So this company Cryptoaiml and TSAI Pro with their related entities are into this. I remember i read a lot of posts about AI trading, so i thought maybe i will share it here to warn people who might fall victim to them.  so these guys ( scammers ) are looking for people in social media who are willing to invest and trade using AI > i dont know how they market it but AI trading looks very enticing to those who are not so mature when it comes to trading. i mean some would just use other services to make easy money as these companies promise good returns, though they are not totally called a Ponzi scheme but hmmm.. still scammers.
That’s the reason why I don’t like any kind of AI bots. Because we have been seeing how various trading bots are scamming us. Whatever I understand about the trading, I just simply follow my strategy. I don’t need to make too much money by using an AI trading bot.

Mainly they target social media users; it’s easy to spread their scam bot there. A few newbies would fall into that scam easily, and sometimes experienced users also fall into such scams as well. However, we have to take a lesson from such a story: don’t be greedy. Just learn trading yourself and make your own strategy.

If anyone (beginner or old traders) actually wants to use AI for their trading, they can use the AI that have been added to some reputable centralized exchange instead of using any randome AI they find online. Since 2024 till date, there have been 100s of AI bot trading apps ads that boom on all the social media apps i used and a lot of them don't advertise again probably because they have successfully scammed most people and closed the app or rebranded with a new name to scam more people.  It is so risky to trust any trading bot now,  especially new ones that have not last for long and don't have a solid reputation.

Trading is not simply, even with AI, so it's best for someone who have interest in trading to just calm down and learn how to trade on their own instead of trusting AI.

I see this on Kucoin many times and I do wonder if it work but the fact that I'm yet to see any Tutorials on YouTube about any of these centralized exchanges, then it does not work. If these things actually work, I'm sure they are not going to make it free, they are going to charge for it but they make them free so you can lose your money on them.
Good to see the SEC is taking actions against the platforms that gives this things as service for traders. I will love to see how the SEC wlll hunt exchanges that just list anything because of the fee they make from traders just to delist the tokens later.

It is interesting that that the US government have stepped into the stage to fight this menace of AI trading bot that is making people lose their livelihood at an alarming rate. In my country, no one have been arrested yet thousands of people have fallen victim to this new scam pattern. If $15 million have been scammed in the US, then we should be talking about ten times of that in my country because social media here is littered with such adverts and many people are rushing to make fast money and falling victim.

I don't know why other SEC are not playing their roles in consumers protection. There are plenty of companies that most have done the same thing this ones has done but they don't do anything and it's because they don't act that is why scammers have so much confidence to even scam people with things that doesn't work.

they don't stop until they see someone they can fall victim to.
It's like no different from signal groups.
That's them and we should also not stop from reminding people to avoid these AI bot scams.

When these scammers get into the right people, it's a quick thing that these victims will not hesitate to buy on that scam.

If they haven't heard of any warnings, they'll do it without thinking. But, if they have heard and read it somewhere to be careful about their tricks then they'll start to doubt if they should do it or not.

Too bad people falling to AI trading buzzword, i believe that 99% of AI trading out there are simply buzzword and ponzi scheme. Nothing AI involved in there just scammers behind the desk selling empty promise and high nonsense yield to attract gullible people. If i can tell anyone out there that AI trading are mostly scams and even if the AI trading is real, the win rate won't give guaranteed yield, I would. My experience building my own AI trading bot, the cost of API for price feed and tokens already emptied my wallet and the AI don't even make profit let alone promising consistent 30% weekly yield that these AI trading scam usually promise, that's annualized 1,560% simple interest and 84149938.68% annualized interest if compounded from the compound interest calculator, not even Warren Buffett could pull this off.

Every time I read something like this, I find it extremely weird that people are still for schemes. It is not only about buzz words being used. What strikes me as odd is that there has been so much coverage out there from similar cases, buzz words being used, trading bots be advertised, that you would assume almost every person using apps like Whatsapp have come across these scams at least once. How often have there been reports that nobody is going to come online to make you rich? Yet you can see over and over again that there is always a small group of people who fall for this. I am sure a google search would be enough to bring to light any information that would prevent them from making that mistake.

As for the trading bots, I don't know why people don't use simple logic. If any person in the world owns a bot that makes guaranteed profit, why would the person sell it? They wouldn't.

I don't know why other SEC are not playing their roles in consumers protection. There are plenty of companies that most have done the same thing this ones has done but they don't do anything and it's because they don't act that is why scammers have so much confidence to even scam people with things that doesn't work.

The regulators and police in some countries are better in intelligent report than another country, but there are many fraudulent cases that each countries are handling.

Technology is progressing in favor of the scammers these days. But the reports about these scams are so widespread that I can't understand why potential victims can't immediately discover warning signs? Stumbling upon this magical app that makes you a millionaire is now a stone age old method that makes you lose money with 100% certainty. Is it that not everyone is aware or is desperation most of the time so significant that they hope that this might be the first time it is not a scam? I don't get it.

The regulators and police in some countries are better in intelligent report than another country, but there are many fraudulent cases that each countries are handling.

AI inclusivity has contributed alot to make scammers smarter than before that it is even harder to distinguish a real person from a person created by AI. So it's even better one knows the basics of and guiding principles of what they are involved in before looking up to AI to finish or proof correct the work.

In this instance of trading, the rise of AI bots to help trading more efficient has become almost a normal phenomenon that even those who don't know or have any trading experience want to use AI to make them make profits and it's bad, because that's how so many persons fall victims knowingly or unknowingly.

I don't see and promise of a guaranteed return as true because in many cases it amounts to scam. Also I try as much as possible to filter out messages or unsolicited chats I get on my social media platforms because many are scams and even though verification of certification may not come into mind most times, it is a good practice to always remember to verify the certificate of authorization or authentication of any sites before trusting them a little to even do business with them.

What do we expect from AI, because it's the hype of the day and a lot of opportunities are built around the AI market, and scammers will definitely employ the help of AI to make their scams more sophisticated.

As much as AI improve our work, it definitely helps scammers to get their activities easily pushed out to the victim.

Self-awareness and protection are now very important to improve our security level as the end users of AI and everything around it.

The people who fall victim might be smart enough to figure out that it reeks scam but you know what, most of these scams spread by word of mouth, the information comes from close family relative or someone reliable they know so they don't dare to doubt the scheme, later on it formed some kind of circlejerk where everyone involved deluded that they are chasing real dream while it's all actually empty promise.

Same old method yet it's still effective somehow. People need to learn that sometime if something is too good to be true, maybe it isn't true at all. Especially this AI bot trading thing, if anybody really have an AI bot that could pull off 30% profit consistently every week, they'd already created a company and list it on nasdaq, who don't want money printer trading firm? apparently it's only marketed to gullible people because such thing doesn't exist.

This people are pure scammers, and not traders/investors, so their motive from the onset is to scam people of their money. I don't think I've heard SEC going after investors or traders before, but this case is different. 1. They use fake SEC identities and have "scammed" people with it. This is not about trading or investing gone wrong, but a blatant stealing from people, and yes, the SEC has every right to go after them.

This is another warning to people, as AI is the most popular thing now, and it's being used to scam people. Trusting your money on new companies is so risky, especially if they are not truly verifiable. It's even risky if they are fully registered. I hear of many of them all the time, especially on the android apps, but the risk is too high, while many of them trade for the investors and silently make them lose the money into their pockets. Be wise!
