to stay awake and would compromise your health very faster and reduce the impacts of medication if you get ill.
To be a good trader, you have to get rid of too much sleep to be a night trader because many traders seem to do better as night traders than day traders. If you love to sleep, you may also consider going into bitcoin investment except you want to settle for day trading.
Night trading is not for everyone, you must be fit and ready to combat sleep which may expose you to taking pills, drugs or other harmful substances to stay awake. Don't just choose your bitcoin goal (Trader/investor) based on profit alone, also consider it's effect on your whole body and psychology and screen time.
Remember that health is number 1, it's useless for you to make thousands of dollars from trading crypto but your health condition is disrupted because you continue to sacrifice rest time to monitor the chart which is basically trading you can do by opening positions and closing positions. I mean in today's era if you are a disciplined trader able to manage and understand the time does not make your sleep time disturbed. Why sacrifice health if in the end the profits are spent on treatment?
With all that I have read, I think it's best to remove the idea of night trade or skipping my sleep for the sake of trading. Perhaps, a person can skip his sleep to lose money too because staying awake does not guarantee success or making profit.
But then I see that there are several misconceptions when viewed from outside except you are into active trading.
Trading is not for the weak so getting the basics is very important.
Trading is high risk, where there is a possibility of losing both at night and day. How much you will profit and how much you will lose by trading depends on your skill. Night and day cannot affect trading.
Your friend may consider trading as his main source of income, I would advise you to get out of this trap. Trading does not have the characteristics of being a main source of income, you can consider it as an alternative source of income.
The main difference between investors and traders is patience, traders believe in immediate results while investors believe in long-term results. I think investors are ahead in terms of advantages.
I can't truly say if trading is his entire source of income but then the message is well assimilated. Trading is risky and it's not a new knowledge. The level of risk when compared to investment is so large that investment seems risk free. I've never been trapped nor getting trapped because I don't force things, I know things I can do and things I avoid.
My interest in trading is solely for fun, the knowledge and the ego that comes with being a trading guru. I love traders because they're very calculated and not easily emotional.
