I agree with @OP that if we confined ourselves and never get out of our comfort zone and avoid exploration and risk, our individual economy will become stagnant and may evenutally decline.  As we see, the depreciation of the value of our currency is inevitable, and it always worsen by year.  If we are too afraid to venture into new kinds of money-making activity, we will find that our way of supporting our daily needs will become tighter every day because nothing new comes to the table, while the value of our earnings depreciate while the price of commodities and other essentials keep on getting expensive.

So we should explore and venture into new territories (source of income) in order to strengthen the capability of maintaining our necessities and change our life path if we are currently on the path of poverty.

We're human beings and we have no control over the market but there's one thing we should be certain about and that's to make sure we deal with our changes and timing. We know learning is very important and we explore other alternatives in other to make sure we're reaping our profits. I know it comes with more responsibilities but we're not entitled to anything other than learning and practicing what we've learnt. When I was reading that, I was like "what the heck?" no one wishes to drop significantly with what they have near to the bottom of it. Not everyone who fails in life are learning with it. Many of them just gives up and trying to move on and see if there's still in store for them in other things. They don't have to experience those dramatical drops we've seen in the past, they're all devastating but it has also made our hearts stronger. I guess if it's for the emotional strength, that's what he can get from that desire but better not wish it at all, it's going to tank himself for real. A person who can learn from mistakes can definitely move himself forward. Yes, life is unfair, and with that if we still lack money in order to survived then we should learn how to reinvent ourselves. Meaning, in like every 5-10 years, you should find a way to make money and make things end.
