SCORAS.io Scam - $2,894 pending withdrawal

What happened::

SCORAS.io is withholding my $2,894 in withdrawal despite confirming that my gameplay passed review and that I would be paid. It is day 12 and withdrawal is unpaid.

I played 2 slot games with $1k deposit and $1k bonus. After reviewing my gameplay, staff explicitly confirmed:

Your gameplay has already been confirmed, everything is fine, and you will be paid out.

They also told me my account was fully open and I was free to withdraw. I submitted the withdrawal request 2 weeks ago. No payment received.

Since then, I have received repeated assurances that payment would arrive “throughout the day,” in the next withdrawal batch, or when the relevant manager returned. They come up with new excuses every time. The explanations shifted from gameplay review to additional approval, the bonus arrangement, staff availability, a system upgrade, again and again

I am posting this accusation because SCORAS has repeatedly failed to honour its payment commitments while publicly claiming that all pending withdrawals had been paid.

Does the approval for it usually take more than a week to be approved? Also, the OP said that, according to support(I'm assuming the support is the one that said it), the gameplay was confirmed, and he will be paid out. Is that different from approval from a higher-up?

We have witnessed your effort, little by little and day by day, on how you build your reputation in this forum. Trying to resolve issues as much as you can, making developments in your website, even giving compensation to those people who experienced any issues, and launching promotions to have more engagement.

But in this case, what you must provide is assurance not only with words, but with action showing your commitment to players. You can at least do that by providing what doggywin has requested to prove that you have sufficient bankroll, and process his withdrawal asap since he received a confirmation that his gameplay is fine.

When I read that post of yours, my brain froze from the sheer shock, The OP has been waiting 12 days to receive the money he won, we aren't talking about a matter of hours here. What kind of system takes 12 days to update? It makes absolutely no sense. If this guy had lost $1,000 at your casino, you’d be celebrating because that money would be sitting in your account as profit; when he made the deposit, it was credited to the account immediately there was no 12-day wait then. Has anyone noticed something "updated" on Scoras? I haven't really seen it, and Nick was saying to me for the last weeks and he was also posting here that they are doing updates, changing the payment provider today (that was 2 weeks ago), and still they are changing it "right now", and yet the site is same, and they still are using Fulgur.

This is a never ending drama of Scoras.io. I have been seeing complaints related to withdrawals and lags on Scoras from the beginning. And I have never seen any new or old casinos to go through a lot of unknown upgrades like Scoras. That's why I had decided not to play on this platform anymore. None of the users are reporting about the issues here to get some compensation. You should process all the pending withdrawals of the users as soon as possible.

If the Scoras team is really serious about the business, then stop accepting deposits until all the lags and issues are resolved.

I second that. Since the question was raised regarding the bankroll, they have to provide the proof at least privately to you for transparency. My concern is about the pending withdrawal; either they update their platform, or it doesn’t matter for me. All about the user having to get the withdrawal.

Before the situation becomes worse, they have to provide the proof. Otherwise I support your feedback, although still I haven’t left any. For me also, I don’t like to tag casinos nowadays since it’s hard to prove everything, and casinos don’t provide anything publicly.
