will the player consider the casino a scam or take full responsibility for not paying attention to details?

I wouldn't consider the casino to be scam as long as they have not scammed anyone yet, but such a con act will make me distrust the casino, however, I will also take the blame for not verifying things myself before using the casino. If I had verified their terms on KYC requirement, I won't been in such situation, so I will take blame for them. Since we already know that the statement of "no KYC" Casino is just a deceitful marketing tone that some casino likes to use, it would be better to always remember to check out their terms and conditions before using the casino since they can use that to defend themselves, you probably might not win a case against them, so it's best to avoid it.

If any casino prominently highlight No KYC in its banner and forum promotion then it is evident that this is key part of its marketing strategy.
Haven't you met with a casino that by promotion champions the idea of a NoKYC in the use of their platform but when you get to critically assess their terms of service you you discover clauses that gives the casino the right out of necessity and regulatory compliance to ask for KYC from a customer under certain conditions.  Technically, we can't take away KYC totally from a license casino, so, always check for landmines whenever you hear of a NoKYC promoting gambling site.

You mean landmines could help find this thing we are actually looking for? Although I never knew there are tools we can use to find out some hiden agenda that the casino might be hiding from bettors.

Personally I see no reason why a casino would chose to lie for bettors even though they are licensed they are supposed to keep to their promises, I don't like casino saying something then later on they start doing otherwise. It doesn't make sense that way, and that alone would make them loss alot of customers.
The term "landmines" that I used in my comment was a figure of speech which literally means technical-traps sets by some casino through their TOS, and not that I was refering to a tool for revealing anything.

By business language it doesn't seem like they're lying but just a business format to attract customers, so it's now left for every gambler to be vigilant and take seriously the responsibility to fact check before accepting what they're told on advert and promotion corridors  because you'll always be responsible for any action you take as an adult gambler.

Let me bring this for discussion: it’s no longer news that we have casinos which come here to promote themselves as No-KYC casinos, but they are KYC-compliant casinos. When a player uses such a casino without reading the terms and conditions to know if the slogan is just misleading or true and is later slapped with the requirement to provide a KYC document at the time of withdrawal, will the player consider the casino a scam or take full responsibility for not paying attention to details?
You have to understand that casinos will use every strategy to draw customers to themselves then as time goes they willl being to manifest their true self. It is just a kind of luring customers through false pretense and this kind of thing do not only happens with casinos. There are many businesses that during their advertisements they will use every sweet words to gain customers. If you are gambling with any casino whether they require KYC or not, just have it at the back of mind that if you win a huge amount and you want to request for withdrawal they must ask for KYC.
Definitely what players need to understand, all this are marketing strategy and in other businesses too, business owners use different marketing strategy to lure customers.
Most of this casinos know so many players get tired of doing KYC verification or sharing their information, so they know using that strategy of no KYC will really get them a lot of players and most players will be happy using any casino that doesn’t require KYC. So any casino that says no KYC, and while using you’ve never been asked for KYC, just enjoy it while it last because there is will come a time it might be needed.

Most gamblers fall into scam casinos because they do not read, and this is why casinos will always end up getting gamblers. So if players get into a casino like that, the gambler is to be blamed. However, even if most gamblers do not read, any casino that disguises itself to claim what it is not is a scam casino because they use that as a strategy to capture gamblers. Any casino that is not transparent and claims to be what it is not is a scam because they consider themselves first and do not have consideration for gamblers.

A lot of gamblers do not check to read the terms of service of a casino before they start gambling with them probably because the casino offers bonuses and rewards. People just want to gamble, win and make withdrawals. They are not concerned about what are the necessary things they need to know about the casino. You can't just take because a casino said they are a No-KYC and you decide to register and start staking bets. Though there are also some dubious casinos that may not include those terms at the beginning but when they later include it they won't even let their customers know of the new development. Some other casinos might not see it as a big problem especially when you make deposits and lose a lot of bets. They only try to be strict when a large winning has been recorded.

I imagine regulatory bodies have long been aware of this, yet they likely have no intention of imposing restrictions in various countries possibly because they have a vested interest in the status quo. One cannot even rule out bribery, given the sheer amount of money casinos possess. In any case, I am opposed to misleading information a player might not have intended to gamble, but such false information could lure them into wagering their hard-earned money, potentially leaving their family in debt and without food on the table.

