here the scenario is likewise alano83 has been accused to have invented a new way/illicit method to win sportsbet playing live... that's kind of questionable considering the odds have been paid by provider Roll Eyes and it would be really interesting to see some proofs other than an email that we can't even read the content.

Unfortunately, they aren’t responding to anyone—neither AskGamblers nor CasinoGuru. They only mentioned this email to you, without providing any further details.

Don't trust verify.
They can just provide the proof of this email (FROM THE SERVER!) and not just confirming "by word" to the "mediator" - holydarkness.
Can we verify this too or we need to trust something that can be even confirmed has been ever sent?

At this point, "mediator" since you have received this answer I would ask directly:
- why you are trusting the website despite there is no evidence (and also is a compltely illogical explanations) for not providing a payment?
- why they are not addressing this issue in a public third party mediator but they are allowing you to answer here?
- why they are not addressing this issue directly and let handle by someone that should be not even a rapresentative? Are you employed by them - or any kind of agreement we must be aware of it?

These are all excellent questions, but in my opinion, they will never be answered. They never replied to AskGamblers, which is why they were downgraded. They haven’t responded to CasinoGuru either—at least not yet—and they haven’t replied to me, either. They only ever responded to Holydarkness, but without providing any explanation. They just kept bringing up that one email—which I never even saw (I’ve asked several IT experts, and it’s possible for an anti-spam filter to delete such things)—but they couldn’t care less. They simply pocketed the money, and that’s that. Can a customer really trust them?
