So it is not a scam yet as I think they too is still waiting for update. Though I will still inquire why they lock your account and whether or not the closure is follow-up of their provider's findings.

They didn't mention investigations or anything of the sort; they said the account is closed and the funds have been definitively confiscated. They never spoke of checks or audits.

I was in contact with the VIP manager regarding the ongoing withdrawal delays, and he never mentioned any issues with my betting style (high stakes at odds around 1.2 on major leagues). Also, I can no longer access my account—I just tried.

Don't mention it—in fact, thank you for what you're doing! CasinoGuru has accepted my complaint, and it’s now being processed. I also resubmitted my complaint to AskGamblers; it had been rejected previously because they claimed the verification process still needed to be completed. I’ve reached out to the companies featured on their homepage to report the scam I experienced. So far, Bitcoin.com has replied, stating that they have no affiliation whatsoever and that their logos are being used without authorization. I’m currently looking into how to contact Star Bright Media SRL to determine the next steps against them, as they appear to be the entity in charge. Bitpanda has confirmed that these operators hold no licenses or any other form of authorization, meaning they are completely illegal. I also plan to contact the providers whose slot and casino games are being featured on the site—let’s see what comes of that.

I would ask for you to send me the screenshot of your inbox in "all messages" form, so that it'll show emails even the ones sent to spam, but I think it is very prone for manipulation of the said message being deleted before screenshot.

SO, I'll just inform you to look into your spam folder and everywhere else of the said email from them, as I can see it clearly from their side that they've sent it to you: a gentle reminder with no corrective action, before they jump to this matter.

I’ve searched extensively for this email from September 30th, but I haven’t been able to find it anywhere. Even if they did send it, I’ve asked what exactly I supposedly violated—and why my VIP account manager didn’t notify me via Telegram, considering we’ve been in touch every single day.