Look, people need to understand that any custodial platform can block withdrawal and ask for KYC. And since casinos fall under this category, anybody playing in a casino should accept within themselves that they can be asked to identify themselves anytime, irrespective of how the casinos advertises itself.
People are not saying that they should not ask the KYC and they should make it plain for gamblers to see from their announcement thread and signature Campaign threads and Bio Data. Because what most gamblers see on the announcement thread to join the casino is the inscription of "No KYC '. And if they didn't read the ToS and only rely on the banner description to join the casino and only for them to be asked KYC in the time of withdrawal. Whom do you blame in this scenario?

It is kind of similar to using those centralized exchanges that didn't make KYC mandatory, you just knew they could request it at anytime, however, nearly all of those exchanges have revoked that policy.
I have not seen a centralized exchange that asking users KYC at anytime or any level and all the exchanges I have used, they ask me to do KYC immediately after the registration to upgrade the account to accommodate high trading. Before I deposit coins, they would asked me to submit my KYC. But casinos come here to tell us No KYC but asking gamblers to submit KYC in some level of withdrawal. Now the issue her is they should not write that No KYC again when they know that they will ask.

I'd say anyone that fall for this trick should not really be gambling.

Its actually pretty easy to spot wether a gambling site actually have KYC compliant terms without actually reading their terms. If the site has all those 3rd party slot provide then 99% it is a KYC compliant site. Gambling site that have 3rd party site need to have license to operate thus they are also KYC compliant
Now this is where I stand, and I was trying to explain to others that casinos can be deceitful, but as gamblers we also owe ourselves the research and investigation to make sure what we are seeing in the banner is the same thing the casinos are offering. Casinos that have games that providers ask for KYC for – how can they not require KYC for players that they are serving?

First of I would like to see one of such casinos
Can you drop the link to their page?

If you need a link, just check the gambling board. If you go through 2-3 new casinos, chances of seeing what I’m talking about is 60 and above, if I’m to send link it will be endless.

This is because players often just want to switch off their minds; they think that simply topping up their balance and pressing a single button is enough to guarantee a win, but sometimes it is necessary to look at the bigger picture. For instance, a casino is a business one that isn't all that simple to run and is subject to regulatory oversight and reporting requirements. How, then, could a casino handle anonymous accounts? After all, such accounts could be exploited by bad actors for money laundering or similar illicit activities. That is precisely why I have no issue with casinos restricting their services to clients who have completed the KYC process.

Yes, especially I feel tired if a casino asks me for KYC. Most gamblers probably feel this way. But there are several casinos that do not ask for KYC in the beginning for a few days but after a few days when you go to withdraw, they ask for KYC. To protect yourself from facing such problems, you need to read their rules carefully. Because there are several things written in their rules, such as if someone withdraws more than 5 thousand dollars, they will be asked for KYC, if a person knows all these rules well before using the casino, then he will definitely be able to protect himself from such problems.

If the KYC requirements is clearly stated in the Casino's terms, the gambler who believed what was said about the casino without confirming for himself,  has absolutely nothing to hold against the casino. He will have to take responsibility for his own carelessness.

This is no longer new that there are casinos that parade themselves as no-kyc casinos, but in their casino terms, they still have some exemptions.

Legally speaking, that’s known as false advertising. You could sue a casino for doing that, but the thing is, no one is going to spend the money it would cost to bring an international lawsuit in Curaçao or similar Caribbean countries. So, no, the responsibility is not on the gambler's side. If the casino makes false claims in its advertising and then states in the small print of its Terms and Conditions that it may request KYC, the casino is primarily to blame.
Yes you are right and I agree with you. But however, we must understand that the casino"s fault of false advertising does not also take away the gambler's fault of not taking out time to conduct due diligence. There are two different issues here:
That the casino made an inaccurate advertising (truly a fault of the casino) and
That the gambler did not read to understand the terms on which he is gambling.

The casino may still win this case legally if truly the casino is a no-kyc casino but included in its terms that certain  conditions may require them to request for KYC. In this case, it is no longer the fault of the casino, but that of the gambler who was too lazy to read and understand.

However when any player attempt to withdraw their winning, it withheld by citing a clause hidden in fine print on line 200+ of their Terms of Service, stating that  Management reserves the right to request KYC at any time. I would call this deceptive marketing in plain language.
An unfortunately, there are many that are doing this and this is not just peculiar to the casino, most platform intentionally reduce the font size of their terms of service to get at users in the way that most users least expect. there are a lot of fraudulent ways that most casino are using to market their brand and this is the case because of the competition among other casino that are coming up way too frequent. if the strategy for running your promotion is different from what players will eventually experience, it is clear deception.

