No, there is no winning amount that will automatically trigger a KYC request on our platform.

I think terms are something you go to when something goes wrong and feel scammed.

Welcome to the forum. Your casino has a very nice design, and your announcement thread looks great too, but I didn't see a license for your casino. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right place on your site, but I can't find the license. I also read the Terms of Service, and to my surprise, I saw a $1 withdrawal fee for Litecoin; I don't understand why there would be a $1 fee for Litecoin withdrawals when the coin has very low transaction fees. Just to give a few examples: on the Binance exchange, the Litecoin withdrawal fee is $0.01 ( which is 0.001 LTC ) and Stake Casino charges the same amount. Look at the difference compared to the withdrawal fee charged by your casino it's a huge difference.

I kept reading the terms of service and came across something that made me think for over ten minutes; I wondered if I was misinterpreting everything, because I couldn't find where the license was. Yes, I read that right we're talking about an account that's over 10 years old. I spent a long time scrolling down to see more posts from this Twitter account, and this is all that shows up:

We'd like to address all comments meaningfully, it's easy to promise things for the future...

Litecoin fee's will be looked into along with a license for 3rd party games.

I think a license would mean blocking certain countries, adding KYC and provide little protection to players. However, a license will likely come one day as it's a requirement for providers and we will give fair notice to anyone who might be effected.

Welcome OP.  For the first time I am seeing a casino stating no KYC and having nothing to do with KYC in their terms of service. This is commendable and I hope it would not be added discreetly just the way it is always said that casino's owns the sole responsibility to update their term's of services without the consent of their user's.
Your transaction fee seems to be on the high side looking at what you have on your website.
Bitcoin and Litecoin fees are on the high side and I will suggest you review them because we all know that as little cents we send for transaction, it is confirmed speedily onchain so review your fee to normal.

Great ANN presentation and the site design is kinda cute op, but the licensing part is a real issue which Slow Death already pointed out above. Y'all can still do well without any sort of licensing, but it's going to be tougher gaining trust when compared to licensed sites.

They have also lowered the USDT withdrawal fee on Binance Smart Chain to $0.25. It was $1 when you took the screenshot.

Because there so many  casinos out there that will say they're a no KYC casino, but at the end after start demanding for your details even when the winnings that's involve isn't that huge. Hence, situation like this can mostly pissed me up towards a particular casino, and that is the end of our business.

That is how it's supposed to be and not the other way around . However, it shouldn't be only when a player is at the point of cashing big win, that is when they will remember that they are supposed to be carrying out some verification. However, if there should be a data collection, then let it be mandatory even before accepting the initial deposit from the user. This way is better.

We suffered an attack after someone was spam creating accounts so we had to close them temporarily.

Indeed we did change our stance a bit, I found myself defending things I didn't really believe. If there is some kind of malicious bug abuse we'll address it directly rather than using KYC.

I also doubt this statement of theirs, because we have seen on countless occasions where a casino will say that they are not going to ask for a kyc, but along the line when trying to make a withdrawal, they will start asking for such. Though I don't take the statement to heart that much because I now see it as a business strategy by most of these casinos, but if they can keep to their word and be a completely kyc free casino, in no distance time, the casino will be flooded with players that values privacy more than anything else, so they will be doing themselves a big favour if they can stand by their word.
