That is causing scarcity and why it means a lot to the global population OP. Bitcoin's limited supply is one of the best and unique features that it has got.

There are billions of people in the world and there's only 21M of its supply which will be mined all of it after more than a century.

And that's why it's going to be rare and if it continues to be one of the best assets after all, we'll see more countries adopting it.

I like all the features of Bitcoin, but what appeals to me the most is its DCA (Dollar-Cost Averaging) strategy; I appreciate being able to continue investing even with small amounts. I became interested in Bitcoin after learning about its limited supply and its decentralized nature. As time goes by, I am realizing just how convenient it is becoming for me. Many investors view Bitcoin solely as a means to make a profit, thinking that a small investment will yield huge returns, but that is not the case at all. They should invest with the mindset that they are retaining control over their own money—keeping it independent of any central authority—and that they are responsible for its safekeeping. Very few people last in the investment world; only those who can exercise patience endure. Another feature I like about Bitcoin is the ability to use it to transact with my funds anywhere in the world.

One big difference is, we hold the bitcoin which I mean we have the completely control over it unlike fiat money we don't, it is under the control of our banks and they can just freeze it or not let us to use for whatever the reasons while bitcoin is not under the control of anyone and you can just spend/send it whenever you want just with an address alone.

Well, I also agree that the 21million cap supply limit is one of the bitcoin important features, what I also like most is that bitcoins supply rules are known in advance and can be checked by anyone that is running a node. Also no central authority can simply decide to create more bitcoin under the current rules. And this give the bitcoin a level of supply predictability that is entirely  different from fiat currencies.

But I’m thinking we can also not just assume the 21 million cap can never be changed. It kind of possible to change the software if the network create and will accept just a new set of rules. And that is why I prefer to say that bitcoin has a predictable and enforced supply limit.

I think for clarity sake dollar cost average strategy doesn’t belong to bitcoin as a feature rather it belongs to general economics what belongs to bitcoin in this regard is that you can say bitcoin is subdivided into units called Satoshi which with any small amount you can buy and hold instead of buying a whole bitcoin and this has definitely made it easy for small investors to invest into bitcoin.

There are features like decentralization, its mechanism which is the proof of work (POW), privacy which is you are pseudonymous and then the supply limit which is the most common feature that most people prefer most especially investors who are here for profit. And the sub features like store of value and hedge against inflation

Your best feature and expectations for bitcoin is only on scarcity, which economically, means it's ability to increase in value when demand is much higher than the supply is also what you like about it, which all surrounds the possibility of making profit while holding it, which is not a bad thing Anyways. The supply is max capped, it can't easily be increased or decreased, but that doesn't mean there is no rare possibility that it can be done.

Aside from me also being interested in the area you pointed out, the fact that I don't need to fill in any 2 pages of document before I can spend bitcoin is enough. My key gives me total control and that freedom alone is one of my favourite features.

Well, I want to believe a lot of users must have mentioned all of Bitcoin properties, but out of all them, what I appreciate most is its decentralised and self custody properties. For anyone who has experienced the back and forth troubles with banks and other financial institutions, it would be weird not to appreciate these two properties of Bitcoin. Nothing beats a perfect working system with no central authority.

One other property that I like, which I think also falls under its decentralised nature, is the ability to make crossborder payment without restrictions. It's funny how the world wasn't really talking much about how so many countries had issues with sending and recieving funds globally some years back_{(maybe even now)}. A certain financial payment service once restricted my country for some many years. We were only allowed to have access to the send-only feature, while the world could send and receive. I don't know about others, but the few things I've experienced have made me choose these two properties as my very best.

Generally Bitcoin have so many good feature and quality such as transparency, fast counter, scarcity etc but for me the most iconic feature is it's value preservation and decentralization. When the distraction of fiat made suffer a lot due to inflation then people have been searching for something that could preserve their value. But God bless Satoshi he handed us Bitcoin which can free us from this fiat shit...... No more Bullshit 

Thus far decentralization is also an extraordinary playlist in Bitcoin and to be honest this is only feature which make people more compelled to get in touch. Personally I like it more "no quarries, no hurdleness no third party" just matter between you and receiver...

Integrity and how trustworthy the Blockchain is as that's what I think the community can't take from Bitcoin but as for the other things like the fastest crypto and borderless transactions, we have other crypto that can do that but people can't trust them as they do to Bitcoin.

When it comes to privacy, Bitcoin isn't even the best in that any more but still the new coins can't match Bitcoin in integrity and trust from the community. There are many things that you can point out to other different crypto having them more than Bitcoin but none of them have all the qualities but Bitcoin does and that's what makes it unique and it's what I love about Bitcoin.

We have more coins now that can give you profits but again they aren't Bitcoin and buying them doesn't give you the peace of mind that Bitcoin will because you know you're never getting scanmed with Bitcoin but as for the other crypto, it's a 50/50 game with some even having higher percentage like 90%+

Its network is secured.
The downtime is not a big problem. Because in the past as per its history, only two times it went down.
But after that up to this date, we have to recognize that its network has been secured ever since.
We have to applaud that for and that's one of the features I like about it after being an asset that I can hold.

I agree, the 21 million supply cap is one of Bitcoin's strongest features. What makes it even better is that the rules are transparent and predictable, unlike fiat where the supply can be increased whenever needed.

If you love privacy, everything about Bitcoin will encourage you from investing in it because people have loses a lot of money due to theirs party and fake documents in related to real estate, while some people lose money through buying fake gold or diamonds and others, it involved third parties which means while selling or buying, you must involve theirs party, which means people have to know about your wealth.

But Bitcoin has changed everything. You will have Bitcoin and no one can know about it, if you use personal wallets to hold on to your Bitcoin and you bought it through DEXs of p2p, you will maintain your privacy and your investment will be safe always. Therefore, for privacy sake, Bitcoin is the best investment and it stores its value for long.

Bitcoin transactions and the blockchain follow Bitcoin rules. I think this is a unique feature of Bitcoin because you don't even need any authorities to make you trust Bitcoin; everyone can verify for themselves.

The first Bitcoin created has highlighted various unique features in the body of Bitcoin itself, if I look at it from several technological and financial points of view, In my opinion, it is not much different from what you see today, namely scarcity and decentralization, these two things are the most unique features I have ever found in the crypto world.

Nah, that might be a feature a lot of people value, but IMO it's far from Bitcoin's strongest selling point.

There are plenty of assets out there with limited supply. Some alts even have a lower supply than Bitcoin, yet most of them are worthless or barely worth anything.

Decentralization, censorship resistance, security, transparency...21M cap is just one piece of the puzzle. It's the combination of all these things that gives Bitcoin its value and makes it different.

Its uniqueness makes it different from fiat because, even with banks, you will be able to send out your money whenever you want, and one thing about banks is that they are in for business, unlike bitcoin that the moment you invest, you don't really have much to do, and there is a possibility of your money going up, and it is a good thing because that way  we wont have to worry about savings and there will not be increment but bitcoin can give you exactly what you want and only that way thing can be differentiated because we can not just conclude ore even assume the experience will say everything.

Not sure what's a "feature" and what's something that people take for granted. Every feature is kind of pointless without rest of them. Like being open source is essential for the success, but it's not something that separates it from other open source projects.

It wouldn't have any meaning without scarcity so obviously it's important. The amount itself is arbitrary number, but without it it wouldn't have such a good expectations of value.

Anyway, i was sold on the very idea, that first time in history, you could send value to someone else without a third party. At the time it's was so radical that it was nearly impossible to even explain to people. But that's only possible because of all the features combined.
