I don't like it when people talk down on Banks even though they have tried to make things very easy for people, what do you mean by bank have days it does not operate, if I may ask, if you want to transfer money must you go to the bank, don't you have bank app where you can make your transfer, banks have made things very easy for everybody and they don't make things difficult for anyone, you can stay at the comfort of your home and do everything you want to do except in a serious occasion that is when bank will require you to come in person apart from that I don't see any stressful thing you have to do in bank for you to take your money.
I can't even remember the last time I went to a bank because I sit at my comfort zone and use my smartphone to run everything I need to run and if I have some question I call the customer care directly and they give me answers and solve my problem if I have any.

Your first point is good enough because there are too many people who always want to stay with negativity and never have things in balance.
