From the perspective of an EU resident, you could come to Russia, declare your love for Russian culture, and obtain a multi-year visa. I realize this might sound ridiculous, but it could soon seem like a pretty good idea. You can get a Russian bank card in a single day and legally sell cryptocurrency by paying 13–22% in tax though some people exchange it for cash and pay 0%
This sounds really bad, even if it's a joke. Why would someone from any EU country come to Russia, which is practically at war with all of these countries and declares them enemies? In addition, many came to Russia in search of work and ended up at the front with a rifle in hand.
Besides, why would 13-22% tax be better than 0% as some European countries have?
For EU hodlers i guess Portugal is the best choice, expecially if you are a small one
however i heard about Georgia that is very good for traders and hodlers, but is blacklisted in EU
if you move your fiscal residency there you will be heavily scrutinized
is there anyone that decided to expat?
i would like to know some stories, better if someone has relocated to Portugal