Is really very deceptive for a casino site to parade itself with fake identity during promotion, and such promotion does not affect the users of such casino platforms only but the casino platform also is being affected negatively. Every gambling company wants to gain trust from users, and sustain their own customers by doing the right thing, and give priority to customers demand. It is obvious there are casino platforms who promote their company with fake identity just to attract more customers to themselves, but in a way they are denting the reputation of the casino company, and when customers discovers you are doing falseful promotion they will loose trust with your company, and gamblers will begin to withdraw from your platform. I think it is absolutely very wrong to proclaim the services you cannot offer, and that is a sign of fraudulence because because gamblers will deposit money to gamble, and when they finally secure winning, instead of them to withdraw their money with ease they are now seeing the opposite of what you promised. To me, any gambling platform that doesn't act according to the services to promise to gamblers should be reported to the casino regulatory body, this action will help to prevent further occurrence from other gambling platforms.

This can apply where it is neccessary for the casino to demand for some verification to get something clear. So, if a gambler finds himself in this situation, he cannot fight the casino when he himself did not read the terms to know if there are some clauses attached to the terms.
Yes, it's true that you can't legally fight a crypto casino when you fail to read its terms and conditions to your understanding before using it. But in a situation whereby a casino parades itself with a casino name like "Bit-Nokyc" or any related phrase that has to do with "No-KYC " and then a gambler jumped into believing maybe the casino might be totally free from its KYC, and the the a later requested for a KYC, then such casino won't blame the users from going extra mind to be reading about it's policies regarding No-KYC, because at least the name of the website was meant to give a complete review about what a crypto casino should represent.

Casinos should not deliberately mislead their customers by using names or adverts that suggest that they do not demand for KYC. However, brand names alone like Bit-noKYC as you have mentioned is not enough for anyone to assume that a casino will not demand for KYC, even if they do, there might be some exceptions which may not have been stated in the ad and definitely,  the casino brand name may not capture those exceptions. Those exceptions and every other clause will be found in the casino ToS.

I still advice gamblers not to be in a hurry to use any casino without checking through the casino's Terms of Service. This will save them time, money and stress that would have been invested on something not worth the effort.

When a player uses such a casino without reading the terms and conditions to know if the slogan is just misleading or true and is later slapped with the requirement to provide a KYC document at the time of withdrawal, will the player consider the casino a scam or take full responsibility for not paying attention to details?

I honestly don't have the calmness to read those terms and conditions, and they are always so long. And they also know that majority of individuals will not end up reading that stuff, they should just make it clear that it is a KYC, than making people think otherwise because of their advertisement, i will consider it a scam ..

I completely agreed with your view because things have never been working as they're showing on the front; there are enough settlements that happen behind the closed doors, while casinos are also always working for their own interest and giving enough gifts to relative people for keeping eyes closed. Mostly people have never done their job completely before entering and then face issues because casinos have things that have never been easily allowing people to have promotions achieved in the last few years.
I have never been encouraging anyone to have promotions because it's never been easy to have them; it's just a waste of energy and money, so always try to play without clicking on these promotions.

Why would you use a service without reading carefully it's terms of service? It's the fault of the gambler because by agreeing to the terms before you signed up, you're expected to have read through it carefully and you're consenting to abide by everything listed there. Almost every casino that I come by has that optional KYC clause, so I've actually dismissed the fact that a casino is actually NO KYC. The truth is that most gamblers don't take their time to read it, I was one of them, but watching people have issues with it, I adjusted to reading carefully and understanding before using the casino.
It is often because people are lazy and irresponsible, so they use this excuse to blame the service instead of admitting their own error. It is like blaming car manufacturers that you got injured in a car crash because you claim you didn't read the manual of the car which says that driving a car can cause injury..  Grin We need to move away from this kind of mentality and try to teach people to be responsible adults. If something happens on a platform to me or my accounts because I did not read the terms and conditions or some reviews somewhere it is mostly my fault. The details of the situation will determine how much of the remaining fault is attributed to the platform or myself as the platform could be acting maliciously or unprofessionally in some cases, but most of the fault lies with me.

The NO KYC is a marketing stunt, it simply means you'll not be asked for KYC before you start playing there, but there's no guarantee that they don't need KYC when you're about withdrawing, especially if the funds are huge.
When a whole industry has an issue like this no single company can change something even if the fix is simple. They could change it from NO KYC to NO KYC TO START PLAYING and it would be solved, but this casino that does this first would lose many customers and be less competitive than the others who just claim NO KYC. So why would it do this on its own if others will not do the same?

The player will still actually be blamed. On a serious note, we are not supposed to just trust any casino by just what it says and believing them by their word or just relying on banner description to join any casino. It is proper to do a thorough check on the platform, check reviews, check their TOS also and this will give you a heads up on what to expect from the site than just believing anything the site says on their banner and registering.
